Great place close to home. They are amazing qt executing any request or picture I ever bring in. They will go a step further to give you exactly what youre looking for. 👏👏👏 Henry is also so great at acrylics and pays such great attention to detail.

Got dip nails done and the service surpassed my expectations! The workers get to know each customer personally while still being professional. The environment was very welcoming and my nails and brows look great!

I have been going to Amy and Verona Nails for years, so I knew that was where I had to get my nails done for my wedding. The staff is incredible, so accommodating and sweet, and they do an amazing job. They helped not only me and my bridesmaids feel pampered, but made my three nieces (13, 11, and 8) feel like queens for the day. Thank you so much Verona Nails!!

Updated review: I had an issue with my nails and contacted the spa - Amy got me in immediately to completely re-do my nails herself at no charge. Wouldnt even let me tip! Service this time around was great :-) Thanks so much for being accommodating.

This place is probably one of the best nail places Ive been too. I believe that its a family owned business, but Im not sure. Their super kind and have polite manners. Im going there again when I get my nails done!

Henry does AMAZING nails. He can do ombre and designs of all kinds. You should definitely check him out at Verona nail and spa.

Appointment was at 3:45 and didn’t get started til about 4:30 as well as the color on the nail was completely different from what i asked for and was 10x darker

My lady I had (I believe her name was Lyne) was very rough and rude. My sister in law across the room even noticed her rudeness. Slammed nail bottles and utensils around on the table and seemed annoyed with me when I asked for a different color. I brought my nieces in with me and was rude to them as well. We had an appointment and we showed up a tad early. Also, the file she used looked like she has used it on multiple people & her table felt like it wasn’t washed in between people.

I went here to get my first ever dip nail manicure. The nail tech didnt ask me to wash my hands before she got started (which I didnt realize I needed to do until the next person came in & was asked to wash her hands), and she was very rough and fast (finished within 20mins).My nails/skin was in actual pain for a few days afterwards. It felt like rug burn & fresh cut skin. The nail tech was nice enough, but I dont believe she did a very good job. My cuticles look awful and Ive gotten hang nails since my appointment (4 days ago). I wish I could post a picture, but its not letting me.

They were nice, but overcharged for my nieces fill. The person who did my nails waited until the 4th time I flinched before fixing the filing board so it wouldnt cut my nail beds. I asked for design but they werent able to do it (not a big deal). I painted over them when I got home. When the person was working on my cuticles, it started bleeding from being over sanded with the electric tool. It was an OK experience I guess, but I dont think it was worth what they were charging for a full set of acrylics, especially when they were just supposed to fill my nieces nails and decided to charge me the full $55 for a full set when it should have only been $35.00. I tipped 25% on my full set and on my nieces services but after thinking about it, Im not really cool with it.

I really love going to Verona Nails&Spa. They work very hard and are very friendly. I go a lot nails salon to do dip powder they are unprofessional, I always have cracked nails.but when I come to this Verona Nails. When I got here I just wanted to do a regular manicure. But they told me to try it for a dipping powder here. I say no. They said try them once more time. If it doesn’t last, they say when I get back, they’ll never ask me to do it again. It is true. My fingernails have never been broken or cracked. Always sustainable from 3 to 4 weeks. Thank you guys. I will com agin

Verona Nails & Spa is very well run with the owner, Kit, working every day to ensure you have the perfect experience! Customer Satisfaction is her motto and she backs it up!Today I wanted a new nail color with silver glitter as an accent color. I had it seen on the internet and she did a fantastic job recreating it!Kit and her employees specialize in a process called Dipping. It is very popular on the West Coast. You start with your own nail or a tip. Your nail is then dipped into powder and repeated until the different steps are completed with a very shiny top coat. It is very strong and much healthier for your nails than acrylic! To take off the product they put acetone on cotton and wrap your nails for 15 to 20 minutes. There is no damage to your nail at all! I have been here 4 times now and the place is always nice and busy. There are approximately 6 employees which do pedicures as well as nails. English is always spoken so the customer is nicely aware of conversation in the background.With friendliness from all of the staff to excellent customer service, you will be given a 5 star service!

I’m super happy with my anniversary gift for my wife. She had mani-pedi combo and was really impressed with the service. The ladies at the shop were really welcoming and made sure the experience for my wife was perfect. Definitely recommend to others.

Made the appointment a day ahead of time but very clearly treated like an inconvenience. I explained when I made the appointment that the manicure was for my bridal shoot happening that day. The artist glued the tissue of my fingers to the acrylic... I asked for French tips and left with clear polish mountains on each finger but just at the tips because she chose a color that did not have pigment so she just kept trying to add layers. In the end they were not even trimmed in the shape I asked for. I ended up having to rush to redo my nails for my bridal pictures when I left the salon. Some day it will be a funny story I guess. But that day was a bloody, frustrating mess.

I just had my first appointment since COVID restrictions have been lifted. I was happy to see that there are many plastic barriers for manicures and pedicures. The employees are really concerned with keeping everything clean and taking all safety considerations.Of course, the actual service was great and everyone is super friendly. I am very happy to have this shop so close to me :).

I have a trip to visit my family live State wisconsin and brought my wife here for a manicure and pedicure. The place is very clean and friendly. The male owner of this place does not treat his employees well nor does he know how to serve customers. Ive posted my unhappiness on this review board before but somehow they keep disappearing. All of the employees are good but due to the fact of his rudeness, I will not return.

This is by far my favorite Verona nails in town. They always have open availability for appointments and theres never a long wait for walk-ins. The staff are personable, pay attention to detail, and never fail to go the extra mile for me. I had been searching for months for a new Nail/Spa Home and I have finally found it! The new owner, Amy, is a gem (to say the least). I am always greeted with a warm welcome from all of the friendly staff. The place is clean and sanitary and Ive gotten the best manicures here that Ive gotten in a long time (and Ive been getting manicures for years). I cant wait to get my first pedicure here. I love this place and am looking forward to a long and lasting relationship!

Beyond disappointed with the last 3 times I’ve been here. I’ve been going to verona nails monthly for the past year and half. The women are fabulous but the men especially the older gentleman doesn’t even know how to shape a nail correctly. Won’t be going back again.

Will not be going back.. just moved to Madison thought I’d try out a new nail place and the guy cut my cuticle right open and it was bleeding, he didn’t clean the blood off and he still sprayed the alcohol on it! Ouch..

Wonderful job taking time making sure it looks how I wanted. Definitely going back. 4 out of 5 just due to it is a little higher than I normally go to. But still wonderful

Great salon! Ive been here about 5 times now and will continue to return. Theyve done awesome gel manicures and wonderful pedicures as well. Staff is not pushy and very polite. I highly recommend.

The ladies at Verona Nail and Spa are absolutely wonderful! I went in initially to have a shellac manicure but Thea then told me about the dip powder manicure so I decided to try it out. I was so satisfied with the results and Thea did a great job making sure they looked perfect. About a week and a half later I broke one of my nails at work and they were able to squeeze me in as a walk in appointment no problem at no cost to me! I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks to have my polished changed!

Nice people but I dont think Id go back; pedicure uneven, polish in my skin and I asked her to file and smooth a thick nail which she didnt. I also noticed she started putting the color on before the first clear cost dried - and two nails smudged at the end. 😟Kelly Nail salon so far best place Ive been in Verona area but they dont open until 10AM!

Walked in today and was thoroughly impressed! Had a gel manicure done and was treated so well! Prices are reasonable and location is clean. I will be coming back!

I have good and bads about this place, more good than bad. Starting with the bad, they didn’t really get what I wanted, I wanted an ombré from pink to white but the colors to be very light, and the end I got all pink and for some reason they put glitter. My friends nails were also crooked. In all the price was pretty reasonable (around $50) and the place was very clean and had very good service. I would say if you wanted a very basic nails design go here but if you want more of a detailed design then I probably wouldn’t.

Great experience! Booked a same day appointment for 2 pedis, got in right at appointment time. Fully staffed, very friendly and quick but still do a good job. They also helped me fix a bad set of acrylics. Already booked a second appointment!

Ive been here 4 times now and three out of the four they have done a wonderful job on dip nails. Thea and Kit are the best. They both do an amazing job and are lovely women to chat with. The last time I went I was not happy with the manicure so I went in and they redid them for me at no charge. They were very apologetic. Definitely will continue to go back.

My 9 year old daughter on her birthday with is today with parents consent they will not do acril nails she just wanted short.

I asked before receiving services if they would accept a gift certificate I had received from one of my students parents. The technician said yes that they do so I ordered the deluxe pedicure wanting to treat myself. When I checked out they said it could not be honored. They wouldnt even give me a discount for their error. The technician was very nice. The service mediocre. Obviously there is no communication between employees. This place is very poorly managed! I will not be returning or recommending this place.

I went there last night and didn’t have a good experience. Walked out with polish on my skin, blood from them digging in and pulling a small hangnail. The manicure didn’t include any lotion or massage and the service was extremely slow. I have been to many places and I think this was the worst. Location is nice but I will drive extra for better service.

The ladies are so friendly, polite and definitely do a great job here!! They give great massages with their services and are prefectionists!! Make sure you call ahead for openings, they throw in a $10 parfin wax treatment for free if you do!! Im definitely going back, and taking my little girl too!

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Verona Nails for a spa pedicure and manicure for my Birthday. I am always nervous to try nail salons because I always have a bad experience normally. When I arrived the ladies all greeted me and asked what Id like done and they got me in right away for my mani/pedi. I sat down they offered me a drink (I chose wine of course) then my services began. I ended up upgrading to a gel manicure (my choice) they offered more wine and werent pushy at all with asking me to tack any extra services like most places Ive gone to do. I will definitely go back!

It was great, i loved the experience. Their SNS dip nails came out 10x better than i thought, and the pedicure chairs were so comfortable. 5/5

Amazing! They were so chill when I was late (traffic) and offered me wine or water right from the get go. They had an excellent selection of polishes, and the pedicure chairs were lovely. They had Netflix playing, which was fun! I loved that they used a Microplane to file away dead skin on my feet. They also included a hot towel treatment on my legs, as well as a paraffin dip for my heels. My pedicure was well-done, and they even took the time to get me a pair of disposable flip flops when they felt that my own flip flops would possibly smudge my pedicure. Excellent service! I will definitely go here again!

This place is okay. Pedicure is alright, its really fast. They speak in their native language like every other salons but they are very nice.

Great people, great service, great end result! I just tried powder dipping for the first time today...I will definitely come back and do it again.

They did an ok job, i had a deluxe pedi (milk & honey), waited a while before someone came then was shocked i wanted a deluxe pedi. The leg massage was good but only scrubbed the heel on my foot did not touch the bottom. Got the wax but the lady did not spread it across my whole foot so it was a waste. Will not go back, have had better pedi at other companies in the area for a less cost.

Service is decent, but don’t waste time making an appointment. Made an appointment for 2 pedis and 2 manis (total of 4 people). Booked the pedis via the website and they didn’t have them down. Booked the manis 3 weeks ago as we finished the last appt thinking they would be busy being the Friday before the holidays. We walked in and the place is packed. Barely got a glance from the woman sitting at the desk. We waited 30 min past the appt time to get the pedis and AN HOUR AND A HALF for the manis. They were actually closed before they got to us. Mentioned to the women doing the pedis we had an appt at 6 (it’s 7 by now) for our nails and they look at each other with big eyes and were like “you have an appt at 6?”. Finally get seated and the woman was like “your nails haven’t been soaked off yet?”. Very frustrating that we got bumped by walk ins and no one had the manners to check in with us and let us know they were working to get us in. They will lose a loyal customer if this happens again.

Amazing pedicure!

I called in Saturday to make a Sunday appt. I carefully explained I need a fill on both pink and white. I arrived at the salon for my appt after driving up from Monroe to be told we do not do fills. The lady at the desk told me I was at the wrong salon and no one took the call. I showed her the call made from my cell. Not a full service salon. Would not recommend.
