My daughter which was passing through Vero beach when her car broke down. With me being out of town to help her, I felt like this company went beyond the call of duty to help her out. They immediately picked her up and brought her to a hotel, then brought her car to a repair shop .They were very pleasant, and very fair!Thank you for your service, and your professionalism!

Rescued me when the Budget truck I was renting broke down. Jimmy was great coordinating everything with me over the phone and via text. Vinny was the mechanic who drove an hour north to help me, he was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

They were there when I needed them after I was in a motorcycle accident. They worked with me once I was released from the ER, ICU to allow to sign over authority to my insurance company to get the motorcycle. They helped take 57 photos in a shaded area for the insurance. Then I said goodbye to my Harley ill miss her, thanks to collisions towing I was treated with respect they had to pick the bike up out of a 17 foot drainage ditch, with the sides muddy and slippery. They were good with the bike, kind at the counter and had all the paperwork ready to release the bike to the insurance so an adjuster can see my fate

Great communication when I called to tow my tool box. Driver took the time to strap it down and treat it like it was his own. Will definitely use Collisins if/when I need to move it again.

I was stranded at a gas station, I checked several places but they were closed. I chose Collisions because they were open. I was told I would have a 30-40 minute wait time. I was anxious about my situation and need towed to a local garage. Im not sure how long my wait was but it seemed shorter than 30 minutes. In pulls a nice looking flat bed. They Grover got out and was immediately in control of the situation. He loaded my truck in no time flat and didnt work me at all. He was competent, friendly and business like all at the same time. Ive heard stories about some towing companies, taking a vehicle to their lot and then charging you for storage. I was concerned and bothered this gentleman about that. He assured me that is what he would do, take it where I asked. I checked in my truck as soon as I could and it was right where he said it would be. Thank you Collisions for hiring able bodied truthful employees! And Collisions, be aware that you have an excellent employee in a gentleman named Jody! Thank you all!

A great, full service family owned business in Vero Beach. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and takes the time to fully understand the issue. On numerous occasions, they have helped my family with everything from oil changes to full drivetrain repairs/replacements. I also highly recommend them for roadside service and their dependable towing and transportation services! You won’t go wrong with supporting this small business.

After driving 2 hrs to pick me up at 11 pm, they towed me back, stopped so I could buy dinner and then took me to a Holiday inn. They were beyond helpful and allowed my truck and trailer stay on their property for two days until I could get parts in to fix it.I would definitely suggest you use these guys and gals for any towing need!

Called in on a Sunday evening and a flatbed was to my location within 30 minutes. Deno took very good care of my low car to not get damaged. Great customer service!

I just left this company and I feel nothing but rage. Unhelpful, rude, and hold cars hostage.

This place is very rude, I called to ask for a friend how much is the fee per day for having a towed car there. The male in the office told me its not none of my business if i dont have a car there with them. Also, If your car gets towed on a Friday and you dont get your car by the time they close friday, they wont let you get your car till that monday even though there open on saturdays.

Had roadside assistance with grace, contacted them about a dead battery and couldnt find help from anyone else. They sent someone from collisons, they arrived less than 30 minutes and immediately resolved the issue.

Just called @ 6pm on sat. 6/15. Person that answered the phone was so inebriated... could barely understand what he was saying.

The response time was good but theyre trying to charge me $300 for 20 minutes tow trying to get rich off the whole rainy season the streets are flooded I cant believe that they try to price gouging me like that Ill call another towing company and I got $130 for the same service
