Good service, but they need to modernize their systems. Too many sticky notes!

Took my wifes Ford Escape there to have checked,, making a unusual noise, they said its ok,, they didnt hear anything strange. Well it wasnt making this noise last week or 3 weeks ago,,Now its even louder,,, cant trust these people,
