The lady Deb. Never called me back, sounded like she really had no idea what she was talking about when it comes to insurance. Very unprofessional!!! Would not recommend

I recently switched agencies and the service and promptness that I received from Mr. Bishop was phenomenal. And not to mention I even saved money on my premium! I would highly recommend this office for those who are looking for the personal touch.

Buying insurance is not always the most fun thing to do but I had an excellent experience here. The office staff are very friendly and professional and the office itself is very clean and fresh. They did save me money on my insurance after I purchased a brand new car but mostly I was impressed with the experience I had there.

I would love to give a glowing review. But I have spent $150.00 for an inspection, and have waited 1 month 1/2 for Val to just keep dropping the ball. Never returns calls when she states she will call me back or no response to emails. She is very lost and confused when I call x6!!! Now I see whom owns the business Adrian who my family a long with myself used for insurance 20 years ago. Great guy very personable!!! But his 1 office staff member is making the business look disorganized.

Amazing staff! Suzan was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Saved over $400 during my 6month quote. Very pleased with my overall time with this office.

Stopped in today just to quote shop, ended up leaving with a new policy saving a bunch of money. Very pleased with the staff here. 5/5 would recommend.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENT!!! Awful experience, they let my homeowner coverage lapse, did not respond to multiple inquiries from my bank escrow account for invoicing and did nothing to resolve the issue. I reported the agent to the State Insurance Board

Doesnt matter where you are, give him a call and let him save you money. Ask about the pay in full on your auto insurance, saves lots of $$$ than paying monthly!
