Absolutely disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and blatant unwillingness to help their customers. I had repeatedly asked for help via email four times and from two different email address (as I did not have a working phone) and was ignored because, they only do business over the phone and I just needed to get to a phone and then theyd answer my questions (that were already asked in the emails). Plus, they also refused to provide a name when I asked for that too.I ended up having to put in a complaint with my insurance company who contacted them and then...surprise, my questions were answered. I have all the emails to prove it and sent them to my insurance company as proof of their poor behavior.They messed up last year to where I almost missed the payment deadline for renewal and now ignored my request for help this year. Do NOT do business with these people.

Would not recommend this agency for any of your insurance needs. I was asked to switch my auto policy over to them in order to get an umbrella policy. Pretty standard from what I had researched, however the premium for the auto coverage was very high compared to others, but I was informed that I would be covered adequately for liability with the umbrella policy, so I paid the high premiums. One month later my umbrella policy is terminated, I discover this on my own, I was never notified of the termination, and I was told I would have to carry additional auto coverage for six months before I can get the umbrella policy in place. There are several other poor experiences I have had with this agency, this was just the most recent. I asked Ladd himself to simply return my money that they had taken since switching auto to them and they refused. This agency does not value their customers, seek coverage elsewhere.

Why dont they have minus ratings, this company deserves one. First I was told by Ladd that the homeowners insurance I had was being terminated in Florida which I latter found out was not true. His agent Ashley had no idea about my policy every time I called, she seemed confused with her answers and would put me on hold to find out, and the premium kept going up even though I was doing everything they would ask so I could get discounts. Then on the auto insurance I ended up with two insurance company, Allstate and Progressive, for my one car because she failed to send me a cancellation letter for me to sign to cancel the current insurance company (Progressive). This, of course didnt stop her from withdrawing the full 6 month car insurance premium of $738.31. Then two days later Progressive sends me and email reminder for premium due them and thats how I find out Ashley never sent me the cancellation letter for me to sign authorizing Allstate to cancel my current policy with Progressive. When I text her she didnt call or text by end of day as her voice mail said. So I call next day and Ashley tells me she was trying to reach me on a landline phone that I dont even use, its not plugged in, and I never gave her or anyone in that office that number because I dont use it. Then she tries to pull the Well how would I get that number ....... Ashley, you know you people have all that information at your fingertips, theres internet look up, and why would you not call me on the cell phone we have been talking on back and forth all week. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE????? Oh yeah, they cant do a refund for two to three weeks due to paperwork which at this point its lawyer time.

Don’t waste your time. Ladd doesn’t care. The new “business partner” isn’t experience enough to much of anything. They’re frustrating to deal with. Move on and find somebody who wants to serve you.

Worst agency ever! Ashley talks in circles and never gives direct answers, upsells you into millions of dollars of unnecessary coverage. Then when you want to cancel your policy they refuse to do it stating my NEW agent has to send a form to cancel a policy that they wrote!! I had to call my homeowners company direct to make the cancelation, and even they said this is not proper procedure for an agency to do it this way! 👎👎👎And the owner, Ladd, stands by his decision even after I told him the insurance company themselves said this is not right. Save your money and shop around
