This is the place to come to for your insurance needs. I always have exceptional customer service, great rates, and even better discounts. The staff is always friendly and compassionate towards their clients. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You can count on State Farm. It is one of the best insurance companies out there.

Insured with this office for 4 years. I have a perfect driving record. No claims. But my wife at the time was in a few no fault accidents. So they drop us both. With no option for me to appeal and to stay on with them. Theyve done absolutely nothing to help me. Especially for being loyal customer for so long. State farm is a fraudulent company. They claim that they are here to help. But when you need help. They cancel. I do not recommend State farm or even further more, this office. You are only a dollar sign to them, and they dont care.

I purchased State Farm insurance through Tim Modesitt. I thought the premium was high ($1,401) and it turns out I was correct. I was able to get coverage from Tower Hill Preferred Insurance Company for $1,099 per year – a $202 savings. Unfortunately, my mortgage company had already paid the next years premium (a month early! how efficient...). I called Tim Modesitts team and was told a refund check would go out to me - with the mortgage companys name on the check!! When I objected to this (knowing how difficult it would be to get the mortgage company to endorse this check and send it back – the closest office is in Illinois, so it’s not like I could go there in person), the person in Tim Modesitt’s office said, “This is the way we’ve been doing it for 20 years and that’s how it is.” Very helpful. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with my mortgage company to find out where I could send the check to be endorsed. The mortgage company told me in no uncertain terms that they have no department which would endorse a check unless it was to cover a claim. So I called Tim Modesitt back and requested to speak with him. I was told he wasn’t available. When I explained what I wanted, I was then told (15 minutes after the first call) that the check was going out today without the mortgage company’s name on the check. How did they change the way they’ve been doing business for 20 years in 15 minutes? In any case, we shall see in 7 to 10 days. Hopefully the check is actually only made out to me and my husband, as I was told by the second person in Tim’s office, and that in fact their 20 year policy was very quickly revised.

I met Tim 20 years ago and have always been impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend this office.
