Dr. Amin and Dr. Hernandez are both such great dentists. They both care so much about their patients and do anything they can to help them out. The staff there is always willing to help them out whenever they need it.

I went to Northwestern Dental Group for dentures and an implant.They look so natural and beautiful; I am very happy and satisfied with the great job done.Dr. Mulvaney takes time to explain all the procedures and all the pros and cons which helped me make the decision.He is a professional and friendly.I know fitting dentures and putting implants is quite a daunting challenge since the process is different for each patient, but Dr. Mulvaney and the entire Northwestern Dental Group staff have the patience, persistence and perseverance to make it a worry-free process. There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience was, and I highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney and his staff!

Dr. Amin is Awsome as always. Fixed my old filling that fell out from many years ago. So glad I found her three years ago. She makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. Everyone there are is so nice.

I saw Hoffenberg at this office for nearly 20 years. Then about 2 years ago everything changed and my bills were repeatedly screwed up. Found out they were charging me out of network when my dentist was IN network. Additionally, they incorrectly coded visits and refuse to correct them, which cost me money as well. I overspent hundreds of dollars here so unless you either A - enjoy overpaying or B - handle your own insurance claims take your teeth and your business elsewhere!

Avoid this office like the plague. Its seriously gone downhill since Northwestern Dental Group bought it.They dont seem to understand what appointment means - every single time Ive made an appointment after an exam, they call a day or two before it comes up to tell me they have to reschedule it. You might as well skip making one ahead of time and just call when you feel like coming in that week.Their billing department also has issues - I got charged twice for services and it took months to sort out, and in general their bills are MUCH higher than what I was being charged back when this was an independent office.

Everyone is so rude and they are very difficult never coming here again

They have very bad customer support service, they charged me the extra amount and I am doing a follow-up from the last 90 days but till now it is not removed it.Now, it’s frustrating for me.

I cannot say enough positive words about Dr. Amin and her team. I went there after a referral (and because other surgeons wanted too much money for things I didnt need). After my initial consult, Dr. Amin said things that sold me. Within a week, she was able to save a few of my lower teeth that others said werent savable. Dr. Amin is kind, thoughtful, and really does look out for your best health interests. Her team couldnt be more helpful, and theyve responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Id very much recommend Dr. Amin at Northwestern Dental Group.

They always provide really good care and try to accommodate your schedule to the best of their ability. All the employees have really nice bedside manner.
