They are always so nice and sweet. I switched to their office this year and they have provided me with the best service, unlike other offices I have been to. I was late for my appointment and they were so kind to make an exception and still take me. I would definitely recommend :)

Dr Nassar is a great dentist. Ive been going to Dental Works since Dec.1st 2020 after neglecting my oral health for years. The staff is very friendly, professional and non judgmental and I highly recommend them.

Very clean and friendly staff, I had a lot of work done at this location and it all went very smoothly. They worked great with my schedule and Dr. Nassar is extremely friendly and helpful. Even checked up on me after extractions and made sure I was feeling ok. My dentures from here are amazing, look just as good as real teeth and they allow me to come and adjust them whenever needed.The office is always clean and they follow Covid-19 guidelines perfectly. Pain is as minimal as possible and procedures are done quickly and in a timely matter. The reception staff are always on it and so pleasant to talk to and keep you up to date on your appointments.I recommend this place from if you need simple cleaning to especially if you need teeth removed like I did. They discuss all the options ahead of time and dont force you to take something you arent sure of. I had been suffering with bad teeth for a long time so it was nice to find a great dentist that was able to improve my health by fixing this and getting it done as swiftly as possible. They are helpful, sympathetic and get the job done well. If you dont have or cant afford insurance they take discount plans too which is how I found them. Cant say enough good about this team

Had several treatments now from Vernon hills. The staff greet you in a warm fashion, very pleasant to speak with. They are mindful to call and confirm visit ahead of time too. The dentist, hygienist and assistants are all very professional too. I am yet to be disappointed with any of the work I have had done and the team has taken great care to ensure it’s painless. I would say sometimes it’s even relaxing!

My visit at Dental Works was the best visit I’ve ever experienced, going to see the dentist. I must say Dr. Nassar was very gentle during my root canal and crown procedure, the staff and doctor are very caring and patient and answered all my questions. I had such a great experience here! This was my first time here, I usually go to see the Dentist in the city but moved to burbs recently. Dr. Nassar was very informative, professional and easy to talk to. I loved my dental hygienist Gogon! He was very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing; above all he made me feel comfortable and was fun to talk to. The front desk staff was very friendly and inviting- which a lot of offices do not have. I will be back for my cleaning next year.

Never thought Id write a review for a dental practice but this place is great. Havent had much luck with past dental offices since a kid (woke up during wisdom tooth extraction for example) but I actually enjoy coming here. Everyone is extremely nice and really friendly. Goron is the man. Dr. Nassar is the man. My teeth always feel brand new when I leave.My family has had good experiences here as well. I recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks everyone!

Overall bad experience... their dental staffs were fine.. but worst admin department.. and they’re not able to get my billing correctly so far.. the initial checkup was supposed to be 100%covered; but dont know how they submitted the claim, now they’re asking me $100+ for no fault of mine.. Elaine said she appealed for that.. but no response for more than 4 months now.. On top of that, Elaine no longer working there.. Regret going there..

I cannot say enough good things about DentalWorks in Vernon Hills. My dental hygienist, Natalia is always so kind and Dr. Nassar is considerate and always follows up to see how Im feeling. They also have great support in reception and they explain costs breakdowns with you while youre there and make sure you have everything you need to continue with treatment. I felt good about all the precautions they are taking at their office due to Covid-19. I have been a patient with Dental Works for about a year now and they consistently deliver great service.

I went there to do normal scaling, the I got many X-rays and spend more than an hour then I got recommended to do deep scaling with laser and other staff, I got the quote and tried to discus it with hygienist, he started to shout, this is not a store, you cant choose, go other place and then he hang up the line and close the line. I never see this in my life every personas the right to discuss the treatment plan with his doctor not with the hygienist and I never expect this kind of treatment.

I visited the clinic a couple of days ago to complete my root canal treatment, and it was the same old grat service all along. I called and got the appointment in one day. And as usual, I found a welcoming and friendly reception from the part of Elaine, staff, and nurses. Clean and elegant place, and now fully prepared for the new normal of the Covid-19 reality. Then, I had the best treatment one could have by Dr. Nassar, who gives attention to details, answer all questions, and offers all possible alternatives. Thank you, guys!

I followed Goran here from Arlington Height. He had been so gentle and caring. I went to some other hygienist once and immediately figured it out that Goran is the best. They also explain to you carefully about what the treatments you would have and how much you will be paying for. Great dental clinic overall!

Amazing in every way. Very pleased with the way the staff went out of their way to explain procedure options and costs. No pressure to do more than you want or can afford. Dr Nasser is extremely careful to make sure you’re well informed and in the least amount of discomfort . Reassuring and professional. The Next day I received a friendly follow up call as well. Don’t hesitate, call an make an appointment .

Absolutely do NOT recommend. Its been 3+ months Ive had a simple cleaning and they still cant get the billing straight. I got on the phone with them AND my insurance provider TWICE to confirm coverage and they still cant process the claim to Insurance. They had a copy of my card, with numbers and provider and still se t the claim to the wrong provider... then the numbers were incorrect.... then manager got on the phone with me to assure all was good and Id not get any more bills.... wrong!!! Just got another bill for $280 for a cleaning that is 100% covered by the Insurance but they simply cant get that straight!!!!!

From the first phone call to the actual visit I had an amazing experience. When I called the receptionist was knowledgeable and very kind. We had some mix up on my appointment (on my end,) but they got me in and was even able to fill a couple of cavities. Dr. Nassar is very professional and knows what he is doing. His office is clean everything is very sanitary. I had a bit of anxiety while getting my cavities filled and he walked me through the entire process explaining everything along the way. He even called the day after to make sure everything was healing well. I would definitely recommend Dental Works.

I am so pleased with my smile after going through DentalWorks Vernon Hills for my Invisalign treatment. I always looked forward to my appointments with Dr. Nassar and Sandy - they are knowledgeable and care about their patients and community. I will miss seeing them as regularly as I had over the months of my treatment. Overall it was a great investment with a great team!

Staff is very nice. Cleaning was a breeze. The only reason for a 4 star versus a 5 is I feel they try and sell you additional things (get this special cleaning, it’s only $30, get this special toothpaste, it’s only $25...). Be prepared to put your foot down and it’s a great experience.

I never expected to have such a pleasant experience at a dentist office. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful and helpful and pleasant. My hygienist Goran was quick and gentle and truly an expert.

The positive thing about Dentalworks of Vernon Hills is that the dentist and the hygienists are so good with explaining all the details of treatment procedure. Dr. Nasser and the hygienist Goran are awesome with kids.But, beware...they dont do a good job of explaining if a procedure is covered by insurance or not. My husband ended up paying out of pocket for at least three procedures that insurance did not cover. Of the three, he was aware that only one would not be covered and was not told that the other two wouldnt be covered. He felt that he could have done without those 2 procedures. And when confronted, the staff just said that the patient had signed the papers agreeing to the treatment. Wish they do a better job on that front.

Very friendly staff. the ladies in the front desk are always very kind and very detailed about any services that you will be receiving and pricing. The dentist is a very nice lady and always smiling. She always makes sure that you are comfortable during your procedure and explains very well what services you are doing. And always gives great advice for your after care. The hygienist is very nice as well. She was very friendly and explained her process as well very good. I must say I dont like to see the dentist but when I come here I am very comfortable and confident in their work.

I have been working with Dr. Nassar and Dr. Shamma. Both are very cooperative and have always provided the most effective treatments. I feel very comfortable to continue working with them.

By far the most unprofessional staff I have ever worked with. Needed to get 2 wisdom teeth extracted and was told to take out a loan for Care credit, this was odd because my insurance was in network (my insurance is who directed me to this facility). I was told that I needed to pay for everything in full at the time of service, but after talking with my insurance I was told that should not be expected of me since I am in network. Elaine was pleasant for most of the time, until she wasnt willing to work with me and my insurance to get an understanding of what is being told to me by then. The day of the procedure comes and I asked to speak with Paula (she is the surgeons lead coordinator), I happened to catch her while she was at the front desk and she had an awful attitude to begin with. I was trying to explain to her that my insurance wanted to speak with the office so they could get an understanding of what is being told to me, she stated the office would not be calling insurance and that she was not going to argue with me about it and then directed the manager to cancel my appointment. To me, this situation has scam written all over it. Please do not go here, these people are money hungry and are not looking out for your oral health!

Back for my 6 month check up. After switching from my other dentist, since my favorite hygienist retired, and deciding to find an in-network doctor the 2nd visit (or really 4th) was good. I appreciated the fact that they understood I was not willing to pay for extra services that were not covered 100% under my plan for a routine exam and cleaning. In and out in less than 30 minutes. No issues this time. Was glad that the cleaning and exam were combined unlike the initial visit which turned into 3 (exam, then cleaning and filling cavities).

The team at Dental Works Vernon Hills are amazing. So efficient, friendly, and they make you feel like Ike they have known you for years. The Dr dentist is/was so kind and explains everything so well. Sandy is also amazing. Elaine, the manager gets the biggest thanks from me .What a GEM! She is one of the most patient people I know. I cant say enough good things about this place. I rarely rate places, as Im usually disappointed, but trust me, you wont be here!

Was over from England and broke a tooth, so needed urgent attention. I was able to see Dr. Nassar the same afternoon and he and Sandy did a fantastic job of patching me up. Flew back to the UK two days later with no pain or issues. They were a great team and the desk staff were incredibly nice as well. First class!

I recently recieved a cleaning at this location and I have to say it was the BEST yet! Goran is beyond AMAZING and really takes time to do his cleanings right. I have gone to other dental hygienist and they do not compare to Gorans cleaning. He is so nice and personable and really makes you feel comfortable while sitting in the chair. I researched for MONTHS looking a new dentist after I had a pretty horrible experiences. I cant say enough positive things about this place. Everyone is wonderful in the office! I came in with a lot of working needing to be done and they were very patient and never once shamed me the way I came in. Natalya is a very patient and caring doctor. The hygienist is incredible, very educational, and has nothing but passion for her job. Definitely a place that I will recommend to others.

I did not have a great experience at all. I came in for a routine cleaning and all I got was x-rays done. I had to wait for over 30 min. in my chair by myself before they could tell me what my bill was going to be. They said they just didnt have the time to clean my teeth even though that was the primary reason I came to begin with. They did not apologize and did not seem to care. I dont recommend this place to anyone, lack of communication on all counts. Sorry, not sorry....

Very strange place. I have received a termination letter from that clinic, and when I asked for an explanation, they replied As a practice there was non-compliance with appointments and a few rescheduling of appointments. In order for the patient-provider relationship to succeed, an agreement of treatment and compliance needs to take place.I had only ONE appointment re-scheduled due the medical reasons, I was never late on appointments and had no money owed to the clinic.I never had such experience with other providers. Very unusual.The bottom line: they do not care about your business at all.

I like the DentalWorks chain in general. It is very convenient for me and my son. (Multiple locations, organized offices, great record keeping, etc.) I did have to wait 10-15 minutes past my scheduled appointment once, but when I brought it to their attention they took care of me right away. Great dental staff. I do wish the lobby had WiFi though.

The assistant and the dr. did an excellent job for me. Right now Im doing fine. Thank and Merry Christmas to all.

Honestly, dental works is about as close to a pleasant experience as dental work can get. Thrilled I found this place, couldnt be happier.

The doctors were excellent. However, the payments were a mess. Patients first had to pay as charged which was way above the insurance allowed. The company then submitted your claim, which was lower than the amount they charged you. Your insurance let them know the full amount the procedure cost, and paid the amount that you were covered. You have to ask for the over payment. They will not tell you.

Not a single recognized face after going here for 5 years. A complaining receptionist talked at me when I arrived about her feeling of never getting to go home. The new hygienist (seems like a very nice man) performed a routine cleaning without telling me there was no dentist employed there and I wouldn’t be having a complete oral check up. Waiting to see what they bill my insurance to call the DDS board of ethics and file a report.Unbelievable!!

Highly organized and professional.

I have tried to work with this place for a few years. They are nice people but lack experience or just want to make money. What they filled as a cavity still wasn’t fixed. So they came back in and did a crown...still not fixed. Now I am with another dentist who has confirmed they should have done a root canal to begin with. I have wasted so much time and money with them trying to fix the pain. I will never return or recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was pleasant and understanding of my condition, which - is not very good. They gave me a number of options to consider. I would recommend them without reservation.

Ive recently switched going to a Dental Works that is 5 mins from me to one 30 mins away strictly based on Goran! He does the best cleanings, super thorough and your teeth feel amazing afterwards.I never knew there could be such a difference in a cleaning!!! Super friendly staff and this location and the Doctor I just met here seemed to also really listen and answer any of my questions. Very happy with my new Dental Works!

SCAM ALERT! Bait and Switch! I scheduled an appointment for a consultation with an oral surgeon. I arrived 30 minutes early and waited for 25 minutes after the appointment was scheduled to start. They then told me that the Oral Surgeon is not there, and infact he is only there one day a week(not this day) until 2pm.They offered to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks from now during the oral surgeons ridiculous hours. And they offered to perform a cleaning/exam/and xrays at full price.They knew that I wouldnt see the Oral Surgeon, they were trying to lure me into being a new client. Instead they wasted my time and lost my business.BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT FOR DONT BE TRICKED INTO GETTING WORK YOU DIDNT COME THERE FOR!

The oral surgeon manager, Tiku, was absolutely horrible. If I could post negative stars, I would. We scheduled an appointment for the consultation AND tooth extraction for the same day. They over scheduled and told us their next available appointment would be in more than a month. We explained our situation and Tiku was not only inflexible and rude, but he did not seem to care. Although the oral surgeon was nice, the assistant had no personality or chair side manner. The dental office was good, but I would NEVER trust this practice for oral surgery. Another note, there was an oral surgery patient literally screaming in pain, that was heard by the entire office. It was disgusting to hear.The dental office, specifically Daniella and Dr. Natalya, were extremely helpful. They did their best to try to help with the situation. They both apologized for Tikus inflexibility and tried to help schedule with another oral surgeon at a different office.One thing that was disturbing was the financial goals that were visible when leaving the facility. Both the doctor and hygienist had financial goals posted (which I found tacky) as well as their multiple posts throughout the office to solicit reviews on Yelp.

A horrible experience. A total bait and switch. 49 dollar exam and cleaning turns into over 400.00 dollars....for the same....Incredibly ridiculous. Do not go here!!!

My experience at DentalWorks in Vernon Hills has been almost completely positive. I like their connection with CareCredit for expensive procedures. The front desk personnel is always cheerful and helpful. Dr. Kukla is great and proceeds conservatively and efficiency. Assistants and hygenists are knowledgeable.
