Great facility! We were there a couple of weeks ago and met with Drs. Kaihara and Michalek. Both doctors and hygienist, Cydney, along with staff, everyone were informative. We are pleased to say we will be returning and continue care with Northwestern Dental Group. Through this pandemic NWDG is trying very hard to accommodate everyones dental needs. Thank you to this wonderful team.
I cannot say enough of this family dental place. I am seeing Dr. Pete Michalak for treatment. The staff is great. Love the new place. It use to be this horrible gray and purple color. Dr. Mulvaney has done a great job, remodeling and keeping up with PPE requirements. Oh yes, love the hygenist, Miss Cydney. Thank you NWDG of Hawthorn Commons.
This is a great dentistry to bring your family to. Staff is very sweet and attentive to what ever it is you may need along with the doctors. Theyre all there to help you in whatever way possible and they make it known - so comforting.
Absolutely love northwestern dental group. The staff all work together very nicely and seem to be genuinely happy to be at work. Everyone made me feel very welcome and practiced great professionalism. I will never switch dentists or hygienists. Such a great atmosphere.
Do not go here!!! Waited over an hour for a cleaning for my son. Took them a half hour to say the hygienist was not coming in but the back up was already there. Still waited another 30 minutes and nothing. Ended up leaving.

Great service by this team. Staff seemed to be working through something different with checking in patients, but remained friendly throughout it. Afterall of that, I was promptly take care of and out of pain.
Completely lax in covid precautions. I would not feel safe anywhere near this office or staff
Apparently they do not find it necessary to wear masks and openly mock patients who question their policies. I did not go here, nor would I ever. Reporting to the ADA is the only option.

They arent taking covid precautions and mock you if you ask them to wear a mask. They have been reported to ADA.
Never been there before, went for my first appointment because they were under my insurance, and I will not be returning. Took them over an hour just to take my x-rays, the cleaning was fine until she pretty much pulled out an old filling and now I have to get it fixed. The doctor and the tech got into an argument in the middle of my appt. Then at the end of the appt they told me I had a few cavities and I asked a question and was told we will get there and then the doctor left and never got there and then some lady came in because apparently she knew how to input information into the new computer system and she had no idea what she was doing either. So then i sat in the chair for 20 more minutes and got no answers and no second appt for the fillings because they couldnt get the info in the computer. I then went to leave and we scheduled an appt unconfirmed since they couldnt get it in the system and I asked how much it would cost, and again THEY DIDNT KNOW and said they would call me, and guess what, I still havent gotten a call.
Friendly and on time. Always a pleasant experience.
If they have any lower stars i would give that. Worst provider in the world. They have attitude written all over their face and the billing department is even worse. DONOT visit their offices, they are blood sucking leeches and do a terrible job. and haunt u for money.
