Took amazing care of an issue I had with an IXS pad. After the insert I had in one knee pad cracked they shipped me a new set of inserts at no charge and were incredibly helpful in our email communication.I had just been looking for a place to buy the inserts as I thought replacing the whole pad would be wasteful and these guys went above and beyond to get me sorted out!My pads live on and I will be sure to support iXS and their other brands in the future.Thanks!
