This place is amazing. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Went above and beyond to get me the part i needed. I would strongly recommend this location.

Poor customer service. Go to any other Johnstone Supply nearby and skip these guys. They dont have a clue how to take care of a customer. They shipped a blower motor to the home. The motor arrived in a poorly packaged box, with the heavy motor bouncing around in basically an empty cardboard box with NO packaging around the motor. When returned, they blamed ME for the damaged motor. Now they refuse to credit the credit card. I asked Matt the manager this question. So you ship something with poor packaging and it gets damaged based on nothing I did wrong, you get it back, and you blame me for the problem and refuse to give a refund He said, Yep, if you want your money back, go file a claim with ups yourself. Horrible customer service.

Rude on the phone

These guys are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to service and equipment, but the customer service is... average-ish. Friendly enough people though, so I can’t complain.

I was trying to call to see if they have some plumbing stuff in stock and they kept on hanging up on me and when I would call back they laughed .dont use them they suck
