I would have given Dale a five star because he was awesome. Most of the reps are. The first rep I talked to though was so rude that I almost left. I hope Gensco lets go of him soon because I like Gensco and want to continue my business with them.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff make it easy to do business with Gensco. Have been to nearly all of them since starting in HVAC in 2006. The Vancouver location is by far one the best thanks to its staff.

I stop here once a week and these guys always come through with the best equipment and tools for HVAC
