Our unit was 6 weeks old. The plug broke with regular use. I sent it in for warranty work but was charged over $100 as was told that it is not a warranty item after 6 weeks of use?!?! Pretty poor service and warranty for a device that is quite expensive. I’m sure we are not the only ones with a defective plug. Buyer beware!!!In response to the owners replay! We did not rip the cord out!We simply had a unit that malfunctioned beyond our control. Warranties are supposed to cover this!
