When I first moved into my home, we had our master shower completely remodeled. The end result was beautiful, they came on time every time, and worked exactly within the budget that we set at the beginning. Bob and Tyler are extremely professional!A few years later, we noticed a leak that looked like it was coming from the shower. We called Bob back and his team immediately got to work and said they would cover all repairs. The level of integrity that Summit shows is uncommon and extremely refreshing to see. Summit Plumbing will be our first choice every time we need plumbing services. They really are the best!

I woke up with a gushing pipe this morning, called Bob and the whole thing was taken care of right away. These guys are great. I also really appreciate that I can just go on their link to pay the bill without having to worry about anything.

I called Summit Plumbing for an appointment regarding tree roots in my pipes. The roots had caused blockage a couple of years ago, and although I wasn’t having problems currently, I wanted to be proactive. Bob was on time and professional. He talked to me about different options. He didn’t try to talk me into an expensive re-piping job, but suggested that I use a tree root product down the toilet twice a year. I really appreciated Bob’s honesty. I am keeping his card, and I will definitely be calling him in the future when I have other plumbing situations.

My wife and I have had work done by Summit Plumbing on two occasions.The first visit was for replacement of two sillcocks. Adam and Brandon arrived on-time and ready to go. Brandon got the unenviable job of crawling around the foundation, but completed his tasks with upbeat positivity. The work done by Brandon and Adam was done quickly, professionally, and with an eye toward craftsmanship.The second visit was for the replacement of a water heater that was beginning to falter. Adam and Andrew were punctual and good-to-go on arrival. They removed and replaced the water heater efficiently, and as before, with professionalism and an eye toward detailed, quality work. It should be noted that one of the managers, Bob, thoughtfully had the team make a special trip into Portland to pick up the specific water heater we needed out of concern we would be inconvenienced otherwise.In both cases, the Summit Technicians were careful of the surroundings, leaving all work areas neat and clean. They were especially careful inside our home.I also want to add, the positive experience began with coordinator/dispatcher Alexa. Less than 15 minutes after my initial contact through the website, I was notified the message was received and everything smoothly moved forward through completion. Communication is important to me and Alexa proactively emailed me with scheduling and other details.These guys are rockstars, top to bottom.We anticipate replacing the tub/shower in the next six months or so and we hope to be seeing Summit for this work as well!

We found out my husband is not a good plumber on Sunday night. Called first thing Monday morning and was able to get someone here by 10am! Great service, finished within two hours, affordable pricing. Definitely recommend!!!

I have called them many times to make me a quote. Tyler the owner came out and looked at the job. He was supposed to give me a quote and after calling them 3 TIMES with no response I went and started looking for someone who wants a job. Im very disappointed 😞 with this company. We have been in contact with Summit Plumbing for a few days now regarding our water heater. After our Rheem water heater went out on Thursday evening, we had to deal with an absolute disaster warranty plan. The contracted company previously used was terrible and kept blowing us off (furthermore, still is). Summit Plumbing did everything they could to help us in our emergency replacement/repair (even willing to help on the weekend and after hours)! Finally on Tuesday afternoon, we decided to pay for everything instead of waiting because who can live without hot water?! Adam and Andrew disassembled our water heater, replaced the malfunctioning one from Home Depot/Rheem, and hooked up the new water heater.They were professional, very personable, kind, covid cautious, and wonderful. They made a very bad 5 days much better. Everyone including Alexa, Bob, Andrew and Adam were exceptional. I’m writing this review because they will be the company we go through from now on because they’ve been nothing but exceptional, affordable, and BEYOND helpful in a pinch. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Summit Plumbing came out to our house less than two weeks ago to fix a leak in one of our hot water pipes. They were on time, informative and very reasonable in price. I would highly recommend them!

Recently had to have a bathroom remodel done due to it being done in correctly the first time. Famous words of remodeling cost. The most expensive remodel is the one you have to do again. Summit plumbing was on time for the bid appt worked with me through the entire process they were patient when I had to do other parts of the worker slower due to costs they were courteous respectful. Honored there bid though they did so much more. Tyler and Tyler and all the guts were great. Alexa is the best. Thank you all for your wonderful service respect and patience. I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber or even a contractor 😀

I had a great experience with Summit Plumbing! They did a beautiful job retiling my shower and troubleshooting all the issues whoever tiled the shower before graciously left. I felt they were thorough and communicated well with me as the project continued. I am also grateful that they were able to schedule the job very quickly. As a one bathroom household that was very important. Also all their employees were so kind and respectful and seemed to genuinely take pride in their work. I will not hesitate to utilize this company again!

Each time I have called summit plumbing they are courteous and kind. Sometimes theyre so busy that they cant answer the phone but if you leave a message they will call back immediately. They offer free estimates that are truly free. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous as well.

I wish I could give Summit Plumbing 10 stars! I cannot say enough positive about this company. I called to make an appointment on a Thursday because our shower was plugged. I was told that there wasnt an available appt until the following Monday. I was getting ready to make the appt when the very understanding and super awesome receptionist asked if she could call me back because she wanted to call one of her technicians to see if they could fit me in on Friday. In true rock star customer service fashion, she promptly called me back and said that she could have someone out there THAT NIGHT! I was floored that they were able to make that happen. The technician got there and when I opened the door I was greeted by the owner of the company who had taken time out of his night with his family to drop by real quick on his way home and fix my shower. And because it was such a quick job he wouldnt take payment either! WHAAA!? I am eternally grateful for this company! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs as long as I live in this area. Thank you Summit Plumbing for showing me what it looks like to genuinely care for other people in spite of yourselves! You are all amazing!

Highly recommend Summit Plumbing! I called on Tuesday afternoon and they called me back that evening and had Thad and Tyler at my house the next afternoon! They were able to fix the issue quickly and without trying to upsell me on anything! They were a fair price and Thad and Tyler were so incredibly nice and polite!
