I had seen a completed project from a neighbor and I wanted that! It was beautiful. Then came my turn. Miller Home Renovations showed up on time and did a great job. Then I caused some delays due to my husbands health. They were patient and I never felt pushed. When it came time to finish the job, the work was done on time and then I noticed that the drain was set lower than the floor of the shower they installed. I asked to have it raised as I had tripped on the drain. I went ahead and paid them feeling they would complete the job. Well, long story short...I wished I had waited until it was really finished to pay them. No drain correction was made and my calls were no longer returned. Other than that.......

I was very happy with the shower installation. The crew did a great job.
