Havent been in Washington State for over a month cause I have been sent away from my home due to work. I rented a unit here over 3 times now, I do like the facility. Though, it seems now they are just money grubbing trying to stay alive. Service has gone down the drain, or they just dont care anymore. I paid 174 +9 dollars in insurance for a unit that i never stepped foot in and never even installed my own lock. Now Jet wants me to pay another 40 bucks when ive constantly told her i cant come in remove your lock. Terrible decision to come back here during a pandemic.

The storage units were in great shape, and the staff at Van Mall Storage were always very professional and friendly.

Originally got the unit for my grandmother. But a year later, I had to get a unit myself, super polite management team. Great units, even a 10x10 unit is big enough to hold an entire one bedroom apartment worth of belongings, including the fridge, washer and dryer.

These people have been the most kind & nice & giving managers I’ve ever had. They are on top of their facility, keeping it clean,managed &Secure. On hot exceedingly HOT days, they drive around with bottles of chilled water. Making sure we stay hydrated. And I’ve needed a bit of special attention & they’ve been most accommodating. Very friendly, well mannered enjoyable people, always met with a SMILE!!! ThankYou

Van Mall has been a great place to keep my things between moves, and for longer stretches. The grounds are well kept, the units are spacious and very clean. Access is safe and secure, but easy. The service has been excellent. The people are helpful and kind. The prices are competitive. And the location is convenient.

I was in a pinch and needed a storage fast and cheap. I walked into van mall storage and the front desk staff was there to greet me with a smile and a hello. They were very friendly and informed me of the pricing on the units. She showed me a 10x15 and told me the first month is free and has a great monthly rate. The office is clean as well as the grounds and storage units. Everything went fast and I am very satisfied. Thank you so much. I highly recommend van mall storage.

Not sure the husband wife team are on the same page when doing busy because I seem to always get different answers. Husband manager kinda has god complex, but the wife is super nice. Gate opens and closes too slow.

It has been a good experience using Van Mall Storage. The units were spotless clean and the grounds appeared to be well maintained. All of our interactions with the Managers Joe and Sandy were awesome! They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their job duties. If we need storage services again in the future we will surely come back.

Prices are reasonable. Units are clean, property well maintained, and most important, their staff is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use them again.

As storage units go, it is kept clean and seems to be well managed. Weve had a storage unit there for over a year and have on complaints.

Quick and easy, lots of choices & prices, very clean place, friendly staff.

Female sexually shows cleavage K.Huber witness and they rob U. over charged. They threaten to cut lock not like the older lady. She was mean and assaults U with pen when U point out theft and breach of contract - why would they force u into smaller Unit and still over charge? They send letters stating they have stolen and wont return the money if U use multiple C/C cards and threaten U if your late with cut the lock and its unheard of since Ive been there for over three years - they should be fired and High class Action lawsuit - FYI they suck -

Gal at front desk is rude and unhelpful. Her apparant lack of knowledge causes her to be brusk which in turn causes questions which in turn causes her to be rude because one is asking questions she apparently has no time for or doesnt know the answer to.
