Wow! Danny made moving in so nice and easy on us! We got a text the day before move-in complete with directions to our unit, our passcode, etc… our lock we bought online was in the unit - everything was ready to go! ⚠📍🏴 My unit was broken into and looted here. They stole all my stuff July 14th through August 20th, 2021. This fact didnt stop Public Storage from charging that months rent though. Having the property attendant explain how overall they have great low theft rates just doesnt feel appropriate after burglars took all you had. Since theyre targeting new move ins and havent been apprehended you should probably store you valuables elsewhere. Cat burglars with the gate code, careful!🌪🕵👻🏴

They took my storage an auctioned it off it did not notify me that I was late I even called and told them I was on my way to pay my bill they said it was no problem I went there to pay my bill into the office and she said oh your stuff was auctioned off yesterday I never got a letter that said it was auctioned that it was coming up for auction I asked her for my belongings personal papers Mom and Dads and brothers ashes and they didnt have them they gave me somebody elses stuff they dont know what the hell theyre doing dont go there

We used to rent storage at Iron Gate. All Ill say is, the employees here actually know what they are doing and communicate exactly when payments are due. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about how to protect your stuff. Definitely check them out!

Hard to find but well worth it. The managers here are friendly and helpful. Prices arent too bad. Long wide driveways. Easy to get a big moving truck into.

Ive had a garage here for a while now and every employee Ive spoke to has been nice and helpful. They take security very seriously around here. I highly recommend this place, even if you only need a parking spot for a car.

Decent prices, but no carts and it smells awful.

Paul at Public Storage gets a 5/5 star. Everything else was a 4/5, everything else being other customer service experiences & the rats, man. My things were only in storage for 2 months during the potential snow season, and Public Storage had a great deal going on. However, I did come to find out that though there was a shield (building) from outside elements, there was no heat within. So, it was always FREEZING inside. Definitely a con in my book, and if I ever have to use a storage unit in the future I will look for one thats heated. However, they were able to give me a space for what I needed at a good price and due to their insurance program I am able to be compensated for my minor damages the rats chewed through, but again, customer service always makes the most impact. Thanks Paul! Take it easy.

Helped my son and his wife move their things into storage and it was the easiest move I have ever done. Heather made it so easy to complete everything and got them a great deal.

My husband and I came in to look at some units. They did not have the size we were looking for, but Heather went above and beyond to search for a unit for us. Unfortunately it did not pan out but I will definitely keep Public Storage in mind in the future.

Extremely fast contact to set up account and appointment for unit. Heather explained everything very clearly and in detail. I have never used a storage company before but the access, price, location is like having your own garage. I hope the rate doesnt rise to the point of needing to move locations. So far so good.Update: after 3 months the public storage company became greedy and raised my price by 25dollars a month. Greed will be the demise of a good business plan.Update 2: After 3 additional months they raised the rent again by $32.00. I am canceling my unit and go to a more convenient place that wants long term customers. Vancouver, WA

Terrible experience. I was led to believe that after a one time fee of $25 plus the first month only $1 equally $26 would be what id pay today. Then they would only allow their own locks 20+ dollars and an insurance fee. Finally rounding it up to almost $70 when i was told $26 through email. And i wasted about an hours+ time with all this.

The employees at this location are great! If you are not familiar with the area, you will drive right past the driveway. Other than that, I recommend this place to anyone needing extra storage.

Found out my girlfriend stores her things here. The employees here are just as knowledgeable and informative as Brian was at the Hogan location I rented at.

My company has been with Public Storage for years now and every location we store at, we receive excellent customer service. But this property is spacious, clean, and secure.

Both Kelly and Heather are very friendly and they was able to help me when I needed to get a storage unit. Kelly help me first when I started out with a 5 x 15 but found that was to small so I asked if I could upgrade to a 10 x 10 and Heather had no problems with me changing to the bigger unit. The rates are great there.

Great client service, very customized. We were shown the specific spot for storing a vehicle in advance; and it had been chosen to work well for our situation. Our situation was unique, and the local representative went above and beyond to help us out.

Public Storage had a $1 special for the first month, which prompted me to reserve a unit on line. They were super prompt with a call to set up a time to come in. Having an appt. is nice when you have limited time. I think I received at least one email, a text and a phone call to confirm the appt. A bit zealous! But at least I knew they were expecting me. Heather was very organized, answered all of my questions about policies, showed me the unit an completed the paper work in a short amount of time. Access has been easy and the roll up door actually works easily as well. It was also nice to see that the unit had a light that is on at night. I first thought I was going to have to get a battery light. Great feature.

This place is the worst! The rates go up and service goes down! I HAD a outboard motor stolen from the lot and they would not even review the tapes for the Vancouver Police. The rates for 2020 increased 23%. Why for an outdoor spot with NO cameras, NO pavement, NO control of how people park thier rigs?If this is market driven pricing, then take you business elsewhere.

They were generally very nice. however a couple of months after renting, the unit price went up about 15%, then when I moved out, I noticed that my things had also been infested with mice. Tons of my daughters stuff had to be thrown out, as well as my bedding and some stuffed animals I had for almost 20 years. One of the mice even accompanied me into my new house, JOY!Also, when I moved in they informed me that if I move out before the payment date, I would only have to pay prorated for that month, when move out time came, they said you have to pay for the entire month; I told the lady what I was told at move in she said oh, well since you already knew about it, you can have that rate. Seems shady.

Came in the other day for boxes and Heather was very knowledgeable and courteous. She took the time to get to know what I was looking for and set me up with the perfect starting kit. Ill definitely be back if I need more boxes!

Husband rented unit and we were very happy with the location and price.

My rv trailer was broken into while in storage here. I’ll be hiring a lawyer. After they called me to inform the place to broken into, I came by and removed my trailer on the 6th of June. I was shocked to find a huge mess in my trailer and they’ve crammed other renters within 4 inches from mine. I understand they want to maximize profit, but 4” between trailer?Heather told me she will email the district manager to wave rent for the 6 days. Now, I just got a bill for $112 for the full month’s rent plus late fee, wow. I hope their greed for profit is worth the amount I’ll be suing them for.
