My mother and daughter got a flat tire on the freeway, they were told it would be about 60-70 min. wait! Jose showed up in less than 30min. he was considerate enough to wait with them until we could arrive to take them home! Very professional.. Thanks for your kindness, I recommend them!!

I’ve worked with a few towing companies. And the gentlemen that helped me tow my Volvo was kind, quick, and efficient.They also only charged me $131 to get from hazel dell to mill plain.The first towing company I used was Chappelles, RIP OFF. To go a total of 2 miles. That’s from my mother in laws in hazel dell to Ron’s automotive, $189!! AND they were late when I made an appointment days in advance.So I would definitely choose them next time again :)

My car broke down and had to get it towed home. They were easy to contact, showed up right on time, the price was fair, and the driver was super friendly.

Called these guys for a quote on moving my beloved tool boxes, the pick the phone up in one freaking ring with a happy “hello can I help you.” The quote was priced flat and fare, they sent Brandyn over to move everything and man was I happy about that! I needed some help getting my car unstuck after a bit of a mishap on my steep driveway. Brandyn showed up a lot faster than my insurance predicted and not only helped me get my car out of the mortifying mess I got it into, he also gave me some great advice (I am terrible with cars. The man in the Grey flatbed saved my kids rears tonight and he didnt have to.. He stopped to make sure they were okay right after they were in an accident coming off the jantzen beach clover leaf heading north.. I have been a tow dispatcher for 6+ years and my husband has been a tow op for just as many.. This guy didnt have to stop, but he did and blocked to make sure my girls were safe.. You dont know how much I appreciate him, I couldnt thank him enough tonight through the tears.. I deal with this on a daily, but its a different situation when its your kids.. Everyday I worry about my guys, and now your guy has left a mark in my heart.. Please be safe out there..

As a woman and mother to 4 kids it’s very important that my car stays running in tip top shape and NOT leaving me stranded, well today that didn’t happen. My van overheated with me and all 4 kids in it. The driver called me within mins after getting the tow set up through AAA, he said I was 4th on his list with about a 90 min wait. After I told him about the kids he said “oh no, 4 kids!? I’m on my way now, the other people can wait. See you in 15 mins” Brandon was one of the nicest people and has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! Thanks Garza Towing I know who to call next time.
