Called for a walk in as i didnt want to be rude. They said they could take me so I ubered my way up there. As soon as I walked in, they looked at how long my nails are {which are my real nails} and told me they dont know how to do them. Umm this is very basic and they are clueless. How are you not able to perform your craft in the most simplistic ways? Way too much money for less than average. Will not be back. Waste of 25 dollar uber ride!

This is my absolute favorite and my go-to nail salon. I will always go here for my manicures, I have the best luck here out of any other nail salons that I’ve been to. The staff is extremely nice and patient and do the best work that I’ve had done on my nails, they make sure they are very thorough and that we are both happy with their work. Recently there have only been two employees, I assume due to COVID times being so strange, but they still do great work even when things get busy! I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed in the work they do!

Will not be coming back here. Pedicure was amazing but I could have done a better job painting my toe nails myself... paint all over my skin and super sloppy.Not to mention my full set that cost $55 dollars was rushed, the lady was trying to do too much at once, she cut me... (pretty deep), then used the same file on another girl. She didn’t even bother to see if my nails were all the same length. When it came time to use the drill.. she ran it over my nails so quickly the thickness is all uneven as well. I had to go home and fix them myself (thankfully I have a nail drill at home).My advise( to the owner/ Lady sitting in the first chair when you walk in)... slow down... I would have loved to come back but it’s not worth wasting money to not get what I paid for.

I’ve worked in the service industry so I am pretty patient and I don’t typically leave reviews like this, but do not spend your money here. I called for an appointment and had to wait an hour and I was treated as if I was a walk-in getting squeezed in. I got the worst manicure that I’ve ever received. I was seated at a chair but the manicurist was too busy that she barely did anything but paint my nails. The “manicure” was soaking my fingers in cold water and then the manicurist shaving my nail beds down for no reason. My cuticles were not touched, and that was the entirety of the manicure. There was confusion on what color I wanted and instead of being accommodating whatsoever, the woman said “this is what you get” until I insisted that I had shown her a picture of something completely different earlier (she was just too busy). She finally agreed to change it but I waited another half hour while she ignored me and dealt with other clients until I finally asked for a refund. They do not treat clients well and you will waste time here.

Trish is wonderful! She is so nice and her and her staff do a great job. I love the milk and honey pedicure and she has lots of different nail treatments to select from. So clean and so friendly!! Highly recommended as one of the best nail salons in Valparaiso. :)

I got my nails done Saturday they did a horrible job on my fill in. Charged me $45 which their service sign says $25-$35. When I came back to ask them to redo my nails she goes that just your nail. She made them way to thick and I had indents in my nail still from the out growth.

Salon clean and nice atmosphere. Great Friendly service. They have a return customer.

BEST and LONGEST LASTING mani!pedi ever!! It was my first visit and yet he took the time and effort to do the best job. The only thing good that has come from COVID, I would give it 5 stars if we didn’t have to wear a mask, but then they are only doing what they have to to stay open.

Nice people, but there customer satisfaction is not there #1 priority, i have never in my life had my nails done with such carelessness. my nails started breaking less then 24 hours after getting them done. I was told i should leave the damage till they could fix it, but they were closed and i have a toddler so i cant have nails that are sharp i dont want to hurt him. So i go in to have them fixed and they tell me they will take them off but wont put them back on. i spent $100.00 dollars there for me and my mom two days ago. I am so disappointed with this place and i dont recommended anymore to go there. ***Update i spoke with the owner and was supposed to go in yesterday 7/30 so she could see and fix my nails i advised i work till 6 and would be there till around 7 they are supposed to close at 7:30 pm i show up at 7:10 pm and they are closed i call to find out why trish wasnt there to look at my nails and they said they closed at 6:45 pm cause they were busy which doesnt make any sense and make me believe that they closed early to avoid having to fix the mess they put on my nails. So my mom goes in today to have them refund her for the careless job they did on my nails since i had to go to another place to have them removed and put back on right. they told her no we arent going to refund since (word of word) they said i was the problem!!!! like what kind of customer service is this. HORRIBLE!!!!! I have worked in customer service my whole life and never have i seen such horrible service. So disrespectful and rude towards me and my mother and they are the ones who made a mistake!! DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!!!!

After leaving another nail place because it wasnt clean we decided to try this one. The ppl were definitely friendly, the place was clean, they explained the pricing. It was a very relaxing experience. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We waited an hour after our scheduled appointment to get pedicures. Older guy gave horrible massage I paid extra for and did the paraffin wax AFTER my gel polish. Paid $80 for the worst pedicure ever! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

She listened to every thing I needed done. She fixed all the issues the past salon had made with no extra fees. Very nice, made small talk and joked with me and my friend who had came with me. Best experience I have had with getting my nails done so far!

They were nice however they lack expertise and knowledge...she preformed super bad job to my mom’s no chip nail manicure. I have not experienced such a horrible, lack of detail..besides very slow. Next day had to go back to have them touch up a big chip ... I asked aren’t you going to remove the polish and redo it, well with arrogance she refused to do so. In less than one week, every finger was chipped. Mind you my mom doesn’t do any house work because of arthritis and other health issues.I had to take her to another nail salon to even see that did even horrible manicure...was charged $105! What a rip off

Trish is fabulous and all her employees are well trained and friendly. My pedicure was exceptional and my gels were expertly applied and lasted much longer than two weeks.

I spent well over $200 to have a full pedicure and manicure for me and my mother in law and My nails were Not straight My mother in laws nail Polish was peeling The person who did my nails sat there and lectured me on how to be a good mom and then said I should not be getting my nails done He kept hurting my fingers and said well that happens youll be OK this was a horrible experience and Ill never be back I will not suggest this place to anyone.

I had the worst nail experiences here. I told Trish that I wanted a trim on my acyrilic nails and she trimmed them up to my nail beds. I told her she was hurting me and she didnt stop. She did them in 30 minutes and didnt put any time into them. She also used the drill under my nails and tore open my skin on my fingers after I told her it hurt and she told me it was my fault my nails were short. I was hoping to have a better experience but I will not be going back here.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had :( The paraffin wax was not even in liquid form when he put my feet in the bag because he was squishing it all together. Nobody here could understand what I was trying to tell them. Plus he cut me trimming my cuticles. Very disappointed, been here before but won’t come back

Ive been getting my nails done for many years and have never paid so much for nails that did not even look that great. Also, horrible customer service!

I find leaving the salon with bleeding fingers and being charged full price ridiculous. I am not happy with my nails at all. They are very thick, uneven in length and misshaped. I will not be returning.
