Extremely disappointed with the service we received today. I took my daughter for manicures and pedicures and couldn’t be more unhappy. We found them to be rough, rude and we felt very rushed. My pedicure was even painful. The polish we picked out is not what we received and I could have done a better job at home. My daughter and I both have polish all over our fingers and toes. Extremely unprofessional. We were way over charged and I’m so upset I paid as much as I did for what we got. I’m so embarrassed by my toe nails that I will have to redo them myself. We usually go to Cosmos and I’m so unhappy that we decided to try somewhere new because they couldn’t get us in today. Cosmos is much cheaper, extremely clean and very professional. I’ve never been disappointed when leaving, and the polish we pick out is what we get! I will never come back here again!

I don’t know how STELLA is still doing people’s nails! I should of read the reviews before I went to this place and her! She has to be the worst person!! I have been getting my nails done for years and years well I came her with a friend because this is the only place that wasn’t booked or busy at all, and now I know why!! She completely rushed my nails are so short why did I even get them done and she kept hurting me in my opinion purposely because I asked her to redo a few nails because they were way to short she also made me bleed and never said sorry or anything!!!! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!!! I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR JUST DONT GIVE STELLA UR MONEY!!! I left this place so so upset how can someone be so rude!!!!!

Absolutely loved my experience at Lee Nails! The ladies were all so sweet, and the nail tech was very skilled, unlike other places she didnt jerk or cause any pain and overall I was able to just zen out and enjoy. My gel manicure looks amazing and I am definitely going to make this my regular spot!

This use to be my one and only place for manicures and pedicures! But, the service and product is poor quality! My gel nails didn’t last a week! My pedicure was not the best! When I was getting my nails done...someone else’s nail clippings were on the table! This salon has gone down hill!Looking for recommendations where to go!

Best nail bar Ive ever been to. The ladies are all very sweet. The nail technician (I think his name is Justin) did a wonderful job on cleaning underneath my nails and the shape is great! Reasonably priced and excellent service, Ill definitely be back there again

I had a wonderful experience today getting a dip manicure. Justin was very sweet and his attention to detail is unmatched. Hes truly an artist and takes his time making sure each nail is perfect. There is also a glass partition up at each table to ensure safety. All tools were sterilized and instead of dipping my nail he used a brush to tap the powder on. Justin also said if you break a nail you can return to get it fixed free of charge! Awesome customer service and end result.

This place is my favorite. Ive tried other nail salons in the area, but in my opinion, this one is best. I usually go to Stella. She is gentle, knows what she is doing, and has an eye for detail. I always leave feeling that my nails are comfortable on my hands and beautiful. Ive also had my kids nails painted. Its always affordable and the people are always super nice. I never feel rushed or judged. Stella also gives me her opinion on what would work best and shes always right.

Im really disappointed in my most recent visits. The first time I came they did a good job on my fill and I was happy to have found a local nail place (didnt catch the guys name). This time I asked for a new set because they recommended it last time. I asked for stiletto shape (which cost extra, did not know that before) and for extra pointy. Stella did them this time and only shaped the first nail well after checking if I liked it. The rest were all shaped poorly and very inconsistent and crooked. Not to mention that the tips were put on at a weird upward angle that made them feel like they would pull off, they were really flat, the tips of the nails were bulky, and everything was rushed despite being the only one in the store. I wish I had taken a picture but didnt expect this to go the way that it did. After seeing how poorly they had been done, I came back the next day and pointed out what was wrong and asked for a refund because I would need to get them fixed. I was told that they cant do a refund and that they would fix them. They said they could do a soak off since they were a brand new set, but then told no because peeling them off was faster. Of course this hurt quite a bit, and made one of my nails bleed. I told the guy that it hurt a lot and that I was going to pass out from the continuous pain, which I did. They got me candy and water, but after hitting my head on the floor I was still refused a refund and given a gift card instead. I will not be coming back so now I am out $57, and I left with my nails in horrible shape. Ive been getting acrylics for almost 5 years and have never had a problem like this.

I will never return to Le Nails. I got my nails done today, and during my manicure EIGHT of my cuticles were cut. The manicurist then rubbed acetone into all of the cuts to clean the blood from sides of my nails. This is bad enough. However, the woman also blew her nose mid manicure and placed the tissue in the drawer where she had been pulling tools from. She also did not wash her hands after this. Not ideal in normal times, truly problematic during COVID. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to get your nails done.

Stella gouged my cuticle on the right big toe. I started bleeding immediately & continued for the next hour. Never said sorry or anything about it. Within 12 hours I have a horrible infection & started antibiotics. This pedicure wound up costing way more than $37. I will not return.

Justin was absolutely wonderful! I have never been so pleased with the service and outcome of my nails!! I showed a picture and he made sure to follow it and ask if everything was the way I wanted it before curing! I will be back!

Girlfriend made an appointment at 5:30, it was me, her and her daughter. After 47 minutes they have her daughter sit down and they paint her nails which took maybe 4 minutes. (A 47 minute wait for 4 minutes of service!)..... after that an hr and 12 minutes and they haven’t even sat my girlfriend down, which at that point we left. And they still charged to paint her daughters nails after a 47 minute wait for her and us waiting over an hr for absolutely nothing when we had an appointment... I rate this place a 0 but that’s not an option unfortunately.

This place is terrible. Lady sped through my full set and then charged me a random amount. Not to mention she sat there talking in their language laughing which is super unprofessional. She took the nail file and scratched her back with it then proceeded to use it on my nails!!! Will not be back.

I showed up 15 mins before my appointment they got me in right away. stella did an amazing job. it was quick it really only took about 35 minutes total. i’m really happy with my nails i will be back to get a fill :)

I came in on Saturday afternoon and there was no wait. I got an acrylic fill in and a polish change. The tech shaped my nails very nicely! Very good customer service. I would return.

I made an appointment the evening before. I waited for an hour before being seen by anyone. I scheduled a mani/pedi and after waiting for an hour I was rushed through my appointment in 30 minutes. The service was very poor. I left very disappointed. MY nails were cut crooked and the paint job was very bad.

I have been to this place several times and absolutely loved the experience but unfortunately that was not the case today. We made reservations 2 weeks ago for 5 people to get pedi/manis for my sisters birthday. We get there and they were terribly under staffed. We had to wait and when I was finally seen by “Stacy” she rushed the whole experience and was even yelling at her staff to hurry up. I come to the salon for a relaxing and fun experience, not to feel like I’m inconveniencing you and especially when I pay $80 for a rushed job. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or what but she cut me, forgot to do top coat on a no chip, and caked on the polish on my toes and I sat under the dryer for 30 mins and they were still wet! I even said that if they were too busy she didn’t have to do my toes but she said that she would do them. The others in my party had an okay experience but mine was horrible. Rude, rushed, and unprofessional.

Average nail salon. The interior is very nice. The staff was polite. I didn’t feel very confident with my technician. But she did a good job after I had her fix the nail shape (I asked for natural, between rounded and square) she made my thumbs super pointy like little weapons... and I had to get the no chip polish off so I made sure to ask for Just an acetone soak and had her put away the electric file (those things destroy your natural nails...) I wouldn’t recommend this place, but I also wouldn’t avoid it. And she also did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I would come back to her for that.

What a great nail spot! I needed to get my nails done at 5:30pm on a Monday and they were open and took me as soon as I walked in. They have a TON of different polish colors both for regular and shellac. The salon is clean and the employees are polite. They also have a variety of drinks to choose from.

I have FINALLY found my new nail salon! Everything was perfect, from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. VERY friendly staff, exceptionally clean salon, decor is lovely, and they TRULY CARE about what they do! Past experience in many other nail salons always made me feel uncomfortable and unimportant, but not at Lee Nails! They exceeded my expectations and then some! I highly recommend this nail salon and I know I will definitely be going there for all of my nail needs!

I have been coming to Lee Nails since I first moved to Valparaiso, for about 2 years. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The girls are friendly and accommodating, the owner is always flexible and if its busy he gets you in right away. Ive never had a bad experience and every girl knows her stuff. The massages are great and the pedicures are so relaxing. Ive fallen asleep to say the least. I recommend Lee Nails to anyone who asks when the opportunity arises!

It was first time ever getting my nails done. I had a special event and wanted to do something fancy this time. The atmosphere was great and the nail technician I had knew what he was doing and was quick! Will come back again if I have another event.

Worst manicure of my life & it was just a fill. I came in with a nail shape that was beautifully done and super smooth, like glass. I was in the area and wanted something done quick. After Lees nails my nails turned out wrinkly and bumpy and chunky. My precious shape was completely changed. Tried to convince me my nails looked “fine” and wanted to charge me more just to fix them. Not only have they messed up my brows in the past, but now they messed up my $60 manicure from just doing a fill and didn’t even get my money back. Never ever ever going back. Stay away. Now it will cost me even more money to go back to my nail tech & have them fix all of the damages. Now I will have to rip it all off and start over. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Was a poor experience all around. Friend wanted a design on her nails and was told constantly that she could get one but then when we showed her an example of nail art that was fairly simple all she said was cant do that. I felt like their job was to get us out as quickly as possible not give us an enjoyable atmosphere.

Since I have started coming to Lee Nails, my nails have never looked this good and I continue to receive compliments even when I am overdue to get them redone. Out of all the nail salons that claim greatness, Lee Nails are the most consistent. They arent the cheapest or the easiest to get appointments with but if you are looking for unique quality work, this place is a must visit!

I just recently went there for the first time and it was a very good experience. The nail tech did an awesome job with my nails and cat eye gel polish. I loved it. She as well did a very good job. The two people I encountered during my visit where very professional with great interpersonal skills. When I visit Valparaiso again they will be my designated nail shop!!

Aside from the talented staff and ample supply of nail products, I was impressed by the customer service. I was initially confused when they started speaking a foreign language with a diverse group of clientele present, esp with the craziness thats been happening lately. I couldnt help but listen in since I speak the language. When I heard what the technicians were saying, I knew they truly care about their clients. Ex: I was getting chrome nails and stones, so they were talking about how to make it last longer. They made sure to take extra care so that the chrome wont fade and stones wont fall off. At NO EXTRA charge! I really love Lee Nails

Im waiting on my car to get serviced down the road and hopped in to get a classic pedi. Appears cleaner than most nail salons Ive walked into and right back out of. Staff is very friendly thus far and speaks English well (Now dont get all worked up cause I said that... just being for real about it). They line their bowls with plastic covers and actually use a sterilizer for their metal implements.

I drive 20 mins to come here because I know that I am going to have a relaxing and pleasurable experience every single time and for a good price as well. My nail salon was closed so i decided to try a new one i go in and she tells me 35 for a fill with gel everything included (painting too) i asked the lady that did my nails to fix up the shape and she completely changed my shape and made it all uneven and bumpy on the sides, then i asked her to do the under of my nails cause i work in a restaurant so they tend to get dirty and she told me no to do it my self at the restaurant with lime... when i went to pay she charged me 40 when i was told 35 and didn’t even get what i wanted. next time i’ll just wait till my salon opens the next day.

My normal nail salon was too busy so I came here bc I had an event and couldnt wait patiently for them. Atmosphere was beautiful and thought the nail tech was sweet too until she literally pulled a nail cuticle remover FROM HER JACKET POCKET and then proceeded 2 put it back in her pocket once done with me!! After that she claimed the no chip gel polish for real nails will burn under uv lamp and by 24-48hrs it shouldnt burn....if that wasnt bad enough 1 day later my polish came off 1 nail and she tried 2 deny doing my nails and said thats not their gel and I did it purposely but it wasnt their problem until the lovely receipt was shown and then she kind of looked down and wouldnt look at me whatsoever anyways they fixed it well it didnt last long and by day 3 my nails had little to no polish and nails broke I literally want a full refund but she took my receipt and wouldnt give my copy back since my 1 nail was fixed it makes the receipt null and void so I am so sickened by this place I think a health inspector needs 2 see how they sterilize their tools and be lucky my no immune system didnt catch anything from her disgusting ways....gross!!!

Terrible! Returned after 4 days because gel polish coming off, and noticed my cuticle were not done. Was charged full price for a to-do and it was the most aggressive manicure I have ever gotten. Nice atmosphere but it doesnt make up for the bad service.

Worst experience ever second time getting a full set I got home my fingers and nails hurt also I got white tips there is stuff on 3 of my nails that I can get off unless I file it an one of my nails r wider then the other.. this was my Christmas gift from my kids and it wasnt a pleasant experience I do not recommend at all

A friend & I came in for a pedicure & brow wax (for me) and a full set (for her). I was taken back almost immediately for mine. My pedicure started with the woman telling me the color I picked was ugly and she then started bringing me other colors. While waiting almost an hour for her manicure, my friend waited while watching one of the manicurist (a man) sit on his phone in one of the massage chairs across from me getting my pedicure. He sat there on his phone with a quick pace back and forth around the store for at least 10 minutes. Then, when they started to do her nails (almost 25 mins later) she was almost done and just to the painting part when the woman doing her nails decided to get up and start working on someone elses nails. We then waited longer. Bad customer service & a terrible wait.

Worst manicure of my life. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this was the most painful experience Ive ever had, 2 of my fingers are bleeding. Before I sat down I asked if they had matte top coat, they said yes. They used a gel top coat and up charged me and my nails arent even matte. Absolutely will not be coming back.
