Service is everything! The woman working at this location is a sweetheart! I arrived at 10:30pm, which is 1½ hours after the last wash is usually allowed, but she asked how much laundry I had, and being it was just 1 load, let me in! This alone deserves 5 ⭐s in my book, but even if good service wasnt enough, the place is clean, and right next to a 7 Eleven as an added bonus, if you need something while you wait!No coins are used at this location, instead you load your money onto a card, and operate the equipment with the card. Simple, clean, excellent service, and very friendly, and right next to a 7 Eleven!This is where Ill be coming from now on, when my washer/dryer is out at my apt.

First of all I understand people have different experiences and perceptions of things but for me personally, this laundromat was awesome. Of course given the circumstances of being in Vallejo of course. The place was decently clean and there was a few washers out but bathroom for customers is a huge plus. Secondary the attendant there was awesome! He helped me get change, walked me through the process and also helped place my clothes. He was super helpful and was easy going. Kept good watch and even for it being in Vallejo I felt ok with my clothes being in there and him watching. Overall would recommend for people to go wash their clothes. Vallejo is Vallejo and there will be crack heads, like I said for the circumstances they do very well.

Glad for the staying open till 12, it was a real life saver since my dryer broke mid load. Moderately priced and friendly staff.

This is the worse place to wash your clothes. It has nothing to do with the machines and everything to with the customer service and experience. The gentleman that is here to assist is of no assistance. He walks around stalking you and having discussions with other patrons about other partons. I only came because my favorite laundry was 🔐 for repairs. I would never recommend this place.I

Fix your machines if 2 more break you wont even be able to call yourself a laundromat and if service is to get the guy who doesnt speak English to save machines for you when your not there (if your a pretty girl) then there service is ok but the machines are what count. But I guess that doesnt matter when the worker says the owner makes hand over fist for what he charges even with the broken machines

One of the best laundry mats ever -- because of their employee, Kim. She is SO kind, so friendly, genuinely cares about each and every customer. The most patient person ever!

A lot of machines out of order but service was great! I came in with one load and $5 in my pocket. Laundry attendant Gene made it so i didnt have to purchase a laundry card being that i would not frequent this laundromat because i live in Concord. With $5 i got my load of laundry done with a 40min timer he provided soap, got 40min drying time which he also provided dryer sheets! Place was clean and Gene was very helpful! If im ever in Vallejo again im definitely doin my laundry here! I also seen Gene help a gentleman with his load of laundry out to his car to assist in helping him put his laundry inside his car.

Great for the working man. Drop off fluff and fold. Super help there. Clean and well maintained. No complaints.

The employees here are very helpful! Whenever older folks or disabled people come in I always see them helping out. Not just doing there laundry for them but folding them and help them to load it in there vehicle. I dont even own a laundry card, I just walk in and the workers always let me borrow there card with no worries. And its cool because its next to 7-11.

This place is always dirty. Even inside the washers are dirty with dog hair. The dryers are supposedly broken and out of order but thats just for the use of the employees. The chinese guy doesnt keep the place clean or cleans inside the washers or take the lint from the dryers. Thats why you have to keep putting more money for it to dry. He just be inside his car. Then tells you where to put your clothes in and how to wash and rushes you to take your clothes out. The rocka Billy lady always on the gossip or inside her office. Half of the times the dryers dont even work and they dont do anything about it. Their is also crack heads that are able to use the bathroom there. Happy to say I found a better laundromat that has new washers and dryers that are much cheaper and faster than the old broken ones from this place.

The place is a total dive, I will give you that. But the good people and thoughtful attendants make it work. Lets keep looking out for each other folks. 🙏 Thank you!

Dryers are too expensive and they dont dry well whatsoever newer doesnt always mean better

The owner really helped me out when i only needed to dry my wet, just-washed clothes when my dryer broke down. Theres also a convenience store adjacent.

Clean large washers and hot dryers. Restroom has been redone and it is fresh and clean. Yep.

Most of the machines were out of order. This is a card operated laundromat. The card machine doesnt accept coins either. The staff was really nice

I just happen to go when these really nice ladys are working, and theyre always helpful. The machine ate my money and they paid for me to wash that load and dry, but also dried my other loads for me free of charge (i had already got my money back with the first load) and wasnt complaining about it. I would give them 5 -stars, but the owners need to step.it up and keep the machines serviced! Only thing holding up a five star rating... 😕

Alot of the dryers where broken. Employee come and tapped my car window to have me check the dryers I was actual using, as to rush me through drying because alot of people are waiting for dryers.Employee states she would give me free dry time the next time I came back. Im never coming back. Now, I have money on this card that needs to be purchased to operate the machines. Keeping in mind you need to purchase it separate from the dollar amount loaded. Youd think theyd give you credit towards that purchase.

I like it because its clean, the machines in good working condition and I can always have access to a dryer after washing.

Its the #1 cop stop they all hang out over there like its their break room. So leave the banged at home with your kilos and make sure your blinkers work and tags are current.

Most of the machines were broken, the attendants were gone for 2hr and no one could use the bathroom it was locked. When they came back they constantly were getting in the way cleaning areas over and over again by me? How many times can you wipe the same spot? While the other one just stood there at end of folding table watching me. Understand I wasnt going in there expecting the Taj Mahal it was pretty much how I thought it would look. However, for the prices they charge for cramped space, 1 folding table, black dust coming out of air vent, broken machines, locked bathroom, and the attendants who think there guarding Fort Knox. Wont go back ever!

The washing machines DO NOT get your clothes clean. The attendant is a drunk. He has been sleep or unavailable on several occasions Ive been here.I only went here cause of convenience but the straw was when I put a quarter on accident in a dryer with no clothes and he wouldnt give me the quarter back.Its about principal not the amount of money.Then he started quoting and bringing up Jesus as if all people are Christian.This is how you justify not doing what is right by trying to stamp it with bringing up your god?Well this place has lost my business.

I HATED THIS PLACE!! THE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO GET ME TO GIVE MY MONEY TO THEM FOR THEIR CARD. HALF THE WASHERS DIDNT WORK AND THE DRYERS WERE BROKEN BECAUSE AFTER 50 MINS MY CLOTHES STILL WERENT DRY!
