Clean and well lit. Lots of choices on machines and payment choices. The other people doing laundry were relaxed and friendly.

It’s a laundromat. Pretty standard. Appreciate how big the place is and that there’s staff on hand. They do a good job keeping the place clean

$1.75!per pound is the upper end of the going rate around here but NOBODY gets it done as fast as this place! Its worth the extra quarter per pound.

I have always had good experience with this place very friendly employees & very very clean place of business. Unfortunately someone needed my clothes & stole them.I am a single parent raising two toddlers.I filed a police report & tried to file a claim with the Company Advantage Insurance Co. The Representative did not cooperate. She said let the a Police come to her. Which I know this is a civil matter. Probably her deductible was out of pocket or insurance rate would go up.I will send a letter & copy of police report & try again.

Favorite laundromat, they have an enormous washer that takes like 120 lbs of laundry for $16 with non scented detergents included

Its a great deal when you use their loyalty card. Nice attendants. All new high efficiency machines. The only thing is you are charged an extra amount for hot water which is what it is automatically set too. It cant be changed once you start the machine. And the dryers are automatically set to medium heat but you can change that. It is by far the best one in Vallejo.

Great place. Tons of front load machines and dryers. Machines are clean and easy to use with the card. The entire place is very tidy and neat. Free WiFi is very cool. Decent surroundings where a single woman or a mother with kids can feel safe too. Today I was there and Linda the attendant on duty was a great help. She answered all my questions about how to use the front load machines. I wasnt sure how to load my card with a debit but now I do Linda showed me! Thank you for all your help. Over all very cool place only down side is that its not a 24hr. one like the Oakland and Tracy...that would be perfect..

My washing machine at home stopped working and a technician wasnt scheduled to come and service it for another week so I was forced to look for a laundromat and hadnt been to one in over 30 years. I Googled best laundromats in Vallejo and found Advantage Laundry. When I arrived, I noticed that the laundromat was very nice and clean. Domi, the attendant, was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the washing machines and dryers. I really appreciate Domis help. She was so patient and super sweet. If I ever need to come back again, I will definitely return to Advantage Laundry. Many thanks to Domi!!! 😊

When they first opened the floors and the washers were spotless every single time. But now that theyve been around for a little bit, the floors are continuously filthy every single time I come here. Even though there is an attendant on duty all the time, no one seems to be paying attention to the floors anymore!!! The cleanliness was the reason I started coming to this location in the first place. Disappointing for sure. But I do like the washers and dryers still. Just wish it was kept clean on a consistent basis.

Its very dirty the loundy the morena who work there is very mean bc she kicked out my dog and she call the owner and the morena was racist bc i come back on the. 01/21/19 and there was a dog in The laundy and i tell her and she started to talk owner of the dog but never get kicked out . and one time i tell her theres alot of soap and the floor and she oh just dont. Walk throught there.

I like this place because of the big washers and dryers but Ive had a bad experience with one if the workers. My clothes took longer than expected to dry so I had to stay 10 minutes past closing time. The worker was practically right next to me the entire time waiting for me to leave which is whatever to me, but as I was bringing my clothes to the car (I had a lot so I had to take 3 trips), she locked me out knowing i still had clothes inside. Another lady was leaving out and she was telling the lady she was wrong for locking me out. Id rather go to J & J. They may not have those giant washer and dryers but the owner is very friendly.

Dont trust their card machine. They entice you into using their cards instead of quarters by giving extra credits ($22 worth for $20). Except the card machine is notorious for taking money and not applying the credits. This is what happened to me a week ago at this establishment. When i brought the issue to the worker and the manager, they told me that the card i was using hasnt eveb been used in over a year. Seriously?? I had just used the card the prior week and now their computer says the card has been unused for over a year??? So now theres no record of the $20 i put in the card machine. Its a scam. If you do go, USE QUARTERS.

The staff is so nice and kind they treat you like family ... and all machines work washers and dryers!

My experience on Tues May 28th was bad. The attendant is Really Disrespectful and I will not come back here.

The best laundromat in all of Vallejo! Top quality washer & dryers in various sizes, very clean, plenty of room, granite folding tables, accessible bathroom, and Free Wi-Fi. This is the place to do laundry no doubt!

07-01-18 9:25 Left Advantage Laundry. I asked the lady that works there to unlock the bathroom because my niece had to use it. She said “ No sorry, I can’t because it’s a big big mess the toilet isn’t working it’s over flooded and it’s a big big mess I’m sorry” no its not over flooded maybe dirty but not over flooded, because I saw someone come out of there a little bit ago. She’s rude. Place was filthy! She had towels everywhere under the candy machines. Just there. It was just awful and it’s never like this until today!!!!!!

A one star is probably a compliment to this place...This is a one off experience going a few miles to do laundry, and it wasnt pleasant dealing with the ghettos!Machine did not work and reported to staff for refund. Was told it was my fault for using the machine! One freaking rude staff!!

What I like about this place is that it’s very clean compare to other laundromats in Vallejo. There’s a lot of machine.

Had to go back twice to get laundry because they dont always staff. Almost had to lose allmy laundry because of their poor management since I was passing through in an RV. Be very wary of leaving your laundry and expecting to pick it up.Once again nobody there when I go to drop off laundry. If they werent closest i would never come back
