Very clean and everyone there was super friendly.. Will definitely go there again!

What a place! So clean. All of the machines look brand new! They are modern and efficient. You can pay via an app on your phone so that you don’t have to worry about getting change. Plus, Carol, the manager, was the nicest most helpful person you could ask for. We met the owner, Brian, also. He was just as nice. Usually, no one gets too excited about a laundromat but this place deserves the praise. It was outstanding!

Very clean and well maintained laundromat. They have several sizes of machines and dryers, so you can combine loads to save time and money. They have a coin machine that takes $20 bills, which is also very nice. The machines are also well maintained, no weird foggy glass or strange odors.The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is:1) there was a live cockroach on the wall near the dryer I was using. It was small, and the only one I saw; the place is otherwise super clean, and it likely came in from outdoors to stay warm or hitched a ride with a customer. But, it still made me wary of letting my laundry touch any surfaces as the last thing I want is to bring a roach home.2) the woman who was cleaning the place wore her mask improperly, with it below her nose. She was very thorough with her cleaning and seemed very friendly and cheerful otherwise.3) the place got VERY busy around 1pm. There doesnt seem to be a limit on how many people they allow into the building. I know this is harder to monitor, but the cleaning woman was there for at least a couple of hours and there was a TV I could hear playing in the back behind the doors, so there *is* someone there. Also the customers-- some were very contentious about social distancing, others were right up on other peoples space, using the washers and dryers right next to someone else even though there were plenty of machines to leave a machine empty between. Maybe its purely wishful thinking on my part, but with this pandemic picking back up it would be nice to limit the number of people in the building at any one time and/or teach social distancing protocol. Washers and dryers should be like urinals: always leave one empty between you and anyone else.

Great place to wash clothes, although I didnt need to speak to the lady in charge I did overhear other customers asking questions and getting taken care of. She was polite and helpful to them and even with a mask on, you could tell she was smiling.

This place is always clean on the inside. The ppl that work there are great. They have a app for your phone so you can pay to do laundry from your phone and it notifies you when its done

I got in and and got to work good machine you can wash a lot at once. And everything works! Glad wash n dry was there for me and my family!

This place has the machines where u can pay and track time on the machines from your phone!!!! Great feature!!! Also they keep this place very clean and sanitized

Great prices, new renovations and there was someone there on staff to answer any questions (which seems to be rare these days). The place has new management and they put in new machines. Therefore all of the old reviews you should ignore and give it another chance. I went during the day and it seem like a safe area. The plaza has security that walks around the area. Only downfall is, its a small area so it is hard to move around especially with some of the renovations still going on. Additionally, there wasnt much space to fold your clothes after they were done drying. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Okay for me because its close by to where i live. Plus i never have to wait on washer or dryer to use. Parking can be hectic sometimes.

Clean place! Washers and dryers are new. A quarter gives 4 minutes of dryer time, but you only need 20 minutes for a medium size load.

Im happy that they have different size washer and dryers are very good. Accessibility is easy also from the parking lot!

Nice looking and clean all new machains great place better than washing at home make that stop and wash all at once for the low, low.

All new machines ! They work really efficiently of course we were there early in the morning our time. Inner time clocks are a little off because we just got back on Friday the 13th from spain so going to wash early was a no brainer !

I like it because they have big washing machines, bigger than other places, its clean and friendly too.

Only thing i seen going in at 730ish p.m. is night worker wasnt enforcing people to wear masks

The man running this shop was extremely RUDE. First I told him there was a problem with my washer because it wasnt spinning. Which was my mistake because the door was a little tricky and didnt completely lock..I laughed it off and he walked away with an attitude. I let that slide Next he yelled at me because the dryer door opened..not my fault your machines are old and unreliable. No reason to be disrespectful and made it very clear he did not need to talk to me the way he did. He just seems miserable...someone give him a beer!

Horrible. All 3 washers we chose to use wete not working they werent filling up any water only a bit of water came in them like 2 mins before the spin cycle....And the soap didnt go into the washers either... And one of ours filled completely up with water like 1 min before the spin cycle so outlr clothes are sopping wet. Now we spent 15 bucks that have been wasted. Another guy in there was having the same problem with his 2 machines. The owner isnt here so we cant talk to him about getting our money back and we caller the number only posted online not in the store (which is absolutely unreal) how are you going to run a business and not be able yo help your patrons with issues with YOUR MACHINES. Also when i calles the number posted online the number is dissconected. So cool. I feel robbed of my money (which i dont have much of at all) Im incredibly upset right now. DO NOT COME HERE.
