I was visiting from a different state for the week and this was cleaner and better equipped than my current gym. They have a separate room for powetlifting which seems like a great idea.

I’ve been attending Bodyworks since July and it’s definitely my favorite spot to workout. The gym is always super clean and organized. The staff are always welcoming and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They added an additional side (Iron Eaterz) and that’s my new spot to lift. They have everything I need for my family to be involved in their health as well. The new owners and management have really done a great job providing a atmosphere anyone would love. Good job Bodyworks!

I LOVE this gym!!! The cardio equipment is new and always available! The owners and staff treat you like family! I train with Jamel and he is awesome! He pushes me/encourages me to reach my potential each workout.. and they even offer childcare! For a working mom, this is a life saver!

LOVE my Bodyworks family! Jamel and Kesley are fantastic....they hire the best trainers, and if you are lucky enough to be trained personally by Jamel, you will learn what it is to be GREAT. The gym is constantly growing and offering new opportunities for people to stay involved and keep from getting bored or burned out. DO IT.

Best gym in Valdosta by far! The staff is friendly and attentive. If you need any help they are always willing to assist you no matter what your goal is. The bodyworks side is clean and a variety of gym equipment and the Iron Eaterz side is a real old school style of weightlifting. Absolutely love what they have done and offer I cant wait to see what they do next because everyday is something different going on.

I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to be apart of Bodyworks, Valdosta! The moment you walk in the facility the atmosphere is welcoming, comforting and motivating. Not only from the staff, but from the members as well. There is enough weights and cardio, even during prime time hours. There is a variety of group fitness classes to fit everyone’s needs. Childcare for the mommas that’s need their time. Iron Eaterz for the heavy lifters. It’s just a great gym in general! My family and I truly love it there!
