I really wanted to love this place. They were nice for the most part. I had to come back a week later after getting a gel manicure that started to lift within 7 days after service. Today they fixed it (very satisfied) I brought my daughters in to get their manicures. They told them they were done and dry so we went to the car to go home, the paint literally started coming off when they were trying to put their drinks in the cup holder of the car . We literally just left the salon . ( seems like they were rushing to get them out of there ) . I think Jenny was awesome though (she did my pedi last week and its still great!)

Quyen never fails to make me happy. She takes her time on my nails and gives quality work every time. No matter how stressed I am I always leave feeling clean and refreshed with a smile on my face.

This place is top notch! My neice, my sister and myself came for deluxe pedicure and nail buff, full set and gel polish. Each person did an awesome job and it felt like they knew exactly what we wanted without even having to ask! Shout out to Tina, who did my pedi and Holly who did my gel polish French manicure! This is my new spot!

Always check your nails after the service that they have properly buffed the nailbed of ridges; my technician did a lousy job.

EXCELLENT JOB. My feet feel so good. I always get the Ultimate spa pedicure on my visits here. An now you can get a complementary glass of wine with your pedi! ....of course if youre driving...I wouldnt suggest that you dont drink it, get the water or soda. GREAT SANITARY PRACTICES AS WELL FOR COVID

There’s a lot of people who work here so I’m giving it a 3 instead of a 1 because that wouldn’t be a fair review. My gel toenail polish is bubbled and my sns dip nails were not properly applied so of course they didn’t stay on at all. Broke the next day.

Very satisfied with Sofia’s work and mannerisms. She is very kind and gentle as I explained to her about my sensitivity in my right hand.

This was my 1st time & Kevin was very friendly offered water this was a very pleasant visit although a lil pricey it was worth not being uncomfortable and my art on my nails are beautiful.

They make appts that they obviously don’t have time for. Instead of telling you to just come back later.. they’ll do just enough to get you in the chair, then have you waiting for hours. On top of that, my original price was $50, and he offered 10% off for the wait but somehow the price went up to $55 and the 10% off “reduced it to $50”. Shady. Also, my nails were not even and it took 3 different people to get them to look somewhat decent, never had an experience like this is in Vacaville.. never again.

I love this nail shop and Kevin! He does a great job on my nails every time. He has great nail design ideas but will also do a design idea I bring in. I am ALWAYS getting compliments on my nails and pedicures. The shop is clean and the employees are extremely friendly...not to mention extremely patient! I witnessed a customer who was clearly in a bad mood that day come in and begin her visit extremely rude...the employees were able to quickly turn her mood around! The ability to diffuse a situation like that and make the environment enjoyable for everyone is a true gift!

My normal nail place was closed, so on a whim I came to Top Nail. My nail professional was Tiffany and she did an amazing job. Not too chatty but I dont not mind that so much. She is to the point and my nails look great. I will now be coming here as a my new regular place. She tried to up sell me for an eye brow wax, and I went with it. And I am pleasantly surprised. For a random visit, I got more than what I expected. Prices are fair also. If you need super customer experience, this may not be for you. But I would rather have quality work over someone trying to talk to me like they care.

Usually love this place. Always friendly and on the less expensive side. My first time getting a pedicure yesterday was amazing. But I also got a full set and had two different people work on me which made me have to tip two people. Also the man who did my nails did an okay job, but they are flat and don’t have the arch I like them to have. Definitely not my favorite set of nails I’ve gotten from here.

I have been coming here every two weeks for a very long time for a fill, pedicure and eyebrows. I came in 1 hour before closing and asked if it was too late for a fill and a pedicure to which I was told no it wasnt too late they could do it. I wasnt even done with my pedicure before they were rushing to start my nails. I was not happy with my nails at all and I think when you pay $50 for a fill they should be what you like and want. I understand they were now closed and wanted to go home so I waited until the next morning to have them fixed. When I went to have them fixed she said I would have to pay full price to have them redone when I paid $53 the night before. Im seriously upset and will find a new nail shop that will honor their work and make sure when you pay that much money its to your liking. They are higher than most shops but Im fine with that if I get what I want. I refuse to pay $103 for a fill, I wouldnt even pay that for a full set.

Very good salon. my nails cameout a bit bumpy but overall very cute. i also feel like another coat of glitter wouldn’t have hurt. asked them to recreate a picture from pinterest and after a few tries he had to switch to another lady so she could do it but it came out wonderful. will definitely come back next month for my monthly gel nail trip.

I’ve been going here for over 5 years now. I’ve gotten a few different types of nails through the years and for the most part I liked how everyone did my nails. But this time around I decided to get a normal manicure with my short nails(school requires no fake nails) she literally left a whole half an inch almost of my nail with no polish. Like the cuticle to where my polish is, is about half an inch maybe a bit less but you can see the gap. 30$ for that? Yeah I think I will have to find another nail salon I just don’t get it. Since ownership changed its been hit or miss with them.

Got a gel manicure there and had to get some old gel polish off. They PEELED it off. They didn’t soak them. They were super rough with cutting the cuticles, and the salon is cluttered. Besides all that, my nails look good.

I went with a friend on her recommendation and they were GREAT! Even with them being super busy, they still paid so much attention to you. Seemed pretty clean and sterile! Got a manicure with shellac and it was very nice! Prices competitive with other nail salons too.

Overall this place is pretty good but I made an appointment with someone and ended up getting Tylor I dont mind her but she is Very Rude... Kevin is supper good I was mad tho because I made an appointment and they gave me someone else...! Iver all is an okay place too full sometimes you cant even walk there so make sure you do an appointment and make sure you get the person

Was the first nails salon I visited when I moved to Vacaville and now that they reopen I didn’t think it twice and went... I was happy to see a familiar face “Quinn”, she’s so nice and professional.

My nails were basically perfect and I loved my artist, but my sisters artist cut her finger pretty bad and wasnt gentle with it after. She said it was hurting pretty badly. Her polish was also completely ruined by the next day.

The staff is super nice. They produce great nails. They go over and beyond. I will be returning.

I got a manicure and pedicure here and it was ok. The technician cut my finger when doing my cuticles and didnt get the polish down to the cuticles, so it grew out very quickly. The polish on my toes must have been old too because it was very streaky when it dried. Disappointed. I gave it 3 stars though because I have been here in the past and have had good experiences, just not consistent.

I am a retired manicurist. It is not my practice to get pedicures anywhere because I know the cleanliness that should happen between customers to keep people safe from transferring nail fungus and other problems. I have witnessed many salons not taking the time to clean the foot basin thoroughly, or they do it quickly to save time. Not this place! I was VERY impressed with the cleaning procedure I witnessed. Not only that, but the staff was friendly and the practitioner did not hurt me. The prices are competitive, and they have my business. Garbage went in for a full and they were all different shapes and lengths. The powder didnt match but she just kept saying its cute when it definitely wasnt! #FAIL never again. Glad I didnt come in for a full set!

I have never been charged over 50 dollars for a French tip acrylic nails and a diamond OMG I only got clear coat and one of my nails only had half acrylic.Yes they where fast friendly and gentle with my nails. But I was not happy with the outcome Im sorry but I overpaid this should have been like 32$ would have been reasonable I felt so bad I didnt say anything and couldnt even tip I felt I paid too much. Sorry I know they where busy but Im not happy.

Worst experience. I got a fill here and the very next day one of the nails broke but I wasn’t too mad about that except when I went to get it fixed they refused to fix it and they were really rude.

I had a mani pedi done at this salon yesterdayMy pedicure Lady was very sweet to me I sat at the end in the last chair and was able to bring in my little Yorke to sit on my lap The gentleman doing the ladies feet next to me gave me a bottled water cause he saw me coughing, fanned me cause I was hot from the heat of the water - that was a wonderful experience HOWEVER when the manager did my nails I asked her to remove the acrylic and just a manicure - she wasn’t very nice seem to be in a not so good mood and was bossy with me she did not do a good job and left part of the acrylic on making my nails look awful ! Charged me $25 to paint nails clear :( won’t go back

This is the best nail salon Ive been to in the vacinity. Though I dont get my nails done too often (3-4 times a year) Ive been to Napa, Sacramento, and a few places in Vacaville. The technicians at Top Coat take their time and are thorough and detailed with the care and work of your nails. This place makes me feel the pampering is my time and money well spent.The down fall of the visit is that the technicians were switched around in the middle the manicure so 2 technician worked on my nails, so I felt I had to tip 2 technicians for my manicure thats awkward for a client to have to tip double. Allow one technician to start and complete the job to avoid this.
