I love coming here! The staff is always friendly and the services are great... it can be quite challenging to find a great nail salon that has it all; quality, care and service!!

They got me in quickly and made my Nails perfect!!!

They are very skilled but check the prices before you do they suggest,otherwise it’s pricey!

When I first went, I enjoyed the way Jessica did my nails. The second time I went, she left my nails soaking. And around my nails, my skin was peeling. I gave the shop another chance, but unfortunately my nails were done horrifically. So bad, that I went and got them redone at my new shop. Here is the job that lavender nails did that made me go somewhere else. The picture you see, my nails had been done for 2 days only.

Wait was long, but once I got my pedicure, my technician more than made up for it. I wish I would have gotten her name to give her a shout out. She was awesome!!

I got poked and bled during my pedicure. Days later I developed some kind of infection. It was at this time that I realized the tools she had used were pulled straight from a drawer. That should have been a red flag to me. Ive learned my lesson. Not going back. Im on a mission to find a nail salon that checks all the boxes.

Ivy is amazing. I was just let her do whatever color and design she wants and I always leave satisfied.

Ive been getting my nails done by Kelly since the shop opened & Lisa will do my nails if Kelly is unavailable. My favorite nails techs anywhere and I’ve been alot of places from the east coast to the west. ALWAYS friendly, make sure you get what you need and PATIENT. I always change my mind on what color and end up getting something crazy, they always come out perfectly ❤️ I used to never let anyone do my pedicures but kelly does everything perfectly and is not scared to take her time do the job RIGHT! PLEASE Open up already!

Im from Chicago, with that being said, I came to Lavender because of the reviews and I needed a pedicure for a function I was doing to. This pedicure was the best Ive ever had. My pedicurist massaged my feet, legs and even put pressure on my pressure points and took his time. I paid $30 which back at home would have been doubled. I would definitely come back when Im back in town.

The nail experience I had here was one of the worst Ive had. For starters, they didnt tell me where to sit, so I was standing for about 5 mins before someone pointed to where I had to go. Then when I was asked for what I wanted I showed them the photo of stiletto nails and the person doing my nails (in a rude tone) said well its 5 extra dollars for the shape, mind you Ive never been to a nail place that charged me for the shape and Ive been to quite a few. So later on when theyre cutting the acrylic nail he cut the nail and asked for the length to which I replied thats good, and he said that if I dont want it that long to tell him because he doesnt want to hear me complain about it later. Rude af. I then told him that Ive had longer nails before this so the length wouldnt be a problem, after I said that he became really apologetic and continued with the process. The part that really grossed me out though was the fact that at one point he blew his nose and was going to continue on my nails without washing his hands. I asked him if he was going to wash his hands and he was like oh, yeah.So basically the worker I had was rude at first thinking I knew nothing about having my nails done. You can tell they only like regulars because some of the people they were working on they knew by name and were really nice to them, unlike what I experienced. The prices here are ridiculous. Only come here to get your nails done if you dont mind being disrespected.All of that plus the nails werent good so 🤷🏽‍♀️

Amazing service. Im in school and learn ways of a nail tech so I love to go to salons to see if they actually follow the rules and regs. And this was the first salon that was spot on! Very clean and sanitary, amazing work. Will definitely be going back.

First time coming to lavendar and I loved it. The lighting was so soothing, I wish I had asked the nail techs name. She was so gentle, took her time and was very accurate with her work !

This place is incredible and nothing compares. Its lowlight, amazing service, hot drinks and the best pedicures around! Lisa is great too. I moved away two years but every time I fly in I rush straight there. Its the best of the best.

Got an infected nail. Must have been an inexperienced employee. She filed my nails down to the quick and when I tried to tell her, she didnt understand English!

I love lavender!!! I moved to vacaville and tried almost everywhere, i had a lot of problems with the ones i tried but lavender is so amazing. I love the setting, lowlighting in the pedicure area, and all their staff is amazing they remembered my daughter and i after the first time.

Everything is rushed and they’re not very friendly. The quality is also poor. I got home and noticed half a nail left unpainted and my cuticles were painted... my bad for not checking before I left, I’ll own up to that. But honestly they acted so annoyed by my presence that I just wanted out of there. My gel manicure was already peeling off 3 days later (and I’m not hard on my nails). At the end of the day I overpaid for something I could have done at home myself for eh quality it was.

Cindy owns the shop and she is one of the best nail artist I have met in a long time and she is very very good at her trade . I have brought many people to her that have chosen to keep coming back and the feet manicure choices are the best and they have the best equipment . Service was horrible and the people there are so rude. I accidentally bumped my nail and two people yelled at me and told me to be more careful, the man that did my nails didnt even fix where I bumped it. Then I went to dry my nails and they didnt turn the lights on.. Worst experience at a nail salon ever. Never going there again!!!😡
