My husband and I were with another major insurance carrier for 20 years. In that time, we were never contacted by an agent from the company. We were in a major auto accident a year ago. We were assigned 3 different adjusters. Each adjuster was located in another state, i.e., Arkansas, Pennsylvania and New York. Barbara and her office staff may be some of the most unprofessional agents Ive met.I have held car insurance, home and multiple business insurances for 17 years. 2 years ago my husband was rear ended (not his fault)it took 2 months to even get someone to look at the vehicle. Thats two months we had no car. Then he had a fender bender a few agi that was his fault. In the accident there was only front end damage. While in possession of state farm the car was hit again totaling it. State Farm dropped him for similar accidents showing a pattern. Thats what we pay insuramce for and where our agent should have gone to bat for us.The icing on the cake. When I asked for the policy information for the policies covered Barbra dropped myself from the car policy. Never letting me know she was no longer insuring me. She claims my email was me stating I was cancelling my policy. Heres the copy and past from my email.Can you please send me all of the coverage I receive through you for both my personal business, Grit grace faiths insurance and workmens comp and my personal car and rental policies. I would like to know what my coverage is as well as what I am paying. Thank youDont waste your time and money this office is a mess and customer service is not a priority. I will spare you the details on the way Barbara spoke to me when I called her on the topic.
