Months later while looking into reducing my auto and home insurance, I recalled meeting Shane and gave him a call. Shane and his team were great to work with. They asked the right questions regarding coverage, and they were able to get me insurance quotes that same day. Share did not try to increase my coverage or up-sell me on unneeded policies. Actually, he suggested that I change my converged because I was previously over covered, thus reducing my monthly payments. Approximately a month ago I spoke with Shane about getting some insurance coverage for a local small business as I would like to support local business. He contacted a company to see if they would cover and the company would not be able to cover this type of small business. Shane said he would look into other companies and get back to me with the results. Unfortunately I have not received any information from Shane, not even a courtesy phone call letting me know that he was unsuccessful or successful with locating a company the could insure this local small business. At this point I will have to look elsewhere to find better service.

Ive been using Eastman insurance for a few years. Eastman covers my home and auto. Overall, Ive been happy with their services.Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because once they let my auto insurance expire and didnt notify me. I found out when I got in a car accident, luckily which wasnt my fault.Over time, Eastman insurance has been getting better with communication and insurance services.

EIS is an amazing company. Ive had them for going on 4 years now. Well that unfortunate time came where the current insurance provider had increased my rates. I get it, it happens. I set up an appointment to see if they could shop the market of carriers they have to help lower my premium without sacrificing my coverages. When I walked in I was greated with a smile and was offered coffee. Well after only what seemed to be about 30 minutes Shane found another carrier matching same coverage I have and saving me close to $400 a year. I dont know about you, but I could find something else to put $400 towards. If you want an insurance company that works for you then look no further
