Tonight was my first time getting nails done here. I was overly satisfied. Tee was my nail tech and he was reasonable, friendly, quick...yet took his time and my nails turned out beautiful. I do believe I will be returning and this will be my new nail salon.

Eyebrow tech took her time with my brows so Im thinking shes new ok cool. Then at the end She focused a bit much on one side wiping but ok. Looked in the mirror eyebrows looked good. I paid tipped and left. Later on my eyebrow keep irritating me, but my hair was in my face so I didnt pay it much mind. When I finally looked at my eyebrows I noticed she burned me. I guess thats what she kept wiping. Nothing I can do now except warn and dont return.

I liked the pedicure very professional but their polish took a hour to dry before I could leave and it still wasnt completely dry when I arrived home, I feel they need Better polish. Other than that GREAT service. It was my first time there. Ill give them another try for my nails

NO! I spend my money where I feel like it is appreciated and this place gives the impression that they cant care less! I got there at 10:01am, they werent open; even with a posted 10am opening sign. The lady finally arrives at 10:10am. She was nice but she only does pedicures. She tells me to have a seat, the manicurist will be in shortly. Well there I was, 10:35am and no manicurist. I asked the lady about her arrival time and she tells me She may be in later. Ok, when were u going to relay that to me? I see my time is not valued as there was no sense of urgency or apology in her tone. I left and I will NEVER return. I just recently started getting my nails done and I see it will be a challenge to find someone worth returning to around here.

I forgot to ask for her name but she is amazing! She took very good care of me. She was friendly, she gave me advice on working feet like she was just so helpful & patient with me. I recommend for everyone to come here & they are affordable😊

I Use to like this place. Unfortunately, I went In recently and they had a new look and new techs. First, the young pregnant lady did my pedi. She kept complaining about being tired. That should have been a red flag. She scrubbed my feet a little, pushed the cuticle down and painted them. Nothing else. The paint job looked like my 5 year old son did it. I waited so long to get my toes done and right that when it was time for nails, I had no time. I had been there forever. Therefore, I asked that they just change the polish. The nail tech was also ready to get out. It was closing time. The nails looked great at first until a few days later. All ten nails color peeled off like a press on nail. Horrible!!!! I thought That the paint was cheap. But after thinking about it, i realized That the nail tech never even buffed my nails. He just painted them, put me under the gel light and kept it moving. That’s what I get for going into the nail shop tired and after some after work drinks.

Nice place to get some nails and facial waxing services after shopping. Bright and modern remodeling under the new management but a bit pricey. I paid nearly $60 for a standard manicure and pedicure.

Worst place I came for a full set and my nails was barley 2 inches and I was charged 32 dollars and my toes were 32 dollars as well my nails was wrongly shaped 4 time and there very uneven there rude if u dont tip NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!! I went here to get a just a simple Full Set appropriate for work. ALL the utensils used were dirty. They do not sanitize nor dis infect the tools they use. Customer Service is very poor and Nail Technicians are unlicensed.

She made my nails uneven. Didnt put the colors all the way on the nails. She is rude and very disrespectful. Dont waste your money here. She hurt my hands and left them dirty afterwards. If I could give negative stars I would. When we asked her to fix it she was rude and walked off.

They will sit in your face and talk bad about you, they like to rush. Don’t know how to shape a nail. I only like 1 nail tech which is a guy and 1 older lady that does pedis but with the way they speak and treat you I will definitely not go back anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place is convenient because it is in a Walmart, however I have received horrible service on a number of occasions. Many times u walk in and are never acknowledged. This last time I drew the line because I was there for a half an hour and they served a woman of a different race the moment she walked in without even so much as asking why I was waiting when it was obvious I was alone. They looked at me and spoke in their language, perhaps acknowledging their mistake but never apologizing. The nails are over priced for work that is mediocre. Also, the first time I went there in April 2018, I ended up with pink eye. I was hoping it was coincidence but that was me giving the benefit of the doubt. I’m going to have to find another place although nail shops in the area are sparse honestly.

Was in recently on 4/25/18....they are under a new management. I went to allow Nancy to do my lashes. She does a decent job, when Im in a crunch. Immediately she wanted to do my nails. I only went in for my lashes. I explained to her that I only use gel liquid on my nails now. She said yes she would do this, so I agreed. I still wanted lashes first. My lashes were just as always perfect. My nails however, were a mess. She tried to give an acrylic fill, I insisted on gel. I should have left after my lashes, but she promised that I would like my nails. To make a long story shorter....I did not like my nails, and I had her to redo them. After all was done, the guy at the desk told me that I was lucky, because he would have punched me. No one deserves to be treated this way.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, THEY WILL MESS YOUR NAILS UP AND BLAME YOU FOR THEY MISTAKE AND ARGUE WITH YOU AND VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS, NEVER WANT TO FIX YOUR NAILS WHEN THEY MESS UP AND THE OTHER WORKERS WILL JUST SIT THERE AND WATCH OR LIE.. Not worth it.

Chairs is old and doesn’t work this white guy who did my feet he didn’t even do his job right the whole time he’s talking in another language way across the room worst customer service ever I should of known not to get my nails done at walmart how can I get a word in if he’s talking to someone else and not attending to me as his customer make sure they wash there hands cause the lady that sit in the front I guess her name is Nancy I made her wash her hands cause she came right over right after servicing a customer she was going to do my lash without washing her hands not to mention she touching my eyes and as soon as I seen her place the lashes and the glue on her hands I got up I didn’t want the service no more no thank you they need to learn how to be professional in this profession clean an sanitation

Absolutely horrible!! 0 Stars was not an option😕. Waiting over 1 hour for their screw up yesterday!! I have been to other salons in the area and they were great, but this one is horrible! Over $50 for a pedicure and not even enough polish to cover my toes!!

Ive been to this location several times and this time was excellent!!Regal Nails is located in Walmart off of Jonesboro Road. I noticed that their polish selection features Opi, Essie and other name brands.I opted for a fill in on a full set of acrylic nails this visit.My original full set was installed at this location. But by a diffrent technition and I was not truly satisfied. Everything was clean and sterile but she broke my session to do some one elses eye brow wax. With no explanation. The full set was rushed. Nails were bulkyJohn was AMAZING!! He completely changed the look of my nails. I💘 them!.The shape, color and length are all on point! John is so skilled! It took him only 20 minutes to complete the fill in. He was talkative, funny and hip. He played music 🎶 during my visit and that was nice. He transformed nails into a different swag and I appreciate it! Pedicures are a bit pricy but worth it. The sugar scrub smells amazing.

If I could I would not give them no stars . This was the worst experience I ever had at a nail shop . The lady who did my toes was very rude, and painted my toes like my 4 year old painted them. She got mad and snatched the sandals off when I said I did not like them . I wouldn’t even call it a pedicure, because she did not clean nor scrub my feet properly. I left with bleeding, crooked toes nails. It was rushed and she started talking in a different language when I spoke up for my self . They really need to re staff, because they are horrible .

11.11.17. Im here going through it now...getting a peficure. No pen to sign in. Told me station 3. Station 3 has clipped toenails on the seat along with sticky stuff. She asked me to sit at station #2. It was cleaner. While waiting, one customer got up to wash her hands. The technician blew her nose without washing or using sanitizer. The mother washing told her to wash her hands. Technician argued with customer. Floors are dirty. Is it worth the gift card? Been waiting 15 mins.Update: left there because I had to wait so long to be seen. Gave the lady having trouble the gift cards. I came to Super Nails off Old Natl.

The pedicure was great but my fill...every single nail is crooked, many of them have jagged edges, bubbles in polish, and the nail beds were not filed down so theyre all thicker in the back
