I’ve been coming here for over 15+ years. Marleny and Angie are exceptional and give excellent service. Make sure to book your appointment ahead of time! They get very busy, especially during the summer, and have a lot of loyal customers who fill up their appointment book quick. Best quality manicure, pedicure, acrylic and gel services ! Very clean and thorough!

Poor customer service. I went in at 5:30 hoping to get serviced and even though they closed at 7:30, they turned me away. I feel if you welcome walk-ins and your close time is more than a reasonable time to do a service, you should accommodate a customer.

I always do my nails at Nail Plus with Angie or Marlene They are the best!. They know what they doing. Angie takes care of my natural nails she dedicates me the time that is necessary, and she gives me massages and if she notices that my natural nails are in poor condition she recommends me ways to protect them.I recommend that you make an appointment don’t go as walk-in if you want a good service.

I love this place. I have moved to Virginia Beach and now Sydney, Australia and I can tell you from experience there is no other places like Nail Plus. I give it a 5 star,because the Service & Courtesy from the any of the Manicurist is amazing. There is equal treatment for everyone. The manicures & pedicures are fantastic!!Looking forward to visiting them again in Dec.

I had my nails done by Marlene for the first time, she treated me like I was her regular customer (which I am now). All the girls there were very friendly, they are not hurried by the owner and give quality work. My hands were horrible when I arrived and looked like I paid a million when I left. I wont go anywhere else now.

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Lets start off with all the 5 girls that work there I walked in at 5:00pm and they just looked at me did not even welcome me or anything and asked me what I wanted to get done(are you getting acrylic)? No I’m getting gel ok just sit down. I sat down the ladie Arelys did my manicure she cut me like 3 times the ladie that did my moms feet was on her phone the whole entire time so my mom asked her can you do me feet and she responded “well you should’ve asked me before” are you freaking kidding me ? These girls are always in a rush not wanting to attend anyone always in their freaking phone and I’m guessing they do that because their boss is not there. I’ll make sure I will call on Monday and talk to their boss because it’s ridiculous how they just stare at the clock and just nag “i want to go home” I never met a place with worst customer service than this place. FIRST AND LAST TIME i’ll come here. If I can give a 0 star I will give it.

Told them to make stilletto nails and she made almond nails. The lady charged me $30 which was alot. I was turning square into stilleto and she just didnt do it right. Dont waste ur time

They were rude and unprofessional. I went for a pedicure (for my 2 boys and myself) and nail tips (for myself) and they looked and me and laughed because I wanted to give my boys a pedicure. They just kept rolling their eyes. Never going back there again.
