Excellent place, quality in their products and the best attentions in the area, the work they do is lasting and I have noticed that each client is given a friendly treatment, the cleaning of each utensil and the salin is magnificent, the prices are very affordable ... and always satisfy my wishes and demands as a customer

I’ve been coming here for so many years now and wouldn’t trade it for anything. Great atmosphere, Kelly is always very attentive and provides any look you desire. As a customer for many years now I can honestly say this place is one of the many places I enjoy being. The employees are very kind and there work keeps customers happy and most importantly WE KEEP COMING BACK!

This nail salon has a very unwelcoming vibe to all customers. It’s sad to say/see great quality nail techniques and knowledge go to waste by lack of professionalism/ customer service. In every nail salon experience that I have had, the main goal is to make the costumers feel pampered and beautiful and provide a relaxing atmosphere that takes away from daily stress Etc. I can personally say that this place lacks all of the above mentioned qualities/ expectation of a typical salon.

So happy i found this spot love their professionalism always meets my every desire to what ever design i request!

Took my girl here they were super rude the next 3days 2 of her nails broke so we went back and than we walked in and the lady was being super rude and was giving attitude to her employees and customers than she took my girl to fix her nails and she fixed them but left them completely the wrong color and you can see the paint marks where she brushed them do not recommend never going back😐

I just got my nails done a few hours ago and my gel pedicure already chipped, the lady who did my nails was rushing the whole time and was rude with attitude. There not very nice at all here not even the owner

Dont like this place, the staff is rude and they dont use mask. My gel manicure it damaged in three days.

For years I always got my nails done wherever never cared or really loved the way my nails looked from any other salon until i found kelly I have not got my nails done by ANY other salon in 4/5 years because I refuse to go to anyone but kelly never ever been disappointed with her work! Q

I’ve been getting my nails done by her for years. She definitely knows her stuff and she’ll be honest if she believes something won’t work. My nails have always turned out amazing !

She’s absolutely amazing at her craft my nails last me long time and never chip or break. What I love about her is that she is by appointment, she takes her time with her clients that is hard to find now a days quality!

I believe they’re still in shock at the beautiful job she does compared to the garbage shes went to in the past. I found Kelly on instagram and fell in love! She works hard to make sure every customer is well taken care of! Her clients are loyal because her work speaks for itself!! She has never accidentally nicked me (which is a deal breaker for me) I love her designs and she shapes my nails perfectly every time! My only regret is that I moved to NC and had to give up the best nail tech I have ever known!

I won’t go anywhere else. I went to a place near my job because it was convenient to go on my lunch break and I automatically regretted it. Kellyn’s prices are the same as most other places, but the quality is waaaay better. I have been there many times now and I have no problem with nails breaking and the colors and designs are amazing. You may have to wait a while if you don’t make an appointment, so I would set up an appointment in advance.

I have followed her for about 10 years and she has never failed me. The work that she does is by far amazing, I suggest you dont knock it until you try it. One bad review from someone who didnt get their way should not ruin it for those who are looking to be pampered. I mean we all deserve the best and again she is the best. Trust and believe it is worth the experience. I have been coming to her new spot since she has opened and let me tell you she welcomes everyone, her place looks amazing, and she makes sure everyone leaves happy. Also let me add I am her regular client and I am not ghetto, so to the last review posted have some respect on how you speak about others you do not know. If you expect high class treatment then I suggest you make your way to rose nails.
