They were nice, however My acrylic nail is a bit lopsided. The place needs to be ventilated cuz I definitely felt like passing out from the dense chemical fumes in the air.

This is literally the nicest salon Ive ever visited. Its such a calm relaxing atmosphere and provides excellent service! Ill definitely be going back!

I dont get a pedi very often however when I do Ill definitely pay for atmosphere and people who are genuine and speak plain English. The leg massage was exquisite. I would highly recommend you to pamper yourself here. Note the only accept cash and checks.no cards. Every penny was soooo worth it!

I wish I could post positive feedback. However, posting positive will expose other to get burn as I did. My daughter and I did out gel nails in this place. The guy that took care of my daughter applied so much gel that burn her finger. He used dirty towel to clean and the drill he did not wanted to clean it before doing my daughters nail. And to me, the uv light and the gel got burn so bad that putting water in my hands was painful. They dont know what they doing. becareful with the reviews you read. Those may be fake

This place looked clean and friendly. I walked in and it was pretty busy. My pedicure was great as was the manicure. Super friendly and accommodating.

Okay, so Ill be the first to admit that the aesthetic of this salon is what got me at first. I called to make a next day appointment and the process was effortless. I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment time and was seated immediately. Tin did a phenomenal job on my manicure before completing my dip powder application and he was fantastic! Ill definitely be a return client because of his attention to detail. . I definitely found my new go to nail salon and I cant wait to bring a friend with me next time! Girl did an amazing job on my nails. I got a basic gel manicure, its been almost a month and I have not had one chip. Its also the first ever gel manicure I have not peeled off after two weeks!! Im rough on my nails too--I have two boys under 4, we went, and moved to a new house since I got them done. Cant wait to go back!!.****

I have tried a ton of nail salons in the city and Im so glad I found Bergenline Nails. I drive all the way over from the west side just to get a pedicure here. Every employee is super friendly and every one does an excellent job. Usually my basic polish pedicure lasts several weeks. They get super busy on the weekends, with good reason because they rock, so I suggest making an appointment if you plan on coming on the weekend. They also offer free wifi which is an added bonus. I look forward to getting a pedicure there every time!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

This was my first visit at the TBERGENLINE NAILS and bonus it was also my birthday! I came alone for some exclusive pampering that my husband wanted to treat me with.I love the boutique feel and although it is a beautifully big place it is rather cozy. I also appreciated the personal tour and the opportunity to order my first beermosa which was particularly delightful. I ordered the service On the Rocks and added the yelp complimentary scrub. It felt amazing! My service provider was awesome with the service and small chitchat but I really do appreciate the sweet happy birthday song and candle with chocolate that was offered to me. Im going again for sure.*****

Ive never gotten my nails done before and I decided to go here because of all the good reviews, and they did not disappoint! I went here for the first time to get an ombre acrylic full set. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I was sat down immediately. My manicurist was very kind and detail-oriented. She listened to what I wanted and she did an amaaaazing job! It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes.The place was very clean, they had great customer service and a fun playlist. It seemed like the employees knew their customers really well. I would definitely go back!I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!

I moved down here 4 months ago and after going to a few different nail spots that were less than subpar I FINALLY found a nail place! BERGENLINE NAILS is GREAT! Super friendly staff that make you feel like youre a regular. None of that first time client awkwardness.did my gel manicure and my pedicure and she was so easy to talk to and did a great job. Im very picky about my nails and I have zero complaints. Theyre all even and perfectly done. The owner stopped by my chair to make sure I was happy and to chat and the entire staff made sure I was comfortable. This place was clean, well staffed and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back and im so relieved I finally found a nail place. :)***

The lady that did my nails did an okay job. But the whole entire staff had big-time attitudes. I will never go there again the whole atmosphere energy was totally disgusting. Go to Traceys nails salon down the street near pizza hut and dont waste your time here I been here a couple times is a little bit pricey and the place smell is so strong like I have asthma and i had to leave bcs they dont have a fresh scent other then the acrylics activator.

The place is under new ownership. The previous owner did a terrible job of maintaining the area. Customer service was terrible. But with new additional employees and two very experience managers (Kim Chau) from other successful businesses working to improve the customer service. Definitely come to bergenline nails!

Where do I start I went to this place because I just moved here from new York so I dont really know where the good salons are so I been trying them all, this nail salon should be closed the customer service is horrible, they give you attitude the lady that did my nails looks like the owners mom I went in for a gel manicure and she did them horrible Ive never been so disappointed on getting my nails done they got mad at me because I was taking my time picking a color and began to speak in her language, the lady did my nails and just walked away didnt even take the money I asked for alcohol to rub on my nails because that the last step of gel manicure and the owner told me no its fine you can leave, this place is dirty the tools she used she didnt even cleaned them, please ladys do not go here

Terrible service, I went to do my nails here a few days ago and 2 already came off!! I went in and told the same guy who had done them what had happened with my experience and he was just PLAIN OUT RUDE. I asked him to re do the two nails and he was apparently angry at the fact that I had told another customer who was asking me about my experience here and took the wrong chemical and put it on my nails he had “ REDID” and left my gel acrylic nails very ugly and dry looking. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE! YOUR NAILS WILL FALL OFF IN LESS THAN A WEEK OR A WEEK AND A HALF AND THE ASIAN GUY WHO DOES THIS JOB IS JUST PLAIN OUT RUDE, DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! If you do not believe me find out on your own. NAILS FALL OFF FAST AND ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS HORRIBLE IN A NAIL SALON FIRST TIME.

For a small shop, when i first walked in i saw more men working than women. Very quiet place, no wait. Decided to give it a shot.I came in for a gel manicure ($25). My main concern was the hygiene in this place. Everything was dirty, they didnt sanitize their tools, they just put it right back in the drawer, their towels were dirty, their gel light box was disgusting... Im not a neat freak but i definitely noticed. They didnt soak my fingers in water before cleaning so when they cleaned it, it kinda hurt. They didnt clean underneath my fingernails (i work with a lot of materials)..But the guy was really nice.To end it off, i came in for a black nail color, they only had grey and black with glitter.. I believe they put on a dark blue on me.. Which is not what i wanted. I think he sealed my nails to my fingertip with that last layer for gel manicure too.Probably would not come back.UPDATE: so my nails AND nail color started chipping IMMEDIATELY. I initially gave this place 2 stars because they seemed like they were just starting out, and it was a small place and they were nice, but i just feel like i wasted $30

Id give this place ZERO STARS if I could, disgusting, came in for a pedicure and none of tools seemed clean nor did the place itself and the worst part about it was after I got my pedicure done 2 weeks later I noticed my toenail turn white and yellow, they gave me a nail infection! Never again!

My sister went in, I dont know anything about the place. But she did say they are friendly.

Comfortable place, well equipped. A gentleman attended to me. He did my acrylic nails well. I wanted short design for my work. Comfortable prices. It all depends on what you order. Ill be back for sure.

Comfortable prices, but they have no hygiene. They do not sterilize the materials and / or work tools. When they soaked my hands in a manicure bucket, I had pieces of hair. A lady who attended me very rude indeed. What impressed me most was that with everything and the COVID-19 pandemic I am surprised that they do not even have disinfectant soap, they do not take temperature. They have no preventive measures. Many clients with the mask on their neck without covering their mouth. Today they did a manicure with diamonds and an hour later I dropped a diamond. I do not recommend this salon. Definitely cheap is expensive.
