Im from the east bay.. I came to visit family and on the way here, my car was missing up and then the check engine came on. Long story short, the check engine light turned on many times and when I called they told me to take it back (4 times total).Friendly, understanding, reasonable. I asked questions and they took the time to explain the work among other things.With my experience, I do recommend them!

Long story short. Employee Chris was exceptional. Helpful, professional and went out of his way to get us back on the road after breaking down while pulling our 24 foot travel trailer. Much respect!

Kathy at the DMV attached to all in one is a Saint and wonderfully helpful. Yes you pay a bit more but you dont have to waste time at DMV and thats worth the upcharge. Been using there services for years and will continue to use them for my DMV needs within there scope (cant register OHV, printouts, etc...call if you have questions and there happy to clarify

I used all in one auto repair for my last oil change. Unfortunately the oil cap was defective and the seal did not seal correctly. My car was spilling oil everywhere. Once I noticed, I called them and they immediately sent a tow truck to my location and were able to fix the issue in less than an hour. They were kind and understanding and even offered to drive me to pick up my kids from daycare if they were not done in time. Yes, it was in inconvenience for me, but it was not their fault and they did an amazing job rectifying the problem.

It was New Years day and I thought it would be nice to drive in Mendocino National Forest up north of Upper Lake with my wife. About forty minutes in, I got a puncture in my sidewall and my car didnt come with a spare. So, we called around and no-one local was open, but I knew about the awesome rigs parked outside All-In-One, and though if anyone could rescue my butt, it would be these guys, if they were open. I called them (thank goodness I had phone service) and the really nice woman at dispatch was very understanding and helpful. She knew the area and said she could get a truck out, but that I should call my insurance first. She took my information and location so she would be prepared when they contracted her. It was then 30 minutes on the phone with the roadside assistant rep with attitude, trying to direct her to my location on Google maps (with her constantly telling me the road didnt exist), a call back to them 1.5 hours later because I didnt hear back from them, being told the automated process messed up but they will do out manually, and finally them calling All-In-One to come get me. The person who called dispatch told me that he talked to the nicest woman at All-In-One and that someone should be coming soon. Dan shows up much quicker than I expected in a huge flatbed, loads up my car, and gets my wife and I off that mountain by sunset. He dropped us off at our house on in Ukiah and made us feel like valued customers. I was so happy with his service that I called them back two days later to get the car towed to the tire shop - paying out-of-pocket this time. The Milk Man came and took my car - forgot his real name - he was efficient, professional, and gave me a couple of tips for next time, and didnt think twice about letting him take my car away.They treated me with kindness and courtesy when I deserved to be laughed at for being so dumb. These were are the nice people Ukiah is known for. I hope I never need them again, but will not hesitate to call them if I do.I am sorry sorry I forget the persons name in dispatch, but I owe her a cold one

We used their hauling service in 2015. When the driver was ready to go he asked us the double of the quote they initially gave us. Last month we needed towing 8 bins full of grapes and gave them another try. The pick-up was scheduled for 11am and the driver showed up at 2pm, 3 hours later. This was not enough that instead of taking the full load the driver said he could only put half and he had to come back to get the rest. After complaining that the grapes were getting to warm and that we specified how many bins we had, the driver agreed to take 6 total, leaving two bins behind. It was a catastrophe and we had to hire somebody else to finish the job. shameful business.

Thought it would be fun to drive on a road I didnt know in winter. My car broke down and wouldnt accelerate up a Cliffside incline on Orr Springs road (some tiny little road in the hills with poor cell reception). Called the All in One dispatch crying and scared to take off the emergency brake. They had Shawn out to me in 10 minutes. Shawn was very professional and COVID safe. He assessed the car and had everything packed up safely within 15 minutes. Shawn and the All in One dispatch team are my heroes ❤. Thank you for saving me from the Cliffside. Our RV was broken down two days ago and needed to be diagnosed and repaired. All in one responded quickly the next day to tow our RV from Nice to Ukiah. The next day it was diagnosed as the fuel pump was broken and it was replaced within three hours. The RV was in driving condition. Although further repair was needed, our RV rental company decided to tow it back to Fremont Ford for final diagnosis and repair. It is likely due to the engine light was on when we first picked up the RV. Never less I was able to drive the RV in a safe place to exchange to a new RV. The staff members at All in One are very friendly and responsive! Will use their service again if needed in the future!

Great and professional outfit! Charlie and Keith were a pleasure to work with. They were able to size up my backcountry towing needs and execute a flawless extraction for one of my survey crews working in the Clear Lake region. There is some tough country out there and these guys delivered. The prices were steep but so was the terrain.

Are used to guys hauling twice, spent a total of $1100 $600 for my truck for 80 miles and $500 for my travel trailer. I asked them a price to tow my truck 3 miles, couldn’t get a price. Boss was out of town for 4 days Talk to Chris and Chris cussed me out, I’ll never use them again

Donald Keith hewett arrived to tow my truck due to my clutch having issues. I told him the clutch was stuck but truck was in neutral. He asked if he could see it I agreed. He then sat in the drivers side forced the clutch with his foot in i hear a loud pop the springs from the clutch fell out and all the fluids started gushing out i then called the business i spoke to someone there they denied it and said the driver didnt break anything and was very rude and unprofessional and accused me of fraud and a liar and hung up on me. Do not go there. They lie and cover themselves to take your money.

I thought I needed a tow for my truck on a Sunday in Laytonville. All in One dispatched a driver quickly. A neighbor fixed the truck problem so I no longer needed a tow. I called back to cancel, and offered to pay for the partial dispatch. The person I talked to graciously said no charge, just write us a nice review. :) I really appreciated the quick dispatch and generous no-charge.

When considering a used car, I asked around for a nearby place that would give it a once over and was referred to All In One. The tech Charlie was great. He worked to fit the car in and then provided a comprehensive, written report. Fair, fast and professional. Recommended.

This repair shop never checked the OBD readiness using scanner before the full smog test. then they charged me $60 for failure due to the OBD not ready. and then they suggested they can drive more for me with full charge of $135. If I dont get that offer, then thats it. feeling ripped off. never come back again and will NEVER recommend other ppl. afterwards, I heard my colleague also got a ripped-off experience. Ukiah should get more big franchises for car repairing to compete for better customer service.

The dmv lady taught me this neat little trick to not smog my vehicle or pay taxes by doing a “family transfer “ Been going there for like 3 years straight doing family transfers. Last time I went she looked like she forgot who I was. So she treated me like a criminal and said no family transfer they will flag you for fraud ...... you taught me this. My bad ...

An absolutely unscrupulous owner who will do everything he can to separate you from your money. Here is a story, I was a young man working at a gas station barely making enough to survive. The owner of all in one came in one day and told me that he had the perfect car to sell me. I explained that I couldnt afford it but he assured me that I could simply make payments while he held on to the car and once I finished paying it off he would transfer the title over to me. I jumped at the chance and over the next few months paid him a little over $1,200 out of the $1,500 that he was asking. At this point I lost my job and I immediately called All in One to explain and ask that he give me a month to figure out my next payment. He said absolutely not and in fact if I could not come up with the remainder of the $1,500 that I would forfeit the car and any money that I had already paid. I was unable to come up with the $300 so true to his word he kept my money and sold the car to someone else. What kind of scumbag takes advantage of a young person that is just trying to build a life for himself and will literally steal the money from his pocket? The owner of all in one thats who.

I wish I would of remembered the drivers name but she was amazing super perfectional. My son had to be towed off willits grade on 7/25/2019 at 11:45 pm. She got the car to are house and had it parked in are drive way just where we wanted it thank you so very much we appreciate your dedication to your customers.

Horrible service. Left me out in the pouring rain stuck in the mud for 4 hours. When I called to ask if a driver was coming out to tow me I was told they were told by the previous dispatchers in the day shift not to come tow me unless I made a credit card payment ahead of time. But that is a lie because I spoke to the manager/owner of the company and they assured me I could pay cash when the driver arrived. But when I told them of their co workers promise to complete the service they told me they didnt care and no one is coming to complete the job.

I was overwhelmed with the thought of having to stand in line at DMV after smogging my vehicle. I went to All In One for the smog. Easy in & out! Extremely kind people in the front office! The told me that after my smog was done that I could register my truck from Florida right there. So that is what I did! Kathy in the DMV made my life easy! Very friendly & very fast. Usually waiting longer than expected for a tow and customer service is lacking to say the least. Unfortunately, they have the market cornered in this area...I always try other providers and use these guys as a last resort. The drivers are mostly really great guys. It just seems like the culture of the company is not customer service oriented.I dont know where all these positive reviews are coming from but not the experiences of me and my friends.

Kathy at the DMV office is just great. The guys over on the repair/smog side were done in 15 minutes. I expected the smog and out of state vehicle registration to take all day. I was in and out of there in less than 1/2 hour with my smogged, registered, legal vehicle. Thanks, you guys are awesome!

The guys do great work. I took my car somewhere else to get my a/c checked out and was told it was the a/c compressor and then took it to All in One and they found the real problem of what was wrong AND saved me money. I do not do reviews but I feel like I need to for this particular company/service. I had my truck towed to All in 1 on July 3rd and picked it up July 9th. When it was towed I had no problem with the ignition. I could turn my key but there was no power. When I picked it up I could not turn my key at all. It wont start. I have to wiggle the keys for 10 to 15 minutes hoping it would start. They dont even want to take responsibility for it. They want to charge me for labor to fix something they broke. I literally paid 1,400 for a truck I cannot start. Im going to take it elsewhere to fix the ignition. All that ended up needing replaced was the battery.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. The rude employee who told me to “enjoy my drive to redway” to get my vehicle smogged after it failed due to something as stupid as my monitors not being reset. Although they told me to “drive it and come right back, it’ll pass” I was told I’d still have to pay the entire fee (due to the labor rate) for about 5 minutes of labor. I work in an auto shop and have recommended them to every and any of our customers that are looking for a smog. Never again, I’d rather pay whatever I have to at a company that actually values its customers.

I took my vehicle there because my AC wasn’t working. They quoted me a price for the compressor and the expansion valve and advised that when the compressor goes out the pieces of metal can get into the expansion valve. Ok, so I was prepared to spend the 1005 dollars I was quoted. I get the work done and was surprised that my bill was 792 dollars total. Ok I asked why and was told they didn’t do the expansion valve. Again, I asked why and was told it looked fine and they didn’t want to do unnecessary work and charge me for something I didn’t need. OBVIOUSLY I needed the work done as my vehicle is still with out AC. Took it back this morning and GUESS what’s wrong with it YEP that expansion valve. I also was charged 50 bucks for them to even look at it this morning and this was a “break” because it didn’t take as long as they thought to check it. When I called yesterday to make the appointment to bring it NO ONE SAID ANYTHING about a possible charge. If they had I DEFINITELY would have taken it else where. When I asked why I was charged I was told if it had been under warranty I would not have been charged. So basically because they didn’t do the work they initially said they would do, I have to pay ANOTHER 500 to someone else to fix a problem in the first place, and had to spend 50 more dollars that I didn’t even know I was going to have to spend this morning. Dont use All in One Auto Repair & Towing!Coming home on Christmas eve we hit ice on the road and our 4-runner flipped onto its side down an embankment. We told the firefighters and CHP who came that we had AAA and they said they would call for a tow for us. Ive never been in an accident and had to have a tow so I thought that was standard policy. The tow driver was absolutely fabulous, got the car out of the ditch and righted with no further damage to the car. He was very nice and polite. If this review was of the driver, he would get an A+. Everything was fabulous until we got to my house and I handed the driver my AAA card and was told that they dont take AAA. What kind of towing company doesnt take AAA?! A dishonest one, thats what kind. They charged me $260 to tow my car less than 6 miles. The driver said it would have only been $180 if I had called it in but because the CHP called it in, it was an extra $80! So sorry but thats company policy. He was very apologetic and said if I wanted to argue it with his boss that he (the driver) would take the car back to the tow companys lot and I would have to discuss it with his boss when he got back into the office on Monday. This was 1AM Christmas morning on Thursday. So I was forced to pay the exorbitant and unreasonable amount of $260. The very nice driver said he would have the owner call me. The owner never did. I left a message. Still no call. This companys owner obviously has no integrity and I would never use their services. If you have to get a tow or auto repair, call anyone but All in One Auto Repair & Towing. I wouldnt trust them with anything! Any company owner who sets policy to take advantage of people who have just had an accident is reprehensible.

Dan was absolutely awesome he had to drive 4 hours and 200 miles to get me home to my family in Reno. He is such a professional and kind hearted person made that time and miles go by so fast. I highly recomend this company if you ever need a tow in the area.

If you like smarmy so-called professional style nonsense or someone to kiss your rear, then All in One is not your choice. But if you want your car fixed properly at a fair price, give them a try. The negative reviews puzzle me; all the staff have always treated me like a friend, despite my only link to the business being a repeat customer.

I called to see if a vehicle was towed by their company and the man who answered the phone was really short with me and did not help me. He said call the highway patrol. I explained that I wasnt sure if the vehicle was even towed because it was stolen and then again he said call the highway patrol. Smh!! Why answer the phone then or even have a number to call for customer service?!

All In One Auto Repair & Towing is amazing! I have a 2012 Mazda that Ive been taking to the local Mazda dealership for everything since I bought it, and have had numerous of problems (all luckily under warranty), but I was hearing this squeal sound constantly coming from somewhere under the car. The dealership tried telling me it was my AC and I would need to replace it along with one of my belts that could be the problem as well. At this time my car was no longer under warranty and it was going to cost me a lot of money just for the AC pump and replacement of the belt. I took it to All In One and within 5 Minutes of putting it up on the lift the owner figured out what the problem was, fixed it, and now it is sounding like a newer car should. I had to listen to that squeal get louder and louder throughout 3 years, took it to the dealership numerous of times complaining about it and not getting a clear answer, and it took All In One only 5 minutes to diagnose what was going on and they even fixed it at a great price for me! Two weeks later and its silence to my ears now. Thank you Keith and everyone at All In One for being so great at what you do!

I am still so appreciative of the late night service and ethical treatment that I received from Ruben (an employee of All In One) one late night last March, that I decided to write this review. My ford explorer died in Hopland (at 10pm on a Friday night) and Ruben came to my rescue. He arrived promptly and towed my car to the All in One Shop in Ukiah. He tried multiple ways to get me back on the road. It turned out that I needed to get a new battery and alternator the next day... but I appreciated all Rubens efforts to help me and advise me on repairs (that had to be done elsewhere over the weekend). This is my first Yelp review, but Ruben deserved this. Hope I dont ever break down again on my way from SF to Lake County... but if I do... I will call All in One.

Describe my experience it says. ......HORRIBLE! Run away from this place as fast as you can. They take your money and lie about fixing your car. They dont care about their customers and are very rude! Never again!

Today I drove 40 miles to get my vehicle smog. I called first to make an appointment I was told about their policy, first come first serve, they assured me I wouldnt be there longer than 30 minutes. I went into a very small office and explained why I was there, a young lady quoted me a price and in less than the half hour my car was ready. The amount quoted was the amount paid... No surprises, they also do everything DMV does. I had a lady (Cathie) help me with all the DMV forms, what a pleasure to go to this place, they go above and beyond to help... and believe me after being in retail myself for nearly 40 years I notice Customer Service I must say Cathie informed me the only thing they cant do is Drivers License. I will send anyone needing smog work or anything that will require going to the DMV!!!

IF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON, YOU CANNOT PASS SMOG, NO MATTER WHAT!! I guess Im stupid for not knowing that, or not asking in the first place (though I told them the check engine light is on, this is only my second vehicle so I dont have much enxerience).. I paid $90 to pass smog with these guys.What happened was, when I got the car (recently) it didnt have a gas cap. That was the only problem. I got a gas cap and took the car to be smogged before the ECM had a chance to reset itself (I dont know how to reset it myself on a Prius...) When I got to the shop, the tech turned on my car and he gave me a strange look, maybe because he saw the engine light, but since I didnt ask about it, I guess they decided not to mention it--they thought theyd just take my money and give me a quote, of $250(!?!) to check out the (nonexistent) problem.Three days, some miles (that reset the ECM), and $90 later, my car passed smog with no problem. No discount given upon request and explaining the situation. Then I was owed $10 in change, when I paid and they even tried to keep it all!! I told them that Id given them an extra $10, luckily they took my word for it. Pretty crappy, feeling ripped off and duped. This seemed like the cheapest place around but they should run a ECU check before even accepting the job! Thats free at AutoZone! Im definitely looking elsewhere next time I need to smog. The guys at Cals Garage in Willits treat me like family, super sweet and good prices, Ive gotta see if they have a smog license! Hope this was informative!

Absolute crooks! More than double the storage cost than others and make up on their own terms what to charge in labor... Buyer beware!

I allege All in One rips off its customers. I called All in One and the guy in the office told me a smog test costs $40.00 plus $8.25 for a smog certificate, but when I got to All in One I was told if the car failed the test I had to pay the $40.00 again to get it tested again unless I got the problem repaired at All in One. It was pouring rain and I felt confident my car would pass because the check engine light was off so I told the guy to go ahead. I watched the guy do the smog test and he then went under the dash & stuck the prongs of a handheld Multimeter inside the connections to the car computer. He got out of the car and grabbed my gas cap and turned it back and forth. He then walked over to me and told me my car would fail the test because the check engine light was on. I looked & the check engine light was now on & I pulled my OBD2 Error Code Scanner from my jacket pocket and connected it to the computer connection under the dash and got an OBD II Error Code P0442 (Evaporative System Malfunction, Small Leak). I went inside the office and told the boss my check engine light was off when I drove in and there was nothing wrong. The boss told me there is no way that his guy could make a car fail and I had to pay him another $40.00 to get tested again when I fixed it unless I let All in One fix the problem. I asked him what is broken and he said I have to pay to have the car tested to find the problem. I demanded the receipt and it said fail - Evaporative System Malfunction, Small Leak, and I walked out and left All in One. My mechanic says there are ways to make a car fail a smog test when it is attached to the smog test machine despite what the Bureau of Auto Repair says & one way is loosen the pressurized gas cap.

Just spent 750 for them to tell me need new transmission 5500 dollars then take to dfm and fixed it in hour for 150. And didnt need transmission just someone who knows what they were doing

My boyfriend took my car I just bought to All in One for a smog. He found out that I could also transfer it in to my name right there! So I came down also. The people in the front office were very nice to us. Then we went around the corner to transfer the car in to my name. Again, the person in the DMV office was the most friendly person ever. I want to highly recommend ALL IN ONE to everyone! Why wait in a long DMV line...when you can smog your car & do transfer it there also?? A NO-BRAINER!!

They are nothing short of terrible !!! If I could give it a negative star rating I would. They are very unprofessional. Very rude. They dont know how to fix a car. My sister has had her car in the shop for over 2 months. And it continues to break down. To top it off, they tried mailing her a storage bill for storing her car there so long. Its their fault is sitting there. If they would have fixed it the right way the first time it wouldnt be there. They threatened her that they were going to sell her car. When confronted they said It was standard procedure to send this bill to her. The truth of the matter is they are terrible business owners that dont know what they are doing. Her car is still broke!

My experience at all and one was very horrible I was disrespected by the owner himself, Charlie, discriminated by employees and Denied to receive my car. I was put on hold for 5+ minutes. After have receiving my vehicle the wrong oil was put in my car. I don’t recommend going here for vehicle services

These scammers charged me 200+ dollars a day for having my car towed and parked there without fixing it, I paid a total of over $1000+ for having my car parked there for four and a half days, they said because I didnt have full coverage and felt bad for me so they towed MY NON OPERATIONAL CAR back on the street FOR FREE. SO I JUST GAVE U 1000+ DOLLARS for NOTHING?????
