My first time renting a bounce house inflatable and I found the PERFECT company!I thought of it at the last minute and called around frantically; I had no idea who to call since Id never rented one.This company had the BEST customer service of all the companies I contacted.The owners came out to set it up and they were courteous, kind, understanding, patient, well mannered, punctual, generous, and friendly. Thats just good business!If I ever need anything like this again, I will definitely be calling them!If anyone I know, ever needs anything like this, I will recommend this company!I have no complaints at all!

Very disappointing! I originally picked this company because she said she could deliver early ( Saturday evening) and leave it until Monday morning. I had to contact her Saturday afternoon to ask for an estimated delivery time and originally got told around 8 PM. At 8 PM I got told it was being pushed back till midnight, at 10:30pm is when she let me know midnight was not going to be possible and wanted to deliver it the next morning. I agreed that would be fine however the next morning has come and she has canceled on me at 6:30 in the morning the day of my party. There was no thunderstorm at my house it has been a light drizzle rain for 40 minutes and I now sit here at 8 AM with no rain in the forecast until 3 PM for my area but she has canceled bringing the waterslide. I text her that I was confused of why she has canceled considering there is no rain in my area. I have gotten no response so I guess I’m chalking this up as she is just completely lazy, doesn’t want to work in the rain and is inconsiderate of other people. Just wondering how I’m going to explain this to my nine-year-old son on his birthday that she didn’t bring the water slide because of the rain and there is no rain.

Awesome awesome people!!! Soooo excited to have stumbled on this place! We rented the large waterslide and a toddler inflatable for a surprise bday party! The slide exceeded my expectations and the owners were fabulous to work with! The delivery and setup up was flawless. The equipment was perfect. We can’t wait to do another epic party. You will not regret renting from Pouncy Pounce. They are friendly, helpful and we were thrilled with their service!

I rented a bounce house for my sons birthday party and am so glad I chose Pouncy Pounce! The owners are beyond amazing. They were extremely responsive to all of my calls and very personable. For the party, I rented a bounce house, popcorn machine (which was a huge hit at the party), a bubble machine, the chair/table combo, and a tent. Stated otherwise, Pouncy Pounce is definitely a one-stop shop for all of your party needs, and they have much more to offer than the items listed above. I will certainly be a repeat customer. If youre looking for a party rental place, choose Pouncy Pounce - you will not be disappointed.

Poor communication. I had a pony scheduled for a party at 3pm. The day of it was excessively hot (heat advisory) so obviously the pony could not come. She offered to bring a bounce house water combo instead in which I agreed however they were an hour late with lots of hot and aggravated kids. She did not answer my phone calls. Then charged me full price. Definitely disappointed and I will never use them again. I’ve rented lots of bounce houses for birthdays and this was the worst one by far.

Absolutely best place for party rentals! Very reasonable and affordable! Great combo deals. Very friendly couple, family oriented but professional. Had to reschedule party twice, and they were very helpful and understanding!They have an amazing variety of party supplies for every kind of party! Will not use anyone else!

Worst experience with this company. They called the day before and asked when the earliest we would be available for delivery and were told we could be available as early as 9AM. Then they asked for the latest delivery time and were told that the party started a 2PM so 1:30 would be the latest. My husband called at 12:45 the day of the party to confirm once again, since we hadnt received a call and delivery had not been made, and was told that the delivery person had just finished up at the previous location and would be picking up ours and on his way. They were called at 2PM because they still hadnt shown and we were told they were 20 minutes away. At 2:33 they were called again because they still had not arrived, no one answered. They finally pulled up about 2:42 and began set up. We were offered over the phone multiple options to make up for the fact that they were technically an hour and 15 minutes late being as the bounce house was supposed to be ready before the party began, one of which being a discount. However, after the party was over they no longer wanted to discuss the option of a discount and wanted to offer a free rental, which only came after the gentleman who delivered the bounce house yelled at me. He informed me that we we shouldnt have listed the times that we actually needed the bounce house and put a longer time frame to give room for error... then your website should say that and not ask for the actual party time and you shouldnt waste your time asking the client for the latest delivery time if you arent going to adhere to it. I was also told that we should have been smart enough to have been prepared to know where the plugs were for set up... we were at a venue and were very aware of where the plug ins were, the plug we originally had set up for the bounce house couldnt handle the equipment he brought so we had to switch to another plug. That didnt stop him from yelling at me though. He also stated that he was only 30 minutes late, implying that he showed up at 2:30, but we have time stamped photos of him setting up the bounce house at 2:45, and being that it was supposed to have been there at 1:30 that adds up to an hour and 15 minutes. At this point I chose to let my husband handle the situation and they have refused to return his calls, therefor, we had to take to our bank to dispute what was owed to us. My husband made one last attempt at making contact and was told that we were emailed in regards to the issue, however, I do not have an email at all and after everything that has happened you would think that they would have made a phone call to resolve the issue, in a last ditch attempt for us to think that the company had some form of back bone. Never again will I rent from this place and I will most definitely not be suggesting them to anyone else.

I work with the East Texas Food Bank. We used Pouncy Pounce to rent a bounce house for the kids. They are professional and were accommodating to our event. Will definitely use them again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our slip and slide from Pouncy pounce party rentals! They were prompt and worked around the weather issue we had! My nieces and nephews, and yes the adults, had a blast!
