I was interested in coming here but after reading the absolutely terrible responses from the owner to her bad reviewers, Ill stay far away from here. You sound like a fake victim and horrible person. Like someone else mentioned, if you knew how to properly run a business, you would allow some time between parties. Makes absolutely NO SENSE to have one party end at 4:30 and another one START at 4:30. Very poor planning and apparently even worse customer service. I was appalled reading the owner responses.

I had my sons 2nd Birthday party here today and it was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and it was perfect for all of the kids to run around. My only complaint would be that it was very warm in the whole building. Overall it was a very good experience!

The staff was rude and unsociable towards the children. They charge you an outrageous amount and think they can control how you do your birthday party. We paid for the zip line as an extra and they wanted to only give us very little time for what they charge. They don’t interact with the children just sit there and yell at them telling them they can’t play on things. Will absolutely never use this location for a birthday party again. Not worth the price.Let me also add that when they told me that our time was about up for the zip line and there were still kids for our party that wanted to do it I told them I paid for this service we will continue to use it until we are done. The girl putting on the harnesses got angry about it and just continued to yell up to them complaining about how we wanted to do OUR party. Then when she had enough of doing it decided to just walk away and sit up at the front. Owner came to talk to me I had asked her not to do it right now because there were kids here she insisted. We talked and I explained how I had paid for it and I was going to use it but the lady she had doing the stuff was just completely rude towards us. She said we should have gotten a schedule but I was never told any sort of schedule about anything. Just a start and end time for the party and what we had as extras. While we’re standing there talking about the issues her girl just starts shooing all the kids out of the gym from playing. We didn’t care about opening presents right then just wanted our daughter to have fun with her friends while all they cared about was getting us out and doing things their way instead of making the parents satisfied with their child’s party and the money they spent.

Coolest place for a birthday party.. I have children of different ages and this place was perfect for the Birthday girl Zyiah and her peers as well as her little brother.. not to mention the add ons.. like zip line.. also the decor was to the tee exactly what I wanted. Mrs. Rudd incorporated 11 and everything. The theme spy my child was 11 on 11.11.. Awesome!!

Didnt know my mother posted a review on this place. Everything she says is spot on! After being informed three times by the staff of the schedule the owner comes in and reminds us again. I could see my mother was getting aggravated, so politely I said we were aware of the schedule. Then she starts telling me about the schedule and times, after listening for awhile I finally smiled and said politely that she was cutting into our time. This made her mad and she started grabbing presents for us. Never was she verbally attacked. Also her grandaugter kept coming into the party, she was invited, ate pizza and received a gift bag! As u can see every review is almost exact,draw your own conclusions. Reason I posted is because I dont appreciate being slandered. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Kids will enjoy themselves... birthday childs parents will hate themselves.1. They will not let you in early to set up2. When we went to pay, they overbooked and we couldnt get the extra time for the kids3. The owners were not sociable and on the verge of rude4. You spend 10 mins signing forms which cuts into the kids play time5. The staff was 10 late and there wasnt enough people to operate the zip line that we payed for another 10 minutes...6. They try force what time to open presents.. as the owner told my wife its present time... also during this time my wife had to set set up for the party room and didnt get to watch our son open one present7. The place is also very cramped and not enough room for a party with more than 10 to 15 kids8. They have all these rules and restriction and are really not fit to be in this line of work, they need to stick to what they are good at which I hope is gymnastics because the party catering service was awful....as I said before the kids and parents of the kids invited will have a good time but my wife was stressed to the max, and even tho I was being a big kid myself and running around being chased by the kiddos... the annoyances started for me as soon as we walked in the door. Could have been great but left very underwhelmed and regretted going this route.

Horrible experience, showed up 5 minutes before and was rudely told no early arrivals... So at party and the people running the place are unprepared for a birthday party they want you marching to their drums... Absolutely worst birthday experience ever... Dont waste your money...

We had my daughters 4th birthday here and the cost did not equal the service. The facility is dark and drab and the two very young (13 or 14) hosts had obviously never worked with small kids before. This place may have great instruction but their parties are very lacking.

Please save your time and money. There was 25 minutes of stretching, 5 minutes of setting up the spring board, and a lot of telling the students what to do while the students sat listening. Also, the facility was cramped, parking was limited, and there was no receptionist.

We will NEVER use this location for a birthday party ever again. They came in and announced the party was over and another party was starting in 15 minutes. The older lady and the 2 young ladies started grabbing plates and cups off the tables and throwing them in the trash. The kids were still eating and drinking. They started moving all the food into the next room and removing all of the party decorations. The older lady im assuming was the owner was very rude. I would give them a rating of zero if it would allow me to.

I have a question so my daughter is a level 2/3 but has quit more skills, like she has level 7 and 8 skills on all events except vault and beam, she doesnt have a back walkover or a back handspring step out on beam and she doesnt have youchekoes on valt, but she has a great and neat front handspring on vault and a front tuck dismount for beam, so my question is if my daughter came to this gym, would she be over a level 2 or 3? Please tell me

Had grand daughters ninth birthday there and found the facility to be cramped and dark. They did not allow us to come in to bring party items until the time for the party to start. They allow one hour in the gym and want to use fifteen minutes of that time for the gifts to be opened. We opted to let the kids continue to play and opened the gifts while they were eating. The owner didnt like that and we were reminded three times that we needed to be out on time. The owner did not introduce herself or speak to us except to let us know we needed to be out on time. She spent several minutes explaining their schedule which was posted in the party room. If they are that stressed they should allow them selves an hour between events instead of making it unpleasant for paying guests.

Had a bday party here for my 8 and 2 year old. Everyone had fun even the adults!!
