Was very happy with deciding to go with Cindy everything was set up and packed down really quick right when you need it without having to worry and that’s key when allot is happening on the day. Would recommend to anyone :)

One star - only because I have to.....Day 1 - I found Cindys Balloons online. I left a message on their website.Day 2 - No one has called me nor has anyone answered the phone when I call them. And - no voice mail - that would only make this a little easier.Im certain I left a message concerning the urgency in finding out if they could provide what I needed. My question is - how do people stay in business that do not want to put anything in to said business. I own a business and I have to work my butt off just to keep my head above water. I simply do not understand. Rant over! I feel better now. I sure hope I get better service at my next attempt at finding mermaid balloons. Delivered if at all possible.

Great place to get all your party stuff

Great family owned balloon and more shop. They also rent bounce houses, chairs for parties. They have pinatas. They do balloon arch ways. They have the # balloons and more! Give them a call to see if they have what you need.

The owner was very polite and helpful. I got all my party needs all in one place. If they dont have it they will order it and have it available rather quick.

I visited the store on a Saturday and the lady working knew nothing about the prices of the balloon arches they have on their Facebook page. Was told the person that did was out delivering. A week or so later I visited the store again to find out balloons I needed for table decorations. They were making balloons up for a customer and I liked one of the theirs. She counted to see how many of that particular one she had left. When she didn’t have enough she said she would check and see if more were coming in and when. I left my name and number. No one ever called me. I did buy one of balloons they had hanging on the wall. The price was marked on it. In June Party City was out of helium. So I guess they think they can do what they want. I ended up getting my own bottle of helium and doing the balloons myself. Oh and I made my own balloon arch. You can buy kits on Amazon that work great. Party was still a huge success despite their lack of customer service.

I was at my last wit trying to find a balloon store. But a great friend gave me Cindys Balloons number and I called.... The one who answered my call gave me a great deal on my purchase!👍 Once I arrived there my items were already at the counter. The service was quick and awesome! I needed gold balloons and no store in Tyler had them, but this store did. Im so greatful for the great price and help I received there today!Blessings. 🙏👍

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible place! After spending around 70 dollars on balloons they popped one of them and refused to exchange or refund and told me that they wasted helium and would charge me extra for another. They also were rude and unprofessional. They talked down to me and kept asking me if I understood them and that they were running a business and couldnt help me. From what I have heard from other customers and from what I witnessed they are racists towards white women and charged me double the amount they charge for their Hispanic customers. I will be reporting this terrible business!

Ive been eating here since I was little. I forever will love the links. Although I havent had any in awhile I will definitely take a trip back soon. I hope this place never closes

Rented a bounce house from them. It was in awesome condition, and also the cheapest price I found in town. The man who helped us was so nice!

I was told I could bring back tables and chairs after 12 pm on September 29. Waited over an hour and no one showed up to open the store. Therefore, I had a much later start on my return trip home to Abilene. My daughter then had to make an extra trip on Monday to return the items.

Tuesday, July 16th, 2013 . My first time being in Tyler. My Boo Boo was telling me about these Hot Links that hed eat, when he was living there 15yrs ago. Anyways, we found Rheas and let me tell you. If I ever go back to Tyler .. Im definitely stopping by to have some more. Ive got the address saved on my phone.

Went there today for lunch. Ordered 6 hot links. 3 were barely edible, the other 3 were gray. East Texas hot links are not supposed to be gray and rubbery. Its a shame that this is the best Tyler has for Hot Links. Save yourself the trouble and drive a little north to Gilmer to Docs or even a little further north than that and try Pittsburg Hot Links.

They have real piñatas, fun authentic candy to fill it and friendly service.
