I have worked with this company for several years. The sales staff has helped me with various events from small baby showers to larger custom weddings with multiple tents and custom linens. The sales staff is wonderful and is willing to set up private meetings if you plan ahead. Other than that it is an open show room that can cater to any of your event rental needs. There is a wide selection of tents, chairs, arches, linens, china, flatware, glassware, napkins, and centerpieces as well. You can even work with the sales staff to create a mock up of a table or place setting which really helps if you are a visual person. I am so pleased with the customer service of the sales staff, delivery drivers, and the owners. This is a local company as well which is a bonus to support a local business!

We just left there. They would not even acknowledge us. We walked around for about ten minutes. There were two girls working and they did have clients but would not do much as say hello or we will be with you in a moment..... went to Tyler tents and events and did all my rentals for the wedding. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with them. And their things are newer and less shabby.

Very unorganized! I arrived later than expected to pick up an order and they hadnt even gotten it together yet. Then when I returned every thing (the next morning) they called me to tell me that we never returned all of it. Which was a lie seeing as how it rained the day we needed it so we didnt even end up using it at all and didnt unload anything! Horrible customer service as well! Always felt like we were a bother and taking up too much time !

Sent an email 2 days ago regarding renting a bounce house and slide combo for my sons birthday. They sent me an email saying I would be contacted within 48 hours with a quote. I WAS NEVER EMAILED OR CALLED. I called a minute ago to get a quote over the phone and guess what? That bounce house is no longer available for my sons birthday. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will be sure to let everyone know of the AWFUL customer service this place has. There are so many other bounce house rental places in Tyler TX.

Rented tables and chairs for a family event, the plastic chairs were dirty and needed to be cleaned.
