I love this nail salon and go any time I am in town!! The color options are absolutely STUNNING, they are so much more gentle than all the other nail salons in Tyler, and it is such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I love that they have both gel and performance polish (which is no-chip for 7-10 days, I believe, dries within 3-5 minutes, and comes off easily when youre ready to take it off with normal nail polish remover!)I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service you get here.So much better than the other places in town where they are herding people in and out with little care to the quality of their products and customers experiences!

This place is very pretty, with a cool atmosphere, and it smells great, not like a nail salon at all! My mom and I had a great experience getting pedicures.There are a couple reasons why I’m not giving 5 stars:1. They do not use a metal callus remover, so my feet weren’t heavily exfoliated.2. The chairs were kind of awkward to get into and out of because they have immobile arms and they don’t swivel, so you have to step way over the basin. Not grandma-friendly.3. The nail color options are limited and in an awkward spot to where only one person can look at them at a time.4. Every time I’ve gone in there, there have been boxes kind of junking up the lobby.5. When we called to see if there were chairs available, it seemed like it went to a manager’s phone? And she needed to call people to come in, and call us back. I think a recorded message before the phone starts ringing would remove the awkwardness and answer some FAQs.Bottom line, I had a great time and got a pretty pedicure that has lasted at least five days without chipping. I think the business could use a little tuning up, but if you’re looking for a non-toxic nail salon, I definitely think this one is worth visiting!

This is my second time to come here and I absolutely love it. It’s so relaxing and Marshalonda took such great care of me and my nails. I feel so pretty and I love they the salon doesn’t have a strong chemical odor. The nail polish on my toes lasted a month and I could have gone longer but it was birthday. I will definitely be back!They don’t have your “traditional” massage chairs and bubble jets. But I don’t miss it. I like the house made oils and bath bombs more 😊

I loved trying The Pink Rose and will be going back! Laura, the owner, recommended the Performance Polish. This lasted SO long compared to regular nail polish on my fingers and toes. I was able to get longer lasting polish, without having to get gel polish, so I was able to take it off at home myself.

Went for a manicure came back the next day for a pedicure. Absolutely in love with the shop and the process, they made me feel so comfortable even though everything was new to me. I was greeted by the beautiful and professional owner Laura and taken care of by the lovely nail tech Jessica. I’ll be driving once a month from Dallas just to come back here!

The ladies who gave my daughter and I our mani-pedis were very sweet. However they have a very limited selection of polishes to choose from and they are poor quality. The lady had to completely redo my nails because the polish was horrible. We found a better polish, and because she had already spent so much time with us and was very sweet I just paid and left, but I was very disappointed. I spent $130 and as soon as I got home I had to redo my nails myself. I only had polish from Walmart, nothing expensive, but my results were far better than what I had paid for. They need to go to one of the other nail salons in Tyler to improve their technique and the owner needs to invest in a better selection of polish. It was a waste of money and time and we will not be back, but I hope they are able to learn and improve their quality of service because the ladies were very nice.

This business is well kept, very clean. It has an open atmosphere that makes it feel welcoming and the staff is amazing. JJ helped me and she was kind, friendly, and funny. The experience was easy and welcoming. Will come back in the future!

I absolutely love it here! I am picky about my services but I have always been pleased. Everyone is so kind and friendly, they even help me pick out colors when Im indecisive. I havent gone to another nail salon since I found Pink Rose. Also, they have the cutest doggy to cuddle with!

Can’t speak highly enough of this salon! Owner Laura is friendly, knowledgeable about non toxic products and the shop is super clean! Would highly recommend to anyone especially those concerned about getting out during pandemic. She’s open on Sunday one client at a time but I would feel comfortable any day of the week. Oh and her pups are so precious too!

I love going here for my spa day :)The environment is so welcoming and there are puppers!!! I dont think Ill ever go back to using toxic powders/ dip again. The gel they use is amazing and very durable- and doesnt eat away at your nails, ladies!

I have never been committed to a salon before, but WOW, Im definitely a new regular of the The Pink Rose. Ive finally found my place. The decor of the salon is beautifully and creatively done, with pops of color and pastels throughout. I loved the cozy teal chairs with puffy pink pillows that replaced the typical massage chairs you find in most salons. Brilliant move! Laura, the owner, knows exactly how to create a space that is welcoming, fresh, and vibrant. The ambiance is relaxed and casual, and I love that there are little personal touches throughout the salon, like a wall covered with framed photos of customers pets, and an adorable portrait of the owners dog Leo as well. The choice of a bath bomb in your pedicure water was such a cute touch, and I love that they sell them there as well! Im definitely going to be picking up a few next month. Most of all, I love that this salon is committed to using non-toxic products. This is, hands down, the best salon in East Texas!

This was a natural process with kind service providers. They didnt appear rushed or clumsy. There is no drill or harsh chemicals. My manicurist cared about my skin by applying sunscreen. Cong is also knowledgeable. He can tell you facts about everything he is doing so you feel safe with the products and services. The services I receive at The Pink Rose are not the norm in a good way. In a great way!

To say the service was exceptional is an understatement. Such a Relaxing environment, thorough foot and hand massage with every manicure and pedicure, complementary tea, rose, beverages etc. All nontoxic ingredients and first class quality polish & fragrance!!! The Pink Rose is such a unique and pleasant experience! The fact that they believe in organic and non toxic products is what made me so intrigued to go here. Wonderful customer service and such a beautiful space! Also was amazed to learn they are the only nail salon in Tyler that are up to code with their air ventilation system. This place was awesome!! Super friendly and really know their stuff! The place was very comfortable and it was awesome that it was just essential oils. They also do a dudes night on Thursday’s with beer and $5 off.

Not only are they super friendly, super clean, with no toxic smells. But the performance polish is like concrete. Holds up amazingly well. I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money anymore on pedis that will ruin in a week or so. Never going anywhere else. Did I mention they’re nontoxic?! ;)

The staff was super nice and friendly and with being a new store they offered a 15% discount which was great! They didn’t even criticize my big foot feet lol. Highly suggest this place for a relaxing spa day with an attractive looking shop, peaceful music and lemon mint water at the front!

I even got to hold her precious dachshund during my pedicure :) I appreciate the natural ingredients & the absence of a strong chemical smell. Called and spoke with the owner and booked an appointment via phone. Drove 45 minutes and arrived early, only to discover that the shop had closed at least 90 minutes earlier.
