Very terrible and sloppy service.#6 lady did not listen and completely messed up my nails After spending almost 200 I politely ask her to fix my nails. All she did was paint over her mistake. Had to attend wedding with a bandaid on my finger because I was totally embarrassed.

ROYAL TREATMENT! SERENITY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON MY PEDICURE AS DID SUNI ON MY NAILS! EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY! THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND I LOVED THE FACT THAT EVERYONE WAS REQUIRED TO WEAR MASK WHEN ENTERING. 5 STARS FOR SUNI NAILS SPA!!

Me, my wife, and my daughter went and got manicures and pedicures, paid almost $300 and after two days my wife’s nails started lifting up and coming off. She got the powder so that shouldn’t even be possible after two days. She went in to try to rectify the situation and the owner had an attitude like she was bothering him. Told her she would have to take it up with the technician that did her nails and that he had the slightest clue as to when he would come in today. Even though he was there the whole time. After she waited an hour Andrew finally came to her pretending to just get there and told her she would have to wait two more hours or more before he would get to her. They were rude to her, extremely unpleasant, and didn’t seem to care because they had already gotten our money. That’s not how you treat customers.

I walked in at 6:50, they close at 7:30 and was told they stop taking people in at 7 which I completely understand and was told she would ask to see if they would still take me in. I kindly said it was fine if possible or not possible. And one lady said she would do it for me so I waited. 1 hour wait sitting on the massage chair and I definitely wasn’t bothered to wait that long as long as I got my pedi done. I had my 3 year old with me sitting next to me with his back also Sharing massage with me. So when it finally came my turn the lady brings a big chair and asks for my son to sit there. He didn’t want to and he had been sitting so calm for a whole hour I did not understand what was the problem. She said she could not do my pedi if he was sitting with me. His little legs don’t even hang off the chair. I told her I had been there before and many other places and had never been told that, I’ve sat him in my laps and it’s never been a problem to anyone. So she starts rolling her eyes and was angry yanked the chair and had a bad attitude, it honestly hurt my feelings and I told her I wasn’t going to do it. She again rolled her eyes and raised her hands like whatever and just walked off. I left in tears, the way I was treated as if I was asking for free service, I was not rude to her in any way and I had waited an hour patiently and with a smile on my face just to be treated that way. I will NEVER go back, loved the way SUNI would do my nails and I’ve gone to him since way back before he had his place. But after this and his daughter seeing what happened and allowing it, has completely disappointed me. Not even about me not getting a pedi but mainly about how she made me feel.

I normally come here for my eyebrows, Mrs. Jenny is wonder, but however it was my first time getting a manicure & pedicure there and it wasn’t the slightest pleasant at first. Mr. Suni the owner of the nail spa is very rude and demanding and doesn’t take his time to listen to you and be nice about assisting your desires. When I had asked for natural nails (my actual nails) he went on to be sarcastic saying there’s alot of natural nails. It was how he said it that wasn’t appealing. Like he was just trying to get me out of the way and do whatever he wanted to do. So I after I had explained to him what I meant he then starts gluing fake nails to my real nails. When I specifically told him to give me shellac on my real nails. Then he smacks my hands upwards after I addressed it to him once again like he didn’t care what I was talking about and shoved some nail remover chemicals in a bowl in front of me to soak my nails to remove the fake nails. Then had told me soak your nails in there and starting doing someone else’s nails. He then had his daughter Ava do my manicure and pedicure thankfully, she’s so sweet and patient. But overall I was highly upset at first because of how Mr. Suni was being unprofessional & rude. Thankfully his other staff members assigned me with care.

Last Saturday signed in for brows/lash a pedicure which I was started at a chair in a timely manner, however waited nearly 30 minutes for Jenni to actually begin the pedicure. Continued on with a set of nails requested solar because I was told being placed under a lamp would not be necessary. The tech didnt understand me and the tech next to her kept having to tell her what to do. My nails were lumpy and hideous. Suni offered to try and save them considering I was going out of town. Within 3 days all my nails except 1 had lifted. Got back to town and soon as I was able went back and explained what had happened, he was not happy. Was extra rough and agitated. The last of many times of him hurting my skin I got up and left. Ive been going there for a couple years when needed. I just wanted what I asked and paid for. Be careful.

3AM and my fingers still hurt from the Careless and Totally Unprofessional Owner doing my nails today. He cares about How many butts move through his chair. Total Loser! I have cuts on my sides and under my nails! When I told him that I did not like the shape of my nails that they looked good...his response was I will never do your nails again. When it came time to pay he just took my card and ran the number he didnt even tell me how much he was charging me I had to ask him what are you charging me for what is the what are the chargesThis is not a good place of good energy--total negative.This is not a good place to get your nails done and relax.

I went to Sunis and wanted a full set simple black coffin nails. Well that is not what I got! I was talked to like my business did not matter. The nail technician was screaming and yelling at his wife the entire time I was in the salon i was passed from tech to tech because their conversation was more important then my nails i was paying for spent 3 hours getting these horrible nails! I heard them talking about some stuff that should never be talked about in front of customers. Iam was very rough with my nails and cut me a few times. I would not recommend this salon to anyone if i could give zero stars i would!!!

Rude for absolutely no reason, the man doing my nails kept getting on to me telling me to relax my hands and told me not to look at him but look at the TV .I’ve been getting my nails done for years n haven’t had an experience like this ... he also messed up on my nails, bubbles everywhere but he didn’t care . I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I will never go anywhere else. The sweet lady who did my eyebrows shaped them perfectly! Every other place has made my thick eyebrows into thin little sticks. I asked her to clean them a little and that’s exactly what she did. Also, Suni did my nails exactly how I requested and he was so incredibly sweet. All the employees are so nice and all have such a great sense of humor. It was a great experience to go in a nail salon and feel welcomed!

Nail tech was super rude. Wished I could give them a no star. Asked for them to cut down my nails and they rolled their eyes. Shape is completely wrong but they didn’t care. There were only 2 other people in the salon so it wasn’t like they were rushed. Will not be back.

It appears that my last review is somehow not showing up online not sure how so I’m just posting my review again.I have been going to Suni nails for almost 2 years now and I am never coming back again. I’m honestly so sad that I’m leaving but it is the right thing to do. Throughout my time especially in the last few months I have constantly left the nail salon bleeding and with scabs around my nails the next day. I went in last week with my sister and suni the owner was doing my nails. He asked me out of the random why my sisters face looked “like that” I didn’t know what he was talking about then I said what and he repeated the same question. My sister was born with special needs and her physical appearance is different than most people. Suni asked me if she was hit by a car and I said no she was born that way. My sister heard the conversation and was very embarrassed and wanted to leave. She got a French manicure and when she left air bubbles had formed in her nails. Not happy at all with the work and especially the way they treated my sister and embarrassed her for something out of her control. I don’t want to find a new nail place but I will not contribute to a company that bashed my own sister.

Never again going here. The lady who did my nails had an attitude and she ended up cutting the nails way shorter than what I told her to. The color I picked from the display was no where near to how they turned out. She didn’t even let me know it wouldn’t look nothing like it. She did the nails all crooked, and left bumps where she applied too much nail polish. Charged me way more than what they had told me at the beginning, and left the place with cuts around my nails.

DO NOT GO TO ANDREW . Got a fill on hands 3 broke I told him when I went to get them fixed the other hand felt.funny. Oooo no no they fine that same night 4 broke and the fill he did on my big toe cracked the very next day. REMIND YOU THIS IS WITHIN 1 WEEK I GOT HANDS AMD FEET DONE. I guess he used fake clay and Elmers glue the way they popped off. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY. WORTHLESS. I SPENT TO MUCH MONEY AS WELL.....never going backnever......😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬.

Just want to start off by saying the pictures being shown on this website ARE NOT what you will receive. Unfortunately over the years suni nails has chose quantity over quality which results in terrible nail sets. Nail techs are constantly in a rush, anytime i’ve asked for a design, diamonds etc...they look as if a child did them. My nails never have good shape and are often bumpy/bubbly. I am also tired of paying for nail sets that I DO NOT chose. For some reason the nail techs often feel very inclined to add their own designs or take what you have asked for/shown them and re-vamp them. I Never quite understood why this would occur saying as i’m the one paying for my nail sets, but god forbid you try to correct them or ask them to fix something because they definitely cannot refrain themselves from being sarcastic or catching an attitude.

I wish I could give no star! I had eyelash extensions put on by Jeni. She was nice but I dont feel she understood me enough to answer concerns and questions. After having them done I really liked them I felt so pretty! Yet by the time I made it home half of one side came off! About another hour later the other side closest to my nose they both came unglued making me crazy! My husband saw them and laughed at me...I called the owner was rude I called him by phone and let him know one side was already coming off I live 45 mins away so coming back was not an option. Then the next morning I explained how both sides came off and that when the came off they took my own eyelashes with them ..which Jeni said this would not happen...if she even understood me? I asked the owner for a refund .. I am not the type that calls upset trying to get stuff free. Not at all...this was all a lie and I dont want others to suffer like me...the owner said no refund no refund you should not get it.. no refund I told him I was going to write a review about my horrible experience he said no effect me I dont care

Suni didn’t listen to what I wanted. He started my nails before he even gave me time to tell him what I wanted. There were 9 nail sets after me so he was very rushed. They weren’t the right shape, they weren’t what I wanted at all. I told him these were my birthday nails so they were important. He did not care and he didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. I went somewhere after to get them fixed. They did make them look better but I still hated them. So I called sunis to see if they would just take them off for free and the man who answered was very rude and kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak. Never going here again. They lost my service

Suni Nails Spa in Tyler dont have to never ever worry about me coming to get my nsils done. I been there since 6:40 till now he look over me he knew I was next thats the second time it want happen again my money just as good as next one.

I came in to the nail salon about a week ago. I heard the incident between suni and the young lady and I myself was quite embarrassed for the girl. I will not be returning to a place that demolishes the feelings of a young woman for her looks. I’m completely appalled that the owner himself would have the nerve or the dignity to ask a question about someone’s looks. This is completely unacceptable and I hope no one will support a company who degrades people.

I have been going here for about 2 years, Kim Li is the best, she knows me and my children. I only let her do my nails and eyebrow, but Suni has done them a few times. I absolutely satisfied with my experience and will continue to go there and tell everyone to go.

The nail technician was very good. Very nice staff.

Instead of soaking my nails off he used a nail tip to dislodge the acrylic from my natural nail bed and it felt like I was giving birth from my nails and he showed no mercy. Other than that the finished product was good. But I will request soaking if from now on.

I went tuesday to get a fix and when the lady was doing my nails it felt weird like if she had done them wrong and literally two days later(today) that same fix came off I am so upset that i payed SIX DOLLARS for a fix that didnt even last me a full three days i always get my nails done here with Lam ( great nail tech) and he never fails me this time he wasn’t there and i obviously settled for way less i don’t understand how she did my nail wrong because ive had the set lam did for over a month now and her “fix” that she did on me didnt even last a week

I went to get a pedicure, and the store was nearly empty. My husband was with me and sat in one of the many empty foot stations. He turned on the massager. The next thing we know the manager was yelling...”YOU NEED A PEDICURE???” To my husband. My nail tech said “ we need this chair for the customer..” so I told him he needed the chair for the next customer. THEN the lady came OVER to my husband and said LOUDLY- “ YOU NEED A PEDICURE????????”My sweet husband was treated so bad.Due to the fact that he was treated like POS we left. I could see if it were busy etc...but I was number 2 of 14 chairs being used. No one waiting. Nothing. RUDE MANAGER.

I will not return this nail salon ever again, I got my nails done at this place on a Sunday and by Thursday they were popping off... I called the nail salon to see what theyd be able to do about it, and they told me I would have to pay to get them fixed.. Really??? Let alone while getting my nails done they continued to call me complicated because I wanted 4 coats of polish.

The first time I went my nails was awesome. The lady in the 3rd chair did them. The second time I got them done th dude in the second chair did them, 4 days later two pop off. I went back and told Sunni he fixed them two more days later, 2 more pop off. I completely told him how I felt and I was like aren’t the nails suppose to last 2 weeks, he was like you, you do hard work. I said hell naw, y’all did a cheap job.

I have went here before. I always have the same nail tech. I stop going and I didnt remember way till today. My nail tech I had today was very rude. My fingers were sore. I us all leave her a tip but not for the service I got today. Will never go back and would not recommend.

Great Atmosphere!! Very fun place to get nails done

As a biweekly regular for quite a while I was quite disappointed tonight. I came into the salon with the intentions of walking out satisfied as always but no the same set of nails I always request with the exception of ONE NAIL, the male tech quotes to me he would charge me almost 10$ more to cut the ONE NAIL UNVISIBLY LONGER THAN THE OTHERS. Though I was ok with paying the extra it felt excessive. The tech proceeded to cut the other nails excessively short. I requested he remove them HE RIPPED THE NAILS OFF CHIPPING AND HURTING MY NATURAL NAILS AND LEAVING TRACES OF PLASTIC NAILS & GLUE. He then said he wouldnt do my nails & asked me to AND I QUOTE GET OUT HIS CHAIR, though there wasnt any other people waiting! The owner SUNI SAT RIGHT THERE AND SAID NOTHING OF THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL NOR MADE SURE I WAS SERVICED!

I dont know about the other techs but Sunny is my one & only nail tech. His many years is experience shows through his work. His wife is amazing with waxing. The prices are more than fair & the quality is great. I dont like that Ive had to wait about 15 min after my scheduled appointment time to be seen, but it wasnt enough to make me stop visiting the shop. Also his son had said some offensive things on social media a while back & hes no longer working in the shop. Im okay with continuing my relationship with the business as long as hes not there.My overall opinion is if youre looking for a great nail shop where theyll remember your name, provide great customer service, & have fair prices, then visit Suni Nails

I recently moved here from California and was in search for a good nails salon and I had heard good things by many people about this place but BOY WAS IT A DISAPOINTMENT !!! I can’t rmemeber the ladies name who did my nails but they were the worst nails I have had ! They looked like someone stuck Chiclet gum on my nails ! I knew I should have walked away the moment the lady sat me down and started fileing my nais and didn’t ask me what I wanted once I kindly told her what I wanted which was before she put the acrylic and she rolled her eyes at me and said “no it won’t look good, I cut to short” .. she did a horrible square shape on my nail and in the end tried to do a coffin shape that just looked horrible !! I’m very picky with my nails and those were just the worst nails and worst service I have ever received at a nail shop! Oh and when I also first walked in I asked if they did the dip powder nail and they said they did not when I clearly saw the dipping powder there and the lady rudely told me “no that’s not for you, come sit now”How highly dissatisfied!! And they still charged me $42 when I was told it was only going to be $40. I DO NOT recommend and I will never go back.

Never ever going back to this place! Got my nails done for sisters wedding and I hated the way they looked. Almost if they were rushing. Usually after a day or 2 my fingers dont hurt anymore. Its been a couple weeks and my fingers were in pain! Took the nails off and my regular nails are all kinds of jacked up!! So upset with this place!

They were so rude and unprofessional I then went across the street to pure nail and spa please go to Pure nail and spa first they will charge you the same thing Sunni does and they actually know how to do Ombré nails!!! and Sunni if you see this get better nail techs you guys have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
