This was my first time here at this location, I didnt have an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. I had the techs Julie and Kelly that took care of me. Both of these ladies were amazing and made me feel at home and not judged for not having the best nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and got just that, which doesnt always happen at some salons I have been to. I recommend them for all your needs and will definitely be going back very soon

Today I took my mom, for her birthday, to get her nails done. This is the BEST place I have ever gotten my nails done at!!! I have lived in many different states & cities and have experienced a lot of nail salons, this place absolutely is the very best one out of all of them!!!! Everyone is so nice and very attentive to the customer!! Everyone was checking to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything, and not in a pushy way either. It was very clean and tidy. They helped my mom, who is handicap, and didn’t make her feel bad for not being able to move certain ways!!! Thank you so much for that!! You guys are absolutely fantastic!!!! I recommend this place 100%!! When I visit Tyler again, I will be back!!! Also, I got my eyebrows done and they were quick. They look fantastic! Thank you!!

I am going to give Sen Nail Lounge a 3/5. The environment was very nice, and everyone was really kind. The women who did my dip nails and pedicure were very sweet! The pedicure I got was amazing and still looks great. My nails, however, are a different story. After leaving the salon and looking at them in the sunlight, I noticed that the dip application was very uneven and bumpy. By that evening, the clear coating on two of my nails started to peel off. It has been only two weeks at this point (usually I can make it to 3 weeks before I need a new set) and two of my nails have broken so I’ve had to cut them down. I also got a flower design on my nails, and it is cute, but it wasn’t really as detailed as I wanted. The salon Instagram feed is full of beautifully designed and detailed nail sets, and my flowers definitely didn’t match up to that aesthetic—they’re just your basic dot tool flowers which isn’t exactly what I wanted. I realize I likely should’ve booked with someone at the salon who specializes in nail art, but being my first time, I had no idea who worked there/who to book with. The lady who did the design on my nails worked hard to do the flowers, so I didn’t want to be rude and say they didn’t turn out how I wanted. My friend came with me that same day and got a gel manicure, and within a week, the clear coat on top bubbled/starting coming off, so she had to get hers redone elsewhere. I’m not usually one to leave reviews like this, but my nail results just weren’t up to par with what I expected based on the social media feed. However, everyone was extremely kind and attentive, which I really appreciated.

I ADORE this Nail Lounge! Not only is the facility gorgeous & incredibly clean the staff are amazing. From the receptionist to the nail technicians, everyone is kind, professional, & will go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. The Sen Rejuvenate pedicure is so relaxing. Jenny takes her time & does exceptional work. I highly recommend the Sen Nail Lounge team for all of your nail needs!

I have been a customer since they opened and they always do a fabulous job. I have acrylic nails and I use Sarah as my nail technician & she can do anything that you could possibly want done to your nails. I use Julie for gel pedicures & she does a great job & gives a good foot massage. She also does a wonderful job on nails. I highly recommend this salon very professional & clean. They also have 2 private pedicure rooms.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly smile. The atmosphere was VERY calming!! Employees talk to each other and helped each other! Other salons have their employees working like robots, here at Sen Nail Lounge, I did not see any timers or watches being set! This salon made the average person feel important as the technicians listened to what the client wanted done! My daughter and I LOVED our technicians, (T.VI & Kelly). I have to say both these wonderful ladies made us feel very welcomed along with all the other professionals working in this establishment! A very beautiful and relaxing experience for us. Really enjoyed how very, very clean it is everywhere we looked!! Just amazing!! “Thank you” to everyone working at the salon this morning for the positive experience and for taking such great care of us today!!! 💜 We will be returning!

They have some of the best people here. Hannah who did my nails did such a wonderful job. She’s as sweet as can be. I also had a wonderful pedicure experience by this guy the other day. The price was great as well. I’ll continue to go here.

Sen Nail Lounge is the BEST place to get your nails and pedicures done!! The staff is so friendly and great at what they do!!! The place is VERY clean!! Sarah, the owner, makes sure you’re satisfied and Misty, the receptionist, is a pro at scheduling! I do the powder dip nails and Kelly is my tech of choice!! She is so gentle and my nails come out BEAUTIFUL every time!!! If you want DESIGNS on your nails, this is the place to go!! They LOVE doing them!! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here!!

This is the first time I have visited this establishment, but it definitely wont be the last. The salon was very clean, equipment well maintained, and staff was very friendly. He has an amazing touch and perfect man hands for an awesome and luxurious foot and neck massage. I even had complimentary moscato and a heated shoulder pad. The wall decor is absolutely gorgeous and the business space is so clean. They practice social distancing and truly are a successful business! So my first trip did not go very well at all. It was extremely uncomfortable to be honest,Being a man i expected some issues always happens...but the lady who was doing my nails tried to talk me into shortening my nails instead of just shaping them as i had asked and put little effort into my request for clear coat with rainbow across the tips which was colored completely wrong btw after trying to talk me out of it and telling me just a clear coat. During the whole visit she kept looking at me and smiling and chuckling in a way that was just unprofessional and left me feeling quiet signaled out more so than i already had at this point.well then my nails started to peel of in sheets just washing my hands that same day less than 2 hours later.today i went back and explained what had happened to the staff and a wonderful lady did fix them and do as i had asked for originally without all the problems and activly listened only asking me to pay the difference which i had offered from the very beginning. First visit left a bad taste left me feeling unwelcome and deserves a negative rating hands down. Just because i am a guy doesnt mean i want a bad nail job!nor am i there to amuse you! If you cant treat me with dignity and respect get someone else to do my nails thank you. 🚫 NOT THE COMPANY BUT THE INDIVIDUAL HERSELF🚫 the second visit however was wonderful and a perfect atmosphere that left me far more impressed.

This is such a great place to get your nails done. Honestly the atmosphere is so clean and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I am someone who is very particular about my manicure, and Vivian made SURE I was 1000% satisfied with my nails. She is incredibly talented. I really love how the shape of my nail looks and feels natural but glamorous. I recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful salon, very clean and classy. The nail techs are very professional and in my case, did an excellent job with my full set of nails. They have a large variety of gel powder colors as well as bottled polishes. Although I did not not have time for a pedicure today, i will be going back this week. Excellent job!

The salon is beautiful and peaceful. They did a fantastic job on both my dip manicure and pedicure. They were efficient while providing an excellent service. I have had a few poor encounters with nail salons but this one was quite the opposite. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Getting a pedicure right now, I was on my phone, it was so relaxing at some point I forgot what I was doing on my phone, felt like I was transcending into another dimension, I was trying so hard not to fall asleep from how nice it felt. I love coming here.

AMAZING STAFF! I got a manicure today and had my 18 month old with me (disaster waiting to happen). Every staff member was so very kind, helped me entertain him and made my nails look exactly like the Pinterest picture. I’ve had my nails done here once before and my nails lasted 3 weeks, even with washing/sanitizing my hands upwards of 30x a day while working. 10/10 recommend!
