Had to set an appointment for a package. 15 calls to the number to set an appointment and half a day trying with no one answering the phone. Called the main number the lady there tried contacting them no answer. She finally got me someone to set the appointment for the next day between 12 and 7. Never showed up no email or anything. Checked status said needs appointment. Wasted a full day sitting home waiting.

Saia had the best pricing we could find, UPS LTL freight wanted almost 4x as much to ship 2 pallets. Saia arrived quickly, the quoting and payment process was super easy.

Material shipped on Saia from Charlotte to Lufkin, TX. Sat on dock for 3 days before loading it for delivery. It has yet to deliver and according to dispatch in Tyler it was delayed due to snow!FYI: it has not snowed in Texas or anywhere within 700 miles.Total BS!
I tried to schedule a delivery that was already very delayed, the appointment was blown off by saia and when I called to resolve the issue I got connected to dispatch.The woman I was connected to refused to let me explain my situation or work on a resolution. She cut me off, yelled at me, and generally tantrummed her way through the conversation before hanging up on me. I feel bad for whoever has to be burdenned by her in her personal life.In terms of the shipment, after sitting here all day every day for a week to make sure we didnt miss it, it is now being delivered in a timeframe that will leave my wife and son without furniture for 3 weeks.I am perfectly understanding to the delays that we are all experiencing as a result of covid, but if this is who is in charge of dispatching I suspect that covid is not the reason that this location sucks.
I could have hired a pack mule to get my shipment here faster. Not able to communicate directly with terminals. Horrible customer service. Will not make this mistake again.

Has had my package for over 1week, and NO attempt to deliver or contact me. When I called the first time to check on it I was told it would be delivered the next day, I called the next day to see if there was a scheduled time it would be here and was told it didn’t get shipped that day. So the next day I called to see if it was in transit, I was told that day their truck with a lift gate was broken so it would be the next day she promised by noon (Erica) was her name. Erica also said she would follow up with a phone call to me..... I still haven’t heard from Erica. This morning I called @9am to make sure it was on it’s way, I am about 1.5 to 2 hours away. The first guy I spoke with said it doesn’t show it’s on a truck but I will make sure it gets shipped today you can follow the progress on our website. I told him I had been checking there but I would check again with this new update. An hour later still no change in the website so I called back. I was then told my package is MISSING !!!! It is a large package how did this happen?? So now I am waiting for a call back because they are looking for the package! I am so aggravated!
