I’ve never had any problems here. People at the desk are always nice, despite most people being rude to them.

Mail rarely gets to delivered and is never on time. Typically, mail does not arrive until 6 or 7 pm. Recently, however, our mail has either gotten returned to sender (because the Apt # was missing and the carrier refused to match the name with the rest of the mail that day), or has been dropped off completely ripped open.

I dont know who took over but when we moved into our home we would always get our mail no later than 6pm. Now we dont get our mail until 7-8pm. I think its terrible to have that little woman out there walking in our neighborhood delivering mail. Shes a tiny pretty black lady. They need to switch her to a route that delivers earlier. Women shouldnt be out there walking at night with no protection like that.

I have Amazon Prime. I pay for the service with my hard earned money to get my packages delivered quickly. A random car was parked in front of my mailbox so my mail carrier didn’t drop off the package. Instead they left a note saying not to park in front of the mailbox. This is a random car. Not mine. I check the status of my delivery on Amazon and it said that the mail carrier couldn’t gain access to my front door. FRONT DOOR!!! I’m so mad that my package was not delivered in time and that the lazy mail carrier couldn’t get out of their truck. I wish I could get them zero stars but I guess one star will have to do.

Whenever I call this PO the clerks are rude and they speak to you in such an abrupt and unfriendly manner. Its truly a disgrace!!!

Got a notification at 9:46 this morning that my package was out for delivery and still never received it. Went up to the post office myself around 4:30 after watching the lady not even bother to stop and was assured i would have it by tonight (I knew better) but then received another notification at 6:30 that it was being held at the post office, Ill be picking it up myself, who knows when Ill get it if I dont. This isnt the first time this has happened either.

Unprofessional workers, attitudy and unessay to help, especially the tall men who assist with packages pick ups.

Half the time they dont deliver your mail,and incoming mail sits there for days

Still waiting on the package that is supposed to be coming today. I ended up missing my delivery due to the office at the apartment being closed. I would have at least thought they would have sent it to my door step. UPS and FedEx does a lot better in my opinion

Mail is frequently not delivered properly or at all. I can send mail from this location and it is never delivered. Important legal documents have gone missing once they reach this post office. The postmaster has been unprofessional and does not seem to really care. I have lived all over the USA and this is the least reliable post office I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a box and it’s in a parcel locker and I can’t get it because they never left a key in my mailbox! So it’s just sitting there and I can’t get it and they don’t wanna hear what I have to say!

Once again your mail runner decided to not put my package with 100% correct address in my mailbox. Instead they send my stuff back to where I ordered it from. They have put a package in someone elses mailbox and I never got it (cell phone cases.) Can they not read? My last name has 3 letters and my apartment has 3 numbers. Im sick of the incompetence of your staff and apparently so are other people. Your team is literally costing me money and I gamble every time I order online. I now have to re order what I ordered a week ago because whoever delivered it is incompetent. 3 letters, 3 numbers. Match em up. Should be one of the easiest parts of your day

I have 2 packages that went missing out of a locked mailbox. When they questioned the mail delivery person she remembered exactly what she delivered and that she place it in my box.....out of 300 people who live in my housing community. I cant get any help. All I got was Im sorry and told to file a claim online. This after years of not receiving my mail. This is ridiculous.

Taller black woman very rude and disrespectful..deaf when greeted, play ignorance when needed packages shipped out of the country. ZERO professionalism, rude to kind young lady, wasted 20 minutes dealing with her personality. Gentleman was helpful and got both packages mailed in 10 minutes AFTER dealing with her useless snobbery.(???)..and this is what you get for spending your money here and not at UPS or FedEx..???

Second time in a row that a package was taken back to Pst office WITHOUT RINGING THE DOOR BELL. I stayed home all day to receive in an adjoining room to the front door AND I HAVE A VERY LOUD DOOR BELL THAT CAN BE HERD OUTSIDE. Dr. Charles H. Blakeslee

Tried and tried and tried to use the automated system. It was totally unsatisfactory. Looking for a package that USPS indicated was delivered yesterday. Never received it so trying to determine where it is.Will have to make an unnecessary trip to the PO on Broadway, I guess,to see if anyone can help locate the package.

Only 20% of the mail I send out of this post office arrives at its destination. In town, in state, or out of state; I dont trust them to send my mail anywhere.I can only assume Im receiving all my mail so theres the 1 star.

They mail carrier is rude and she will not talk to you if you have a question she will just Drive away

Mail lady tried to run over my dog. shes been a sub on this route for almost a year. AFTER I filed a complaint against her she now says my dog is aggressive and wont deliver any packages. shes just an evil woman and never had a problem with the dog until AFTER I filed the complaint. now a check that was mailed from Houston has disappeared. The station manager doesnt want to hear anything I say and automatically takes her side.

I ordered a PAckage on July 26 and I put it on hold and mail because I went to camp on Friday 28 and came back yesterday so I told the mail carrier what time would she deliver my mail and package she said today around 2:30 0r 3:30 I am appreciated that they are good staff and fast delivering mail

The people at this post office are the most unprofessional Ive EVER seen! And Im sure they are liars and thieves! They scan a package at the address before mine, then the package disappears. At least they CLAIM they scanned it, but they refuse to give you PROOF it was scanned. Then they refuse to give me lost package documentation so I can get my money back OR have another package sent from the sender. I never got the package so Its OBVIOUS their carrier stole my package but then you call them to get something done about it............. they tell you its your word against ours.........as to what happened. What a den of thieves!This post office is a joke, the postmaster and all her croonies stick up for each other in their thieving and lies.............we need to report every mishap, maybe then they will get these CROOKS out!

Usually have now problems, one of my packages was delivered to the wrong house. The lady I spoke with was very professional and had the carrier retrieve the package unopened. She just told me to call ahead and let them know if I would be expecting any more in the future. I did that this morning. Spoke with a very rude lady, clearly not the same one from before. Customer service is key, maybe they should attend a workshop!

I moved in to a duplex two months ago, and they still have not made my cluster mail box key. The cluster box was not installed by the land lord, because there are several duplexes on my street and each is owned by different companies. The post office installed the cluster box. Every time I go down to the main post office to check if the key has been made, they act like it is my fault the key isnt ready.

They delivered my package to my apartments mail room... My apartment doesnt have a mail room... They either gave it to a different apartment or took my make-up for themselves, and of course they say they delivered it, so there is nothing I can do except trust them to look into it

My package online says it was delivered but it never came to my house....🙁

Full service hours on door are 8- 5 Monday thru Friday. Oct 31 at 3: 30 pm and the place is locked. No mailing supplies in the lobby.

The worse post office I have been to - always have a long line and slow service.Plus need to renovate asap

Extremely rude lation worker as well as the elderly woman who works in the front, every time I have to come I run into a issue with them, I have to always end up going to the UPS store which are a lot more helpful and POLITE!!!

I didnt use the window service but this is a clean, good basic post office lobby. There is an automated postal center kiosk for 24/7 service.Last pickup is 5 pm M-F.

The postman that delivered mail on 04/11/2015 did not pay attention to the address on the package delivered to the wrong the wrong address and when I asked about the package no did not have any package but you marked it as delivered.
