They provided a white glove delivery of a new bed with adjustable base. Very professional and set up everything very quickly, made sure everything worked, and gave a demonstration of how to use. Hauled off old mattress set and all packing materials and left everything very clean. We were very pleased and would recommend.

Called several days before items were expected to be delivered to them to set up delivery. Got a day and general time frame, then day of a 4 hour window. Delivery guys called 30 minutes out and where at my home and unloading the first item with about 5 minutes to spare. Delivery guys were friendly and dropped my sofas off undamaged in under 10 minutes. Professional service and on time delivery.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Delivery never happened, even after calling multiple times.Got a story that there wasnt a dry place to deliver but my front porch is huge and covered. Tried to reschedule and was told they would contact me. Never called, no email, nothing. Told they tried to contact me but that also was a lie. Told the manager would call me as soon as he returned from the dock and THAT never transpired as well. Either myself or my wife is home 24/7, both have cell phones, and both have emails. Never a returned call, email, or anything.Item was scheduled to be delivered on 10/17/2018 and today is 10/24/2018. Still no delivery. Had to call Wayfair to cancel my order and send it back.

Horrible, horrible service. I bought two very large items that were to be delivered via this company. Twice it was scheduled and twice they failed to show. Repeated phone calls yielded no help. Whatever you do, DONT use this company. Awful, awful, awful.

Absolutely Terrible Service. Drivers didnt want to do their job. Im 70 years old and had to put my old mattress in a cargo trailer by myself after two thirty-somethig guys from GLM trucking said it would not fit. My new mattress was damaged and the drivers LIED to me and said they did not load the truck or see the damage until arrival at my house. Diligent should fire both these guys Shawn and his helper or GLM should fire them. Wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. Shawn, shame on worthless you and your worthless helper. Get a job raking leaves or something!!!!!!

My order came in two boxes, only one box was delivered. Unknown where the second box is and although I have left messages no one will return my call. The delivery driver did not close the gate to my backyard when he left, allowing my dogs to escape. Horrible experience, avoid them at all costs.

Paid for delivery and installation, they showed up and stated the estimated time for setup was too long so therefore they were not going to it. How is that even an option when you prepay???
