I have to have expensive medicine delivered and the pharmacy uses fedex and the last four times I have had nothing but issues after it arrives to Tyler. Once I was told they did not have a driver to make the delivery and I would have to pick it up myself and I don’t live close to Tyler but once I told them it was meds it magically found it’s way to me. This last time I ordered my meds I ordered on Wednesday and was told they would be delivered on Friday......I received them on Monday (these meds have to stay refrigerated or cooled with ice packs). When I received the package it was warm. If I had a choice I would not use these people.

I have had multiple packages shipped using FedEx and for some reason it’s hit and miss with this distribution center in Tyler Tx. Some times they claim they can’t find the house, and others they leave the package outside my fence where anyone can take it. If it says sign for it they hold it at the facility until I have to send someone to pick it up. I’m a truck driver and do not have the time or availability to play games with these incompetent employees.

Called 3 times; still can’t get an answer regarding my Sam club delivery even though I’ve watched them drive past my driveway twice. Package has been out for delivery for 2 days. I literally could have driven to Sam’s and been home in an hour. The 800 number is useless!!!

FedEx was supposed to deliver needed medication on Friday and we were told someone had to be home to sign for it and no one shows up, later that evening I find tag on Travel Trailer saying no one was home to sign, but wife was home all day, in the house we live in, not setting out on a travel trailer waiting on a delivery to the RV, but in the house with a address that the meds were to be delivered at. So he leaves a tag on RV door that says it can be signed and left out as a signature so when the driver comes back on Monday he can deliver meds. When we get home Monday after doctor appointment there is a new note on house door saying a in person signature has to be done for delivery and the note he left on Friday is still exactly where he left it and had been signed on Friday. What makes this even more ironic is the fact that do to bad weather conditions the first shipment of meds had to be sent back and we were told they would have to pick them up before they could ship new meds. Old meds are still waiting for them to pick up. This is why your ratings are low. Customer service is subpar at best, they can care less if you are helped.

Customer service is by far the rudest I have ever experienced. If you have a question or concern.. brace yourself for the dragon that will answer the phone. Im more disappointed in the attitude from asking simple questions than the shipping issue itself.

We ordered crawfish and shrimp was supposed to have it Friday and the driver/ facility not sure which one missed that it was a live package priority shipment. So now were out the cost of delivery, out the cost of fresh food that was needed for a very important birthday. I hope the facility smells like death when they reopen on Tuesday.

FedEx has lost/not delivered about 6-7 packages now from Flurida Pools to me. All of these packages were for multiple customers need warranty replacements for there pools to operate the way they should. The lose of the packages have costed more money for me and the customer then if I would have just replaced the products with a new one. I will be asking Flurida to ship using UPS from now on.

I ordered at phone, i had a delayed delivery YESTERDAY(after paying for Express shipping). Today the guy pulled up and didnt even have my package, i called customer service who were extremely rude and now i have to wait until tomorrow. So im waiting 5 days for a package. I paid extra for express shipping for nothing. They havent even given an explanation for my delayed delivery.

I have a package that was guaranteed delivery for today 4/22/20. But yet the driver lied about the delivery attempt because I was outside and home ALL DAY LONG. No pulled in my driveway, no magical door tag. I used to work for DHL so I know these things. Called customer service and got someone who did NOT understand what I was saying. Guaranteed delivery means you get it that day. I shouldn’t have to wait another day for something I should’ve got today. FedEx is USELESS and GARBAGE!

Delivery driver just dropped off a package that belongs to someone else in another town. We were expecting a package today but who knows where it is. This is not unusual for FedEx. This happens all the time. I called to report because im going to leave it outside, it is the size of my pickup bed. It would be nice if FedEx was more competent. Hope nothing happens to it because its raining. It would also be nice if they didnt block the door with the box. It makes it very hard to get out of the house.

First package said it was “delivered” never received it. Told shipper and FedEx support and they could not “track it”.Shipper sent a new package to replace the one that went missing. Now they are saying incorrect address. I HAVE RECEIVED PACKAGES BEFORE FROM FEDEX. this is so frustrating. Someone needs to evaluate the people that delivery out here between gilmer and Longview.

Polite & helpful staff. They efficiently get your packages on the way. Prices are great at FedEx, so much better than postal sending. I trust FedEx to get packages to the destination when they tell you it will be there. Always use FedEx, you will be glad you did.

Said they shipped my package But never received it. Tried to find out where they sent it and the description of my house was completely inaccurate. They said that they would try and retrieve it and they would call me back, they did not call me back, I called back again the next day they said they have not retrieved it yet. I called back again the next day and then they said that they could not find it and they couldnt help me and that I need to contact my supplier. Completely ridiculous! Over the course of 10 years they have broken 2 laptops, lost another, had numerous delays and now have lost another package valued at 1500$. Everything they have lost or broken has been over 500$.UPDATE: They also have stated I cant make a claim for my lost packages and I can only make a claim with the supplier

Im so tired if dealing with these rude and inept delivery people. I order a lot online that is FedEx delivery. So far, Ive had them break everything in one box, drop another so hard on my porch it could wake the dead, urinate at the end of my driveway and now failing to deliver with the excuse I wasnt home. I was home all day. They never pulled in my driveway and now they cant tell me when my pkg will be delivered. Ive reported all of the incidents but it doesnt seem like they care. I will stop ordering online from the company that only uses fedex.

Just a solid incarnation of itself. When it absolutely positively has to go out at 6:45 PM, this is where you go. When missed your delivery and you need to talk someone into letting you camp out until the driver gets back for the evening so you can get your package (not so you can complain, jerks!), this is the place.

Had a replacement phone put in a plastic bag because it was pouring rain, and left next to the mailbox. Brand new phone left on the side of the road, can’t see the house from the mailbox. It was stolen, imagine that, and I was told sorry not our problem call your insurance they’ll just send another one no problem. Everything about it was unprofessional and questionable at best.

Online tracking from Tyler is VERY poor. System doesnt get updated to say your package is delayed and wont be on the truck, so I lost a day of work waiting for the package that never came. Fed Ex staff says they are aware of issues with the online tracking but guess what? Nothing is being done about it. Just shoulder shrugs and complacency. USE UPS OR ANY OTHER CARRIER as FedEx (Tyler) couldnt be any less customer focused. Abysmal.

Some medical items were sent to me from a doctor in another state when my prescription could not be filled in person due to issues about state boundaries. I was notified that my package was in Tyler at that Fed ex facility and I went to pick it up and there were no issues. Fantastic employees that knew what they were doing.🙂

Nearly every time I have something being delivered through Fed-ex they cannot seem to find my address or say my home is vacant....My home does not look vacant at all and the address numbers are plainly visible. GPS lands right at my home and will even show a picture of the home so I dont understand the difficulty they have with my address. The previous time they called me to verify that the home was vacant. The other packages however said refused by client, so they probably went to an incorrect home or flat out lied. It is truly a problem every single time. Once or twice I can understand but nearly every time is ridiculous.

One star is the lowest I could give and still post. Not sure who the driver is in my area but they are either stupid, lazy or a lier. Had a package to be delivered on the 12th, they said no one was home so it was rescheduled for the 15th. Now they say they cant find the address. How can you say on one day no one was home, then say you cant find the address on another. Then I call the terminal and the package wasnt even placed on the truck, it was taken off. This is beyond stupid!

The driver never rung my door bell . I was outside waiting and she took about 2 mins in the truck, then put a door tag in the mail box and left . Now I’m waiting for my package that I woke up early to sign for which I never received . I’m not sure why the driver never came to the door, she must be new or just lazy .
