We have been with CrossFit Populace since they opened. The environment is welcoming and facility is clean. Coaches are knowledgeable and make sure you are safe during workouts. It is a great place for all skill levels, beginners to advanced as they adjust to your skill level. I highly recommend this gym.
Coaching here is top notch. I love the open gym that is included with membership. They have showers on site, clean restrooms and plenty of classes to fit any schedule. The best part is the community. Very easy to feel like you belong here!

Working with Chris Hughes and the other coaches at CFP Ive been able to set myself on a path to achieving my strength and fitness goals while staying healthy. Im a 63 guy who was a competitive long distance runner for 5 years. Ive always struggled to gain muscle. When I started working out in Aug. 16 at CFP I weighed 176 lbs. After designing my diet with Chris (who is also a dietician) to fit my needs, I was able to gain 14 lbs of muscle within 4 months. Taking into account the first month and a half spent refining my form and getting my body used to regular workouts. If you want to make a real change, CFP will provide more than enough knowledge and support for you to achieve your goals.
