Great people, knowledgeable staff and first-rate facilities. No wonder the best athletes in East Texas come here. Not to be intimidated however, I’ve seen older folks and those JUST getting active and patience and professionalism is the modus operandi.

Professional athlete training. They offer something for everyone. Whether you are a professional or you are recovering from a medical issue. They offer the support the knowledge and the motivation to get you back where you need to be. Next time I have to be rehabbed this is where it will be. You can get a real support system here good luck getting it at some of these other rehabs in Tyler. Well...they started turning on the stadium lights at 5am. They shine right in the bedroom...man oh man. They turn on the music at 5am. Sometimes til 9pm. Guess what? Not my kind of music. Real drag. I dont see how these people get up and work out before dawn. Plus me waking up that early? Better just crash all day and stay up all nite.
