Jack Rabbit was called thru my roadside assistance for lockout assist. I recieved a text from Jack Rabbit saying the ETA was 45min and I would receive updates by text message. After waiting two hours for them and not receiving any updates I called my roadside assistance. Apparently Jack Rabbit had canceled my lockout assist due to lack of drivers. Jack Rabbit did not notify my roadside assistance or myself of this change. In the future I will decline their service thru my roadside assistance and of course will not recommend Jack Rabbit tow to any friends or family. This was very unprofessional customer service.

Locked my keys in my car tonight and thankfully I have roadside assistance throughout Gieco, my ETA was 45 minutes. They were here and I was into my car in less than 45 minutes of placing the claim. So thankful for these guys!

My daughter locked herself out of her jeep. So I used my Allstate app and they sent jackrabbitusa out to unlock the vehicle. Said 45 minutes but showed in less than 15. Thanks.

I submitted a request of service through Subaru for a tire change and realized I had put in the wrong address so I called to tell them I was stuck in the parking lot of Cork restaurant on the corner of Broadway and Grande and was put on hold for 5 mins. Then the same lady got back and asked how she could help me, I repeated why I was calling and she asked for the address. I wasnt sure but I told her I was on the corner of Broadway and Grande in the parking lot of Cork Restaurant. She asked me to get out and ask someone for the address but the restaurant was close and there was absolutely no one I could ask. She put me on hold for another 3 mins then came back and asked me if I had the address. Hands down the absolute worst service specially in a moment of panic with a three year old in the middle of Summer.

I have roadside assistance through the Dealership where I bought my car. On Sunday at 1:30pm, I had a flat and called them. The temperature was over 95 and it was hot but not as hot as I was when Chris from Jack Rabbit showed up at 6:15pm (five hours later for those with bad math skills). He told me he hadnt received the order until 5pm. I verified this information and was told the order was sent shortly after my first call. Chris never apologized and was fairly curt with his replies.Now to make matters even worse, my lub-lock is missing. I learned of this when Firestone was trying to mount the new tire I bought. I have called Chris twice now asking him to check his car for the lock key. He just insists that he put it back and suggested I check where the tire was changed which I did. I also checked out my car out thoroughly, He has yet to call me back to tell me if it is in his. I am having to pay the dealership to remove the current lugs, install new ones and provide me with a new lock key. I am not a happy customer. I also realize that sometimes bad stuff happens and an apology would have gone a long way. If I could give Jack Rabbit and Chris a negative score, I would.

NOT RECOMMENDED... used my Roadside Assistance from my insurance company and after waiting for over an hour, they informed my insurance company it would be an additional $250 on top of the $150 my insurance company would pay, JUST TO CHANGE A TIRE!!! ...and then said it would be another 90 minutes before they come!!! RIP OFF!!!

Used roadside assistance through Geico and he was there 10 mins earlier than ETA! Less than an hour from me contacting my insurance Chris was there and door was unlocked.

Horrible company and lies I work at a prison and had a flat tire called them and told them I wouldnt have my phone with me but they can call my office phone and extension that was at 1130 got off work at 5 and they didnt call and show up called my insurance company they call them again they told them they dont have record of that and that a woman called and cancelled​ the service
