Our 2003 Chevy Tahoe broke down on Hwy 31 outside of Tyler. on 6/16/21 approx. 6 pm... A lady that lived close by referred us to Issacs and called them for us. the Driver, Mason Perkins came to our aid and did our towing to Peltier Cheverolet in Tyler.Mason Perkins was such a super professional person and was extremely nice and helpful. He took excellent care of us and got our SUV hooked up and took us to Tyler. He was very professional, friendly and really knew what he was doing. We were very pleased with the service that he provided us during our dilemma . He gave us time to get our stuff from our vehicle since we had been traveling from Waco, Tx to Georgia and back. He told us beforehand what the approximate cost would be for the towing. We cannot say enough good things about Mason and the service that he provided to us.

Truck died in an intersection. They had a truck trying to get through to pick up a different vehicle . So the driver Mason hooked to my truck and pulled be back up out of traffic! Very polite and courteous employee! Would definitely use again!

Excellent friendly service. Had to pull a large, fully load Uhaul truck out of the mud, using a tow cable from the street into our yard because it couldnt go over our driveway with ditches on either side. Above and beyond. customer service.

My Freightliner broke down so I called them and they promptly came to haul truck. The driver I dealt with is named Mile and he did an outstanding job . Second time dealing with him and TWO THUMBS UP both times.

Thankful the company is working with me to resolve a situation where someone had borrowed our car and abandoned it at a car dealership. Appreciate Isaacs understanding and Patterson Jeep for the help. Great company

This company is nothing but a scam they are doing tow off were there are not visible signs saying do not park here as well as charging additional fees because there equipment is not up to part to tow certain vehicle. There office staff manager has to be the most rudest person i have ever spoken with as well as does not have the proper etiquette to be on the phone for a business. i would recommend that if you are needing a tow Isaacs wrecker service is not the company you should use the customer service is horrible as well as there equipment

The guy over all the offices was not helpful at all.

Simply, terrible. Every employee seems to have an attitude and rarely answers question without being condescending. Overpriced as well. Avoid.

Wish to never ever deal with such an unprofessional people, towed truck 3 miles for over 1000$, promised to tow truck to any shop in Tyler, TX free of charge, when we asked to tow it to Preferred Fleet Services, they said they do not tow there, we asked if they could release our truck to other towing company, they would not do it after hours so they can add extra charge for storage...how this business get license I have no idea, Rosa hanging up phone every single time you say something she dont like, trucking companies avoid this unfair business and extra stress....Use Ashley Truck and Towing, 20 miles for 350$...Good luck doing s***** business

Theyre a wrecker service.They do their job.They provide a necessary service.Decently polite folks.. but for the most part.. Theyre the kinda business you dont want holding your vehicle.. Costly!

My daughter was putting baby seat and clothes in her truck, she then went back insiide to get her baby and they waited until she went inside to get her baby and they towed her truck. My daughter just pumped breast milk for her drive back home and they couldnt wait 5 minutes. A new Mom with a 2 month old.. THEY waited like vultures to prey on a Young Mom

My car was towed by this company yesterday. So that night I called to find out how much it would cost to get my car out the next day. The guy working quoted me $251.70 plus $20 for overnight storage. Today I went to pick up my vehicle and I was told it would cost $435 to get my vehicle out. I am active duty military so I showed up prepared to pay what I was quoted the night before. Plus my wifes pain medication was in her purse that was in the vehicle when it was towed and now all of her medication is gone and it looked like someone went through her purse. This is not a reputable company, they cant even honor the prices they quote you. On top of that, they will steal from you. Their website even states no charges for overnight storage. But yet there is a $20 overnight storage fee. Their customer service representative seem to understand my frustration and was trying to help me out. But once the manager got on the phone it was a different story. She didnt care what I had to say and didnt care what her employee quoted me the night before. Her exact words to me where it is what it is. I understand they have business to run and it probably doesnt center around customer satisfaction but she was one of the most rude, disrespectful person I have ever met. Its pretty bad when your employees are a better person and set a better example as a human being then their boss does. This place is the worst. On top of that they gave my wife problems about going back to our car to make sure her medicine didnt fall out when she grabbed her purse.

Complete scam, but the front desk lady was nice. If you get in an accident, dont let them take your car! They will charge you just to bring the vehicle out of their lot so you can take it away.

We normally use a tow company in Dallas but decided to give Isaacs the business as we service the Tyler area. They charged us $100 more for the first tow which was under 30 miles and $200 more than our Dallas Towing Company would have charged us for a trip from Tyler to Rockwall.Lesson learned - we will use our Dallas Company, Hollywood Towing from now on! Always disappointing when companys treat you like this!

Horrible company. Do not use them for any reason and if you’re ever in a wreck make sure the police don’t call them. My vehicle was towed by them without my consent and I was charged $550 for a few mile tow and storage overnight. Should be illegal to charge that. STAY AWAY!!!

Michael Williams out of Longview. If you have a breakdown in eastern Texas or Louisiana this is your guy. He really loves his work and it shows in his character. I had a horrible experience, but he took my mind away from it and view my situation from a different perspective....humour. Thank you Michael and see you on the flip side.

Talk about cool people, they came out to get my truck which had a broken tie rod off-road in a precarious situation and while they were not able to retrieve it, didnt stop them from giving every possible effort. Took an excavator to get me out.lol
