I want to thank the staff and a wonderful Angel named Dr Laura who today saved the life of my beautiful Pomeranian named Kimchu. I cannot express how happy and relieved we are that they took incredible care of my Dog. They are by far, the most compassionate, kind, understanding and knowledgeable people I have met. Our dog is a rescue and she doesnt like strangers, but the staff at this vet have always been kind and patient with her. We started bringing our dog here after covid happened, so weve never been able to go in with her to help keep her calm, and every one here has seemed very understanding of the fact that sometimes dogs are scared of new people. Today the vet came out to talk to us and said she was good today and got a gold star, and when they brought her out she had an actual gold star on her! 10/10 would recommend this vet!!!

This place is amazing! I brought my puppy Lucy years back and they were amazing to us! Recently we had an emergency and had to take our pet kitty for an urgent surgery, not only did they help with costs they were very accommodating and highly recommend you trust them! They treat everyone like family.

We absolutely love Dr. Laura and her staff who are very knowledgeable and caring and personable. With the new addition of Dr. Leslie, that just is an added bonus. Their office is always able to make my appointment times as convenient as possible. And when we need to come in for something urgent, they always fit me in somehow. Dr. Laura goes above and beyond and takes her time to answer any questions or concerns I have, even after hours sometimes, which is very comforting. Shaggy and Kitty sure love Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital, and I wouldnt take them anywhere else because I know theyre getting the best possible care!!!!

All of my animals have been taken care of by Drs. Laura and (now additionally) Dr. Les for years. I cannot possibly say how important good care is to me and this is the place for it. I have had some very complicated cases that were expertly handled and the costs at this vet hospital are very reasonable. People here are personable, qualified and really CARE. I really appreciate the fine job they do in teeth cleaning, as well. I recommend it highly.

I have been coming to Tustin Santa Ana Vet Hospital with my kitties for a couple years and I would NOT go anywhere else. My kitties and I feel very comfortable here with ALL of the doctors on staff. Last year I had to have my cat put down after 15 happy years together. It was heart breaking but the staff at Tustin Santa Ana Vet Hospital helped me through and were so gentle and loving. Im grateful for all the have done for me and my kitties.

I used to love and aggressively recommend this vet when the previous doctor was here. She was friendly and kind and a receptionist that left around the same time as her (roughly 1.5 years ago) was gracious and remembered every single animal that came through there even if itd only been once before and a year prior. The vet always put care ahead of the dollar and walked you through everything. Recently I brought my cat in multiple times for diarrhea and vomiting. 1) as many times as I repeated in person and over the phone that they had my cats name wrong in her file, they ignored me and assured me that the correct name is in the file (it was not). 2) Then, they refused to let me in their bathroom even though I have Crohns disease because it isnt ADA compliant so they wont let customers use it (which begs the question; are they discriminatory in their hiring process? Because it would need to be ADA compliant for all employee use), 3) then they set up a series of expensive tests for my cat that didnt make sense with her symptoms (x rays for diarrhea? They said in case she ate something funny even though I insisted the symptoms had lasted on and off for 2 months), and refused to give her the blood tests I suggested, and sent me off TWICE with the same medication both times (it didnt work the first time--surprise it didnt work the second time). The new doctors final solution was to put my girl on a new diet of hydrolyzed protein. First bag was free because it had been opened by staff by mistake. When I went home to research hydrolyzed protein for cats, the brand they gave me is the only brand that makes it and nobody sells it in the area but them, and to order it online, it costs around $200. Switched to Science Diet for sensitive stomachs when I ran out of their food and it worked fine. They dont listen, and they stopped caring. And get ADA compliant before a potential disabled candidate for employment sues you. Jeez

It is difficult to find a vet like Dr. Laura who not only has the professional expertise in dealing with animals, but one who really cares, and she is so good about explaining things. She is a gem. The previous vet kept misdiagnosing my cats illness, but she spent a little extra time and made the correct diagnosis. And it gets better, her staff is fabulous, too, all very kind and caring and a special thumbs up to Stephanie, who is always so sweet and caring to my beloved pets.Great vet, great staff. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Laura and Dr. Leslie are two vets you can trust. They were so caring and did just the right things when my two kitties were so very ill. I will always be grateful to them and their whole staff for all that they did for us.On another note, they do not overcharge or try to do procedures that break the bank.

Dr. Laura is one of the most caring people I have ever met. The way she reacts toward animals, you can tell that she feels genuine love for all her patients. One of my beagles developed a tumor in his lung and we had no choice but to put him down. Dr. Laura helped to make it more bearable. She has been taking care of our dogs for 12 - 13 years now and I would never take my pets anywhere else.

Dr Laura is THE most sensitive and knowledgeable veterinarian I have had the privilege of finding in 58 years of having dogs and cats. I say this having at present 5 cats, each with his/her own personality, all sense her caring and concern for each of them. Any one who really knows the feline persuasion knows in fact what I mean. She is at the cutting edge of her field and uses technology with her own creative touch. This may sound over the top to some but objectively and honestly I place my highest trust in her ability medically and her staff who are the greatest.

I have been taking my dogs to Tustin Santa Ana Hospital for over 25 years.Dr. Laura is the greatest! When I had emergency surgery, followed by a couple of weeks in a nursing home, Dr. Laura extended the boarding of my dog, Shane, and even gave me a discount for the extended length of time. Shane eventually died of cancer, and Dr. Laura was very sympathetic and caring during that emotional time.All of the girls in the office are professional, and very friendly. Veronica and the other girls have even helped me apply flea medicine on my new German Shepherd, Sadie.I cant express how wonderful everyone is. Dr. Laura really knows her stuff. I highly recommend everyone in the office.

My 90 year-old mother and I have been taking our pets to Dr. Laura for about 8 years. Not only is the care very professional, but we feel as though we are visiting friends. Their love for all pets is very obvious. If we are there to see about care for one of our pets, everyone always asks how the other is doing. We find the charges for service reasonable when compared to other veterinarians in Orange County, and Dr. Laura is one of the few vets to offer senior discounts. We highly recommend them.

When my Humphrey was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, Dr Laura and her staff treated him with dignity, and let me make the decision when Humphrey was tired and wanted to snore his way to the bridge. The next year, my Willow, who had renal failure, became so sick, Dr Laura was there for me to hold her as she peacefully joined Humphrey.I have recommended Dr Laura and her staff to many people, and we all feel the same.

This is a small, but earnest and honest and thorough veterinary facility. One of my poodles had congestive heart failure and she diagnosed it right away and gave me the proper medicine, so that he is now just as young acting and as chipper as he was before the episode happened. Everyone is so caring of my two dogs when I bring them in.

I worked at a veterinarian office previously, and as a result have formed some very strong opinions on veterinary practices. Needless to say, given my 5-star review, taking my pup to Dr Laura was best decision I have made in a long while. My dog is very shy, and very scared of her own shadow when we leave the house. Everyone in the office was super friendly and understanding, quiet, and sweet talked her to help ease her stress. Dr Laura was even better - she sat on the ground and waited for my dog to approach her! She gained my dogs trust easily (trust me, not easy to do!), and was able to help with my dogs problem with a very easy and affordable solution. Its great to know I have found a vet that exceeds my high standards!

Dr. Laura has been there to shepherd us through raising our beloved Fox Terrier, & Pom-poo through their lives & was there with her consummate expertise & empathy at their passing. The veterinary profession has long needed practitioners combining Dr, Lauras qualities of caring with expertise. Sadly, they are the exception rather than the rule. My cat, Jasmyn, exhibited unusual cat box signs, and took her to Dr. Wood. At first, she and I discussed Jasmyn and how she had this cat box problem three years ago, Her previous vet put her on antibiotics, which cleared-up her problem. Dr. Wood said that we should go ahead and give her the same pills. After the pills didnt work, we started a full-blown panel of tests, which all came out negative, thank God.I like the clinic, the staff, and most of all Dr. Wood. She was low-key, not pushy, like other vets I have known.They have a nice dental assistant for cats and dogs that clean their teeth, and he is great. My cat has Arthritis and I warned him about the areas of her pain, so that he wouldnt hurt her. She never cried or growled, which is her method of saying, stay away.Overall, my experience with Dr. Wood has been super and I have already recommended one of my neighbors and she took her dog there too. She really liked Dr. Wood.

My family & I have been going to TSVH for at least 30 years, been through a few vets there and I hope Dr Laura and her staff stay there FOREVER. LOVE LOVE LOVE all the people there, so friendly and caring and you know that they take great care of your furry family members.

She has a greate deal of experience, she explains your options to you in english, and she treats your pet in accordance with your wishes. TSAVHs fees and charges are more than reasonable, especially when compared with what others in the area charge.
