We had an amazing experience here. We were traveling through and were experiencing some car trouble. They checked it out advised on some solutions and got us back on the road in about an hour. I cant express enough how thankful I am. If I lived in the area, all my vehicles would go to Henrys.

I called to get a quote to replace my car’s engine, and I was not given anything but an attitude from the man whom I spoke with! I definitely will NOT do business at this place!

My daughter and I were in town for a tour of Alabama and our car broke down unexpectedly. The owner was so kind to get us in quickly and take care of repairing our car quickly so we could get back on the road after the tour. After visiting two other auto shops that refused to even try to help us, we really appreciated the exceptional customer service Henry’s had to offer.

I I have been taking my vehicles to Henrys for years. No one touches my vehicle but him. I wont even let any place else to do my oil changes.I will let my car sit and catch rides until he can take it. Ive never had to wait long for repairs. The prices are fair.

These guys are great. I had messed up an released all the pressure in my compressor line for the ac refrigerant while trying to fix my air not being cold, but there wasn’t anything wrong with the Freon level or the compressor. He said it was probably electrical and I remembered that one of my relays were punctured. He was able to get me in quick and even swapped that relay with the one for the defrost and confirmed that was the issue without me even asking him to as I only paid for the ac recharge. These honest people.

Great service! Great price! They were very good about calling and keeping us updated on our truck. Henrey seems very honest and reasonably priced. When we came to pick it up it was cheaper than they originally said. (They could have easily still charged me the initial amount.)

Daughters 98 Durango broke down with a simple issue. Had it towed to Henrys, where they quickly diagnosed the problem, contacted me to get approval to perform the repair, and repaired the vehicle at a fair price. No attempt to take advantage of a college student with a list of unnecessary repairs on an old car. They have earned my future business!

The ABS sensor had gone bad on my right front tire. I always take my car to a certain place for maintenance but they could not fix this. They recommended Henrys to me. I went in and when I told the man the situation, he was rude and rolled his eyes when I told him where I had taken it to discover the problem. He wanted to charge me $90-$150 for diagnostics to find out what the problem actually is and $400 to fix the sensor. I got it replaced for $145 somewhere else. And YES, that actually was the problem. (My regular place has a computer and can run diagnostics.). I was treated like some dumb female at Henrys. I will never go here again and would definitely NOT recommend them.

Henrys is awesome! My daughter goes to school in Tuscaloosa and her jeep was having some issues. They repaired and then the same thing started happening again. They found the issue and warranties it for her. Best place in Tuscaloosa. Honest and above board!

Henry and Robbie were great. My daughter goes to school at Alabama and we live in California. They diagnosed the trouble with her Jeep and replaced the alternator and got her back on the road. Mom and Dads can feel good about send there kids to Henrys Auto Care.

Had an issue with my starter and Henrys fixed it right away. The repair cost was very fair and they were able to get part warranty credit to replace the failed starter that I purchased previously from a auto chain store. If you have a auto repair issue you need done in Tuscaloosa, I would absolutely recommend Henrys!

On a road trip from Texas to NY, our AC was not cooling right. We called several places and no one could even work us in today. I called and Beth answered. She said, ”bring it on in hun”.Relieved to find a friendly sounding voice, we headed over. Robbie Looked at it and figured out cooling in about three minutes. He told us how to keep it going until we get a chance to get it fixed for real . Two hours down the road now and its still working great. When people tell you there’s no good honest people in the world anymore tell them they are wrong !j❤️

Kind and courteous with great service! I was in town to see my daughter at school and one of the windshield wiper arms on my car had become lose. They tightened it for me and refused to accept any payment. Highly recommended!

You won’t find a more honest or reliable repair facility. Henry treats you like family. Not always the fastest as they can be busy, but they are the best. The work is done right by people who care.

They guy that owns this establishment, Henry is great & three lady that works up front at desk is great as well. Great work was done on my Solara. (Front & back brakes) Will be going back if I need any other work done to my car.

If its not broke Henrys wont fix it...if it is broke he can...but he will tell you what it will cost and your options aforehand. The only mechanic I truly trust, Henry knows what he is doing and very...very upfront and above all, honest!

Had my car towed here because this place was referred to me, big mistake. My car needed a new starter. I was told the cost to repair my car would be $425 ($275 for the part). I told him I would just buy the part myself and have them put it on. I found the starter at Auto Zone for $119, Henrys charged me $125 to put it on. They tried to jip me out of $156. I called another car repair shop here in Tuscaloosa and they told me they would have put the starter on for $75. The only reason I didnt have my car towed away from Henrys was because I would have been out of more money. I dont like to use the word never but Henrys is definitely last on my list. This is not the way to treat customers.
